Pros: great convenience without the noise
Fresh sheets and awesome pillows!
Pros: The cleanliness
Cons: No eggs on breakfast buffet. Not even hard boiled.
Pros: While traveling back home to NC from King of Prussia, PA, I needed to find a place to stay for the night. I went on the Kayak app and found that this hotel had the best rates and reviews in the area for my needs. I easily made my reservations through the app and when I arrived to check in, the woman behind the desk said she was expecting me. The lobby was very clean and had a nice appearance and plenty of carts were available to use so I didn't have to make multiple trips to unload my car. The room was very nice with a microwave, large dorm-sized refrigerator, nice LCD television and the room was already nice and warm awaiting our arrival. The room was very nicely appointed and modern and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The next morning we missed breakfast but the woman was more than accommodating and made sure we had all we wanted to eat and even offered us a bag to take some muffins with us for the road! The staff were amazing and the facilities were much better than expected. I would definitely recommend this place to weary travelers looking for a nice place to stay at a great and affordable price.
Pros: Very clean. Staff was helpful. Great stay.

Pros: The Indigo is in a great location, not too close to the busy inner harbor, but walking distance to many things. Plenty of good food, drink and coffee nearby. Get a corner suite if you can!
Pros: Friendly service. Helpful staff terrific bar with great food. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Highly recommend
Pros: I really liked this hotel and want to visit again. The rooms were nice, decor was tasteful, and in room amenities quality. I booked the room last minute for a one night stay, but intend to return. Menu and cocktails at the hotel restaurant (Poets) were delightful. the front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.
Cons: The service at Poets was very slow, it appeared there was only one server on that shift, and he was overwhelmed, but the delays were unacceptable. I was also surprised that the hotel does not appear to offer express check out through the TV. I haven't checked out in person from a hotel in years unless there was a problem. However, this was definitely mitigated by very attentive front desk staff -- checkout was a breeze.
Pros: A nice, comfortable room in a great part of the city. Friendly staff and trendy decor.
Cons: I'm not sure why anyone would put a sliding door on a bathroom.
Pros: Cute hotel
Good price for parking
Pros: Warm and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and quiet. We will definitely be returning. :)
Pros: The Mount Vernon boasts a great location; clean, comfortable (but nothing too luxurious) rooms; a very helpful staff; and a free breakfast every morning-- all at a terrific value for how close it gets you to Inner Harbor and all that downtown Baltimore has to offer. This is not the perfect hotel, but it can't be beat for the value!
Cons: There are a number of problems to consider when booking at the Mount Vernon. Parking is difficult, especially if you arrive late (our drive to Baltimore got us in after 3); there is a parking garage across the street, but it is closed overnight; and there is an open-air parking lot two blocks away. Parking is fairly inexpensive in these lots, but some travelers may not be comfortable with these options. Accommodations are also sparse; the rooms are comfortable, but not big, and there were small problems for the staff to remedy. For example, the hair dryer in our room was broken and seemed unsafe for use. Lastly, the free breakfast that is offered is not that good. They provide coffee, tea, juices, cereal, yogurt, breakfast breads, and some hot options, like eggs, grits, and hash browns. The hot options were not always available on time, and were uniformly underwhelming. But, it is free, which makes it more difficult to complain.
Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Internet was useless. Needed it for work and it wouldn't work
Pros: Location. Nice rooms! The breakfast
Pros: The location was excellent.
Cons: The room was poorly cooled, the television didn't work, the bathroom sink drain was broken, the television remote control didn't work when the television did, the breakfast was mostly very poor quality and the towels might as well have been paper.
Cons: Molded refrigerator on the inside and out was brought to our room. Took pictures pretty bad.
Pros: It was comfortable there--a large bed and a large desk which are what I needed the most there.
Cons: Both of the bedside lamps were not working, and the standing lamp was a little bit broken but still working. One of the two charging plugs was not working.

Pros: Very friendly staff, Modern rooms, walkable to Camden yards and inner harbor, reasonable room rate for this upscale hotel
Cons: Our room backed up to elevator, could hear that all night.
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful views, great gym, affordable, clean, and cozy
Pros: Beds, pillows, access to pool.
Cons: Some repairs needed, esp. in bathrooms and pool area. Pool closed at 10 PM. A fridge was in the room but no minibar/snacks. The smoke alarm flashed all night (brightly).
Pros: The Italian toiletries in the bathroom were lovely!
Pros: The Staff was most accommodating, they make you feel like family.
they always greet you with a smile. Everyone was so helpful loved my stay there and will stay there again. It is close to a lot of places you can walk to, and walking distance to the stadiums.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel...
The view over the Harbor was Fabulous!!!
Cons: Not having a trash can by the little kitchen area, but I am a neat freak,
Pros: Out room was recently updated and was excellent. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The pool, spa and fitness room were first class. We enjoyed the entire experience.
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and had spectacular view of the harbor. Location is in walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. We did not need to move our car during our stay. A free bus service Charm City stops close to hotel and was easy to use. The staff was very friendly
Cons: When we arrived there was no valet parking available. The hotel parking lot said full but we pulled in anyway & found plenty of spots. ( we think they put full sign up to discourage people going to baseball game from parking in lot ) Parking too expensive : $30 per day
Pros: nice bathroom
Restaurant was good
Cons: Room seemed dated
Pros: The staff had a wonderful attitude and were very attentive to customer needs. The fitness room was great; the buffet breakfast was a good value. The hotel is located in the inner harbor. The in room Keurig worked. This was a nice stay
Cons: Some of the furniture was pretty old but I really don't need anything fancy to put my clothes into.
Pros: I loved the facilities. Bathrooms are upscale. Very nice shower. The facilities and decor is tasteful and classy very calming and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious
Cons: The carpet in the rooms need updating although there were 2 double beds there was plenty of room for Queen beds.
Pros: Everyone was very courteous and they upgraded my room without my asking.
Cons: Parking a little pricey but that's the way it is anywhere downtown Baltimore. Valet feature is worth it.
Pros: Water front rooms are excellent, the view of the harbor was fantastic, especially at night. The location was also ideal, right there in the harbor close to everything I wanted to see and do.
Upholding the European tradition of grand style and gracious hospitality, the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore is the discriminating choice among Inner Harbor hotels.
Cons: I put my dates in on your website and it took me to booking.com where it didn't transfer that data. So I wasn't paying close attention and I booked the reservation but it was for the day I booked it. I lost my discount and ended up paying over $40 more for the room because I didn't get the discount on the room. It took me a while to figure out how I messed up and after retracing my exact steps, I figured out that the dates didn't transfer. Now I looked again at the correct dates and the discount price that both the hotel and booking.com said no longer was available for the date in question showed up on the date that I needed (24th of Jan.) Ultimately the mistake was mine, and I will be much more careful in the future when I book online.
Pros: Beautiful corner room with a good view.
Cons: The room was very dark, there's almost no light in the entryway/desk area, where it's needed most.
Pros: Proximity to attractions and parts of the city was great and everyone was very friendly!
Cons: The cost of parking when I could have went around the block and paid $20 less for the night
Pros: The room is fantastic. Large, clean, very modern. We could really tell that we were staying in a brand new hotel. We were very pleased. Also the staff was fantastic. Franklin at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. And the man at Valet (I'm not sure of his name) was super helpful and courteous.
Cons: We did not have a remote control in our room. When we called down to ask for one (it was late, so maybe there was nothing to be done) we never heard back about a new one. Also there was very very low water pressure in the shower. We had a hard time getting ready in the morning without water.
Cons: Location was a bit far from convention center
Pros: This hotel had the nicest staff.. Everyone we encountered was friendly knowledgeable and caring.
Pros: Very clean rooms and nice, friendly staff!
Pros: The hotel location is perfect! Its in walking distance from the harbor. It has several stores and restaurants on very close proximity. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and very nice!
Cons: They have a indoor poor that is extermely small and only goes up to 4ft. And water appeared to be a little cloudy. We were not able to take advantage of the pool and this was part of the reason we selected this hotel! Very disappointed about that!
Pros: modern feel
Pros: Great hotel top to bottom. Rooms are well designed and appointed. Super clean. Breakfast is really tasty. Difference though is the staff. Exceptional attitude and demeanor.
Cons: Having to leave
Pros: The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be kind and hospitable. The room was funky and quite comfortable. Love the couch area. Really comfortable space. The view was great and the location worked fabulously: near to the waterfront, Whole Foods and fun shopping. The location also worked well for roaming about in the Harbor area, Fells Point and Canton. My son enjoyed the continental breakfast which was top notch and the refrigerator in the room was spacious enough to store a few meals cutting down on travel costs.
Cons: The shower was not as luxurious as the rest of the room itself but it did the trick and was super clean. The bathroom door, while funky, did not offer much privacy which could be a little awkward if traveling with non-family members, as i did on this visit.
Pros: The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. I was unable to get to the hotel the first night I reserved due to weather and they did not charge me for that night. Everything in the hotel is brand new and very contemporary.
Cons: Construction was still ongoing.
Baltimore’s newest Hyatt located in Harbor East-walking distance to Inner Harbor, Little Italy, historic Fells Point & the Water Taxi. 208 Spacious rooms each with a separate sitting area and work space. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast, 24-hour Stay Fit Gym, heated indoor pool and Business Center. Coffee to Cocktails Bar, Lite Fare available 24/7. Just steps from some of Baltimore’s best restaurants, taverns & sporting events. Wholefoods Grocery store and 24 hour.
Cons: Had to pay for internet.
No bottled water in room.
Dangerously slippery shower.
For $300+ per night these should not be issues.
Pros: Price was unbelievable. Location was great. View of harbor was nice. Lots to do around hotel. Great value.
Cons: No problems noted.
Pros: There was a short but pleasant stay to the hotel
Cons: No suggestions

Pros: The Monaco was located in walking distance to the inner harbor and the subway line was across the street.
Cons: The business center was on the pricey side.
Pros: Very helpful staff, great, clean and cozy room. We appreciated the rollaway, which was really far beyond the cot-like thing we had sort of expected (we added another person to the room after making the reservation, so knew it would be tight). We really appreciated the help with that and with extra toothpaste/brush. Thankful that quality is always high across any Kimpton hotels I've stayed at.
Cons: It seemed like it would have been helpful if there were more staff on-hand at peak times for check-in, etc. Staff was great and helpful, but having worked at a front desk, this one seemed like it could have benefited from a few more people.
Pros: The staff were great - so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and beautiful, and very unique. Awesome shower, and overall we loved it.
Pros: I was attending a conference for most of the trip, and my partner also joined to check out local sites. It was a decent location within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and museums.
Cons: The room was somewhat small and the floor appeared to not have been vacuumed in a while (as noted by the dozens of small beads that were from a bracelet of a former inhabitant). I find the sliding bathroom door to be somewhat unusual since it didn't allow for privacy in the slightest. Lastly, we had to go to the front desk once a day to get the room key cards re-magnetized, so that we could enter the elevator to the room and our room.
Cons: No problems.
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: I had booked a deluxe king room and prepaid. When I arrived I was told that there were no more deluxe king rooms available and the only room available had two beds and bunk beds. Confused I showed the gentleman behind the desk my conformation with room type and he told me that there was no guarantee on room type. He was rude and said thats all they had and if I didn't want it I could stay somewhere else. When I got into the room, there was an entire wall with a dog mural staring at me. The room wasn't clean, carpet dirty, hair in sink, then I walked into the bedroom and it is the strangest decor I have ever seen. Hip doesn't mean nothing matches and the most unattractive color palate ever! The furniture was visibly beat up, scratched and marks all over. The wall had multiple black marks all over and the toilet was running. I put my things down and headed to the front desk before leaving for dinner to advise them of the running toilet. Upon my return 2 hours later, as I opened the door to my room and the toilet was still running and I went to call the desk. My room was facing the the windows of other hotel rooms and I found myself rushing to close the curtains because a man across the way was watching me and being "self serving" - not the hotels fault, I know, but very creepy none the less. I wet down to the desk to ask about my toilet and the new gentleman at the desk said he had no record of my earlier complaint and there was no one from engineering to be able to fix it. I asked for another room and he said there weren't any, so I went upstairs and promptly checked out at 12:30 am, off to find another hotel. I asked not to be charged, but since I had prepaid, he said there was nothing he could do.
Pros: Location and staff were very friendly and gave recommendations for local restaurants.
Cons: Our room keys for some reason kept giving errors, they would alternate so we would have at least one working key at any given time. So the staff was very used to seeing us.
Pros: The free coffee in the morning and yoga mat in the room.
Cons: Had to request coffee in the room. I wish you could do that when you book the place so it's there when you check in.
Pros: the staff was fabulous!!!he room was great exceptfor the lighting. There was a great chair to read in but no lamp there.Te room was too dark.Other than that, it was great.
Pros: Clean, rooms are huge, bathroom was great, so many both towels!
Cons: It's still Baltimore... You can walk to 7/11 but still be mindful of where you are at.
Pros: It was a great hotel with an interesting history. It was in a good location within easy walking distance to waterfront destinations, the convention center and the subway is across/down the street too. The bathroom and hotel room was really spacious. We would stay there again.
Cons: Really the only thing my husband and I didn't like was that the shower doesn't have a door only a partial glass wall, but it was no big deal.
Pros: Classy building built in 1906. Rooms nicely appointed. Top notch service and friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Closet doors stuck. In-room safe didn't work. DIYers would not feel too comfortable here.
Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor is within a 10-minute walk of Baltimore's famous Inner Harbor, and it's just a couple of minutes more to the National Aquarium. Oriole Park at Camden Yards is 12 minutes on foot from the hotel, while Horseshoe Casino Baltimore is a 10-minute drive away.
Pros: Very close to all attractions breakfast was awesome
Pros: The breakfast buffet was large and clean. Fresh options and heavier breakfast items both offered. The oatmeal and juice bar were a nice surprise. All the employees were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Unfortunately there was road construction outside the hotel and only being on the fifth floor, it was easy to hear.
Pros: We loved how close it was in walking distance to the inner harbor. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved our stay. The staff was so nice, and the hotel was beautiful.
Cons: Just that we were in a room near the elevator which isn't ideal when you are trying to put little ones to bed early, but that is an easy fix of just requesting a room away from there.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very old hotel with lots of charm and character.
Cons: Lots of activity in nearby streets converted to excessive noise in room.
Pros: We arrived in Baltimore at Noon on a weekday and booked online while sitting in the car just down the block. I then called the Inn to get advice on parking and check-in time. Though check-in time was normally 3pm, they informed me that they had a room ready and that they could accommodate us immediately. Valet parking was offered - and though not included in the room rate, was very convenient and not too expensive. You can't beat booking a room on your phone and then walking into it 10 minutes later.
Every single member of the staff we encountered was super-friendly and very accommodating. Though we did not need anything special during our stay, it truly seemed like the sort of place where they would go out of their way - and be genuinely happy to do so.
The charm of the Inn - which includes a variety of very differently-appointed rooms - was only surpassed by the location. If you intend to hang out in the Fell's Point area, I can't imagine a better place to stay. We found it to be a comfortable walking distance to all of the Inner Harbor attractions as well.
We did not stay over a weekend night, so I really cannot attest to how the noise from nearby bars might affect the Inn when things (like live music) are going later on those nights, but we definitely enjoyed the proximity enough that I would put up with some of that even if it did filter into the rooms.
It was not inexpensive, but fairly priced. Will definitely stay there again on future trips.
Cons: This is not really even a complaint, but the first morning we found coffee and continental breakfast laid out in the lobby - and a very nice quaint atrium seating area nearby. There were no waitstaff present and no signs indicating anything about price, etc. so made the reasonable assumption that it was included. We found out after eating that it apparently was not, but when I offered repeatedly to pay they refused to accept it. Since they handled it this way, it is certainly a positive… but a little better communication would have prevented the situation.

Pros: Friendly, and helpful staff. Loved the attached grille.
Cons: Small bathrooms.
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, everything was kept clean, room was clean, and beds and pillows were quite comfortable.
Cons: Parking in the garage is 29$ a night/car which is no discount off regular garage price. It doesn't need to be free but it's way too expensive.
Cons: Tiny bathroom
Pros: Liked that all the employees I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Except for the guard in Saturday morning when we arrived. Was not very friendly. Watched me park get out of my car walk to the hotel door then said I could not park where I parked. I had parked where if said guest parking for 15 minutes. I did not park where there was a sign specifically reserved for a certain person. I told her I was not I that spot. I said there was nothing posted but she said had to move anyway. My question is why would she watch me park get out come to the door then tell me to move. Other than that I was very satisfied.
Cons: Room a little small. But not an issue.
Pros: Great location, close to inner harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. Great price.
Pros: very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable
Cons: very crowded, hard to get an elevator at certain times due to large crowd
Pros: Convenience to convention center
Cons: No continental breakfast
Pros: I liked how convenient it was to the Baltimore M&T Bank football stadium and was in walking distance, making it easier for me to save money.
Cons: I did not like that the parking was $28.
Pros: Person that checked us in was the best .
Location and price was very good .
Also food and bar were tops.
Cons: Room was so hot , turned the Ac on and would only run for about 3 mins every 30 mins .
Also fool by unit was wet and bathroom floor had water all over it had to put towels down .
Room number 230 .
Next morning coffee bar, lady working was sick coughing and not washing hands manager toll her to close after my order.
Small things make big deals .
Pros: This "Days Inn" is in very good condition. The lobby is beautiful, The night staff are kind and accommodating, And the room is well equipped.
Cons: I do not feel like I was properly informed of the $26 parking fee. Had I known this i would have stayed somewhere else. Also there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways in a non smoking section.
Pros: Days Inn is crossing the street from the Convention Center. It has lots of food places nearby. Also, Cardem Yards is 3-5 minutes away (walking distance). Location is perfect for a walk. Furthermore, Light trail from the Airport to Cardem Yards is just $1.70 per person, or so.
Cons: The tub didn't drain. However, staff were addressing the issue the day we left. Apparently the situation was happening in the whole floor. Dispite that, the place is great value for the money.
Pros: Convenience was the main thing. The restaurant had an adequate buffet. Much cheaper than most buffets in the Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly, helpful and engaging. The rooms were clean and roomy. The cost was very good. I booked these rooms on Booking.com and they cost me $112.00 per night per room. There was nothing else comparable in the Inner Harbor close to that price.
Cons: I stayed three night and the parking cost me $84.00 for that time period. I thought that was exorbitant. Everything was fine.

Pros: The hotel was in the best proximity to my family's house! So it was perfect for the travel back and forth to visit! I'm definitely booking with them the next time we go to visit Maryland!
Pros: Everything! ! Wonderful staff!! Hotel employee was my favorite. ..after traveling 12 hours in a car he let me check in early!!
Pros: It was in a good location to where I need to be.
Cons: I don't like eating my breakfast or any food on disposable plates and silverware.
Pros: Location. Rooms were comfortable.
Cons: The Manager switched my suite that I booked two months in advance without even contacting me. They overbooked so he booted us into 2 different rooms. The maids did not come in our rooms except one time in a 3 day stay and did not replace towels.
Pros: The overall accommodations were nice. The room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Had 1 dead roach and 1 live one. We had flood lights filling our room with white light all night. We were unable to close the curtains enough to remedy this. The heating unit in our room was noisy. Had a metallic vibrating sound every time it came on.
Pros: The location was good, rooms ok.
Cons: Had buds in my room every night, call front desk and was told they where just stink bugs!.. a bag is a bug, but we are talking 5 or 6 in the room every night, and every night I killed them. Thing is its winter there what is it like in the summer.
Cons: Patio closes early.
Pros: The spacious room.
Cons: The noisy refrigerator.
Pros: Great breakfast, large rooms and quite.
Cons: I didn't find anything I didn't like.
Pros: Free cookies and breakfast; size of the room
Cons: Vending machines were out of water; had to pay for extra toothbrush

Staff is cheerful
Cons: Valet is great, but call down in advance
Pros: Perfect room for the money spent
Cons: Police sirens sounding off all the time
Pros: Very satisfied overall, especially with the breakfast and the coffee station that was stocked at least until 5:00 PM. Room was very spacious, and comfortably held three of us.
Cons: The key car I had quit working four or so times over just a few days, which was frustrating.
Pros: Plenty of room

Pros: Loved the bed comfortable you just melt in it. The room was really compact......not much moving space
Cons: After paying for the room 2 weeks n advance there was no complimentary breakfast i paid more to stay here but quality inn at least had breakfast. Hilton wanted us to pay 14.95 per person for breakfast. Valet was cool but if u self parked you still have to pay wth.
Pros: Staff was comforting and helped you find your way by making you feel very welcomed. Almost like staying with family. There was no stress of traveling. The location was perfect for our itinerary
Cons: That we had to leave
Pros: Great Gym, great location, walking distance to everything. Easy to find free parking two or three blocks further into Little Italy.
Cons: Front desk staff seemed a little pre-occupied with other things. They were nice and answered our questions but quick to get back to folding and stuffing letters, and whatnot. Also odd that the front desk was split between two hotels. No big complaint though.
Pros: The location of the hotel was the best part of the stay - within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Fell's Point, and a reasonable distance to the ballpark - especially if you'd like to skip the drive/parking fees.
The room was equipped with a Keurig, selection of K-cups and cream/sugar for those needing a quick caffeine fix. There's also a Starbucks located directly under the hotel.
Cons: As expected with a hotel in a city, the room was on the small side. It was just big enough for a King bed and bathroom, with a very narrow hallway.
The pillows were ridiculously small - barely bigger than a toss pillow which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Pros: I love the location
The gas station
The food everything is right there
Cons: I don't like how housekeeping knock on the door 9:00am. I was staying for the weekend they should have known that. I don't want to be woken up at all
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Pros: clean and well maintained, close to shopping, coffee all day
Cons: small room

Pros: Accessibility to other conveniences (stores, restaurants, etc)
Pros: We were visiting family in Towson. The hotel was convenient, spacious, clean and a pleasure to stay in for two nights. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Very dated

Pros: Beautifully restored lobby. Good location for walking to inner harbor and other sights. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Complimentary bottled water. Cuisinart tea and coffee maker. In. Room refrigerator. Microwaves on each floor. Nice bakery in lower lobby for quick breakfast or snack.
Cons: Phone in room didn't function fully. This was not addressed. Puts $50 per day on CC for incidentals. This is posted, but wasn't brought to my attention when CC was taken.
Pros: Staff was excellent as usual
Pros: I like the rooms and the classy look.
Cons: I was Here on business and went outside for a smoke break and in the middle of the night a few black men tried and rob me and I tried to defend myself and I was latterly jumped by a group and there was no one at the hotel that helped me .
I can't believe they would allow such horrible activities and behavior in front of the hotel with no one there willing to help protect their customers.
And than I asked for a security tape to see why and how it all happen and their response was they know nothing.
How can you let such hateful and violent things happen as letting your customers get hurt and no one there to help protect the people who stay at the hotel.
I see the staff and people at the hotel can care less what happens at the hotel or outside their front door.
I can't believed they had the nerves to tell me I'm still being charged for the room for 3 days after the same night I showed up I was in the emergency room till the next morning and they had the nerve to still charge me .
I see the hotel people can care less what happens there as long as they get their money .
How can the hotel let such horrific things happen in their presence and expect for people to feel comfortable renting a room there .
That's the worst experience I've ever endured staying at a hotel.
I was in the emergency room with a broken nose and broken rib cage and no one wanted to help me . They practically just looked the other way.
If that's how hotels operate and let their customers get hurt and possible killed than I will never rent and or be a client for that hotel ever .
Cons: My only complaint is that the computers did not seem to be working in the office area. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
Pros: Excellent Restaurant
Pros: Lobby space, staff, food options all excellent
Cons: Rooms are old but clean with excellent bedding and sheet. 3 star bathrooms but clean. Fine maid service.
Pros: Upon check in, Ashlie greeted us and made sure we were well taken care of. Our West Point cadet was to meet us and she saw to it that he would not have to sleep on the ground as wel were previously told by front desk when I previously called. A big hug to Ashlie for being so kind and making our stay very comfortable and easy.
Pros: Valet service for 30 a day was best option for parking and staff was prompt.
Cons: The furniture was ripped. Down comforter was ripped. Bottom of toilet was dirty. Room was by an alley so was a nosey Monday morning with trash pick up. No need for a Wakeup call that's for sure. And could smell exhaust fumes in room that morning as well.
Pros: Good, central location
Rooms were comfortable and well equipped
Bed was comfy
Staff was friendly
Cons: Noisy street, could hear sirens all night long
Pros: Beautiful and comfortable hotel, staff was very accommodating and kind, good location
Pros: Attended a wedding held here at the hotel, that was great and held in the ballroom with cocktail hour on the mezzanine level, a beautiful setting indeed! Room was fine with a comfortable bed, location to the Inner harbor and Convention Center is excellent.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Pros: I liked that we could get place to place with no problems in our car. But it wasn't anything too special.
Cons: I didn't like the rude valet people
I didn't like the bed or the room
I didn't like that they came in our room without asking did we want it to be cleaned.
I would have rather stayed at The Ebassy Sweets in Baltimore I could have splurged and gave them that extra $100 and would have had a better nights rest.
Also I didn't like that you could hear the street people yelling outside of room 1018. Over all I would not stay here again. THIS IS A ONE NIGHT AND KEEP IT MOVING TYPE OF HOTEL!

Cons: Distance from elevator to rooms is excessive.
Pros: Great location! Welcoming and very helpful staff! Large & Clean room. Will definitely stay again.
Cons: Can't say anything bad about our stay.
Cons: Ok. Busy weekend. Crowded elevators and lobby.
Pros: Nice hotel in a great location - easy access to the inner harbor!
Pros: Location was perfect
We needed a new remote control for tv and staff ca,e up immediately.
All staff was by friendly
Cons: Our room desperately needs new mattresses. 11018 as soon as you walked in you could tell because of the lumps. Everything else was wonderful.
Pros: Clean rooms. Accomodating staff. Let me check in early.
Cons: After paying over 300 hundred a night, they ofer you a view upgrade for an extra 40 a night, which is fine is a beautiful view of the harbor, but you have to pay an extra 30 dollars a day to park your car. And when I ask the offer me the internet for free but since the person that checked me in was not there they tried to backed out of it saying that there was no way they could give it to me for free because it was 15 more a day. The people at front desk were very, very rude. Except when you are checking in and they are trying to sell you something.
Pros: The view in the room, the room's cleanliness; the design, the staff , the convenience re :parking
Pros: The location was great. Across the street from the harbor. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons: Restaurant was chronically understaffed. Groups left without receiving their food due to the long wait.
Pros: Loved the location
Cons: Besides from the hookers on our floor from room to room, the fighting in the hallway at 1am in the morning and the party going on down the hall with employees and guest with drugs being used
Cons: Since the hotel was so big it was very impersonal so I guess that is what you get for a large hotel. The service was Omni the certainly not incredible.
Pros: Beautiful accommodations, great view of Camden fields, well priced, pool was nice, coffee bean in lobby, a great place to stay whether it's for business or pleasure! - staff was extra accommodating
Pros: View was great of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay and recommend to my friends and family.
Pros: On a business trip - checked in at 2pm and because check-in wasn't for a bit, front desk helped me out. "Upgraded" me to an amazing suitt overlooking Camden yards. It was a rainy cold night, and the orioles were not in town. I can appreciate upgrading someone when neither of the above were factors. The room (667) had great views and hangout areas, BUT NO BED!!! WAS RELEGATED TO A PULL OUT COUCH DESPITE PAYING TOP DOLLAR!!
Pros: Stayed there as we had come in town for an Orioles game. The hotel is across the street from Camden Yards and the gym has an awesome view of the park. Overall nice facilities and upscale feel. It's also a block from the Light Rail station so getting there from BWI is very inexpensive ($1.70) although parking was $35.00 a night of you drove.
Cons: Some normal amenities were missing, no breakfast although a Coffee Bean is in the lobby. Charged a fee to use things like the conference room and the business center has the computers set up so the sun is at your back and difficult to read the screen.
Pros: We traveled here for a one night trip to attend an Oriole's game. The ball park is immediately next to the ball park and you can actually see the park from most of the rooms. It's also abuts the convention center in addition to having its own meeting space. Would be an excellent place for a conference or to stay for an event at the convention center. The coffee bean and tea leaf was excellent and the room was clean enough and pretty comfortable.
Cons: Really wanted to use the pool with our baby but it was incredibly cold. That was a big bummer. Also didn't know it was pet friendly and we had a dog that was pretty unhappy near us.
Pros: The location was great, right next to Camden Yards to see the Orioles baseball game.
Cons: Hotel reservation could not be found and they were not helpful.
Our room was not cleaned until 3 pm and we needed towels.
The indoor pool was cold, not heated and was so cloudy and dirty you could not see in it!!!
Coffee shop/restaurant had long lines.
Cons: Couldn't even check in 1 hour early. Stayed here due to proximity to Camden Yards so we could park and not have to worry about our vehicle. When we arrived we were told they didn't have room to valet our car because of the game, which is the entire reason we picked this hotel. Whatever. We went to the 4pm baseball game and came back to check in. They gave us keys to a room occupied by another family. Went back to the front desk and was told they had no room for us because of a flood and they were waiting for a room to become available. Said we could go to the pool and then get dinner. While in the pool they told us the restaurant was closing early so we would have to order carryout. We ordered carryout at 9:30pm and didn't receive our food until 11:15pm because we were told to wait in the lobby by the front desk staff and apparently our food was taken somewhere else. My 3 kids aged 5 to 10 were miserable waiting until after 11pm to eat. Finally got into our room around midnight. Complained the next day to the manager and was told we wouldn't have to pay for our stay. It's been over a week and we are still waiting for the credit to our account. Called the accounting department, left message and never heard back from them. When we were there it was very apparent many people were having numerous problems with the hotel including 15 minute waits for the elevator. It was also apparent management is not willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. They appeared more likely to be found hiding in a back room somewhere.
Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: The staff was rude. It took 3 hours to "find" my reservation, it was dusty, dirty, hairy, ac unit wouldn't work and extremely overpriced. At 8 in the morning a woman who worked there put her ear to our door waking us all up tapping and when I opened the door she said she was just checking to see if we were all there. Checkout was at noon.
Pros: My room over look at Camden yards as does the executive lounge
Cons: Mattress needed to be replaced, digital key did not consistently work, executive lounge food and beverage not as good as most

Cons: I've stayed here twice before and it was great.
This time, no housekeeping.
Elevators not working and you needed to step over piles of garbage to use the service elevator.
Starbucks in the lobby just didn't open Sunday morning. Staff unaware why or even that it wasn't open even though they were looking right at a dark restaurant.
Pros: As far as Towson goes, there doesn't seem to be too many hotels, and if you don't mind a little walk, everything is within reaching distance of this locale. Rooms are VERY comfortable, TVs big, plenty of place to put your things.
Cons: They could up their game in the quality of the toiletries. A little scent goes a long way.
Also, room service messed up my order pretty well, not sure the guy was really paying close attention when I ordered, but it's all good.
Pros: Location met our needs perfectly.
Cons: The rooms and hallways were dark.
Pros: liked the proximity to Goucher and shopping
Cons: While the staff were friendly and helpful when they could be, the hotel felt understaffed. Things felt a bit shabby and worn around the edges. And what hotel with a pool, business or otherwise, closes it down during the daytime hours when those of us working or visiting family/friends might have an hour to get a workout in? It's great that you pay a lifeguard, but don't skimp on the hours.
Cons: People smoking weed, parting extermly loud and having sex none stop they all could hear. Called to complain serveral times with nothing being done. Horrible stay me we not recommend it
