Pros: Very, very nice room! Well appointed in every aspect! Twin bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids! Bathroom was absolutely ideal for family with kids- 2 sinks in central area, 1 room with huge walk in shower, 1 area on opposite side of bathroom with tub and shower combo. Getting ready in morning was SO much faster and much less hassle. Parking garage was so neat and clean, valet and bell staff helpful and incredibly courteous. Overall- just as nice or better than official Disney hotels and within a quick walk to the gates of the park. This trip we stayed 1 night here, a couple nights at a Disney hotel...our kids like marriott better.
Cons: Very high priced

Pros: Very Nice! Close to FWY, Very Clean, Breakfast was Excellent, Friendly staff, Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to wake up!!
Pros: The bed was comfy and the hot tub was a great experience, over all a great hotel
Pros: It was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Cons: The location wasn't so great, heard emergency sirens outside often during the middle of the night.
Ice machine is not on every floor, sucks when you need to get ice and have to wait for the very slow elevator or walk to the end of the building and down the stairs.

Pros: Very nice hotel. I thought I lost my sun glasses. Staff was very helpful and even gave me 2 call backs to let me know they had looked but couldn't find them. I thought that was very nice. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious also. Beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I go to the amusement parks such as Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm.
Cons: Food line for omelette took a long time.
Pros: Free parking
Pros: Loved everything about this hotel! Place looked brand new and up to date. Staff was so friendly. Everyone greeted us and was so helpful. Breakfast was great too.
I even told the staff how wonderful they were and that I would come back again.
The centrally located Hyatt House Cypress Anaheim is the ideal lodging choice when visiting Orange County's many area attrations, such as Knott's Berry Farm, local beaches or Disnelyand Resort. Cypress, CA and its surrounding areas are home to several corporate headquarters, including Siemens, United Health Group, Mitsubishi, Yamaha and many more.
Pros: The actual room was fine, just as you would expect from any non-budget hotel. On the online booking site it was described as a "boutique hotel" in an excellent location. There was nothing special about the place. I have no idea why it was described as "boutique." I booked there based on the description to give my daughter a different experience than the other hotels on our vacation, but it was very similar to the Doubletree we stayed at in Flagstaff on our drive out. I don't know what I expected, but I was certainly not impressed.
Cons: The price was about double what it should have been for a similar room at a name brand hotel chain. I would NOT book a room there again.
Website reviews also stated hotel was 0.7 miles from Angels Stadium. According to my car odometer and Google Map App it was closer to 1.1-1.2 miles, too far for my daughter to walk in summer heat.
If you have to drive to get where you are going anyway, location is NOT an advantage as advertised.
Pros: Clean and quiet.
Cons: Breakfast selection was limited and quality was not very good. Having stayed at other Ayres properties, I expected better. The free hot breakfast was a main reason for booking here.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us save money by booking a town car to the airport. The free breakfast was great. I liked that check out wasn't until 12pm. The hotel was located a short bus trip from Disneyland. For $5 we could by an all day bus pass. The bus drivers were always friendly and on time in most instances.
Pros: great value, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms with great beds/bedding
Pros: breakfast. Good value.
Pros: The location in proximity to Angels stadium was fantastic. Nice decor, clean and quiet rooms, good breakfast.
Conveniently located across the street from the UC Irvine Medical Center, The Outlets at Orange, and a short distance from the Disneyland Resort, ALO Hotel is a hot-spot for both leisure and business travelers. Guests enjoy spotless guestrooms, and complimentary amenities include parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a daily full breakfast buffet.
Pros: Great location - near stores, restaurants, walking distance to disneyland. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast buffet! Very nice staff.
Cons: The 24/7 lounge seems to be understaffed at night. Took a long time to place orders and to get food. The staff was very nice but it seemed like one or two people were having to juggle too many things.
Pros: We loved the location and that it was new. It had a nice pool that is shared with the neighboring hotel. The breakfast buffet was perfect to start our day at Disneyland and the following day prior to the drive home. They also will lend or give for free many items such as cell phone chargers, curling irons, toothbrushes, etc. they have complimentary Wall Street journal and USA Today and tv with DIRECTV with most of the channels we get at home in hidef.
Cons: Nothing bad about this hotel.
Pros: Very clean and very spacious. Great breakfast. Great breakfast. Not to far to walk to Disneyland. Really enjoyed out stay.
Cons: I booked through Priceline which told me parking was free, when we arrived we were informed it would be $17/day. (I don't live far and don't usually stay at a hotel when visiting Disneyland, I didn't realize mostly all the hotels charge for parking) I told the front desk that Priceline said parking was free and she gave me a 2 day free pass for the confusion. It was much appreciated.
Pros: Overall comfort of the room
Cons: The tub didnt drain properly. It got gross and was uncomfortable to shower in.
Pros: The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and we loved our room.
Cons: There seemed to be too few people on staff. Not very much communication among staff members, and not enough communication to guests (I.e. Parking situation was very confusing, had to ask 3 different people what to do with our car before finally finding out we overpaid) and room service (food) was very slow
The hotel is a modern 5 story building with one level of public space and 5 levels of guest rooms. Including a total of 178 rooms with some that will look towards the Disneyland Resort with views of the nightly Disneyland Fireworks. The two story atrium and gallery will look out towards a beautifully landscaped circular drive and hotel entrance. The hotel is located just 1.5 blocks to the Disneyland Resort Parks entrance as well as the Anaheim Garden Walk.
Pros: Great Staff, very accomodating. Liked the Club aspect for breakfast.
Pros: Location to fair
Cons: No one came to clean our room
Pros: I like that it's pet friendly. I was able to bring my Labrador with my partner. Will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The bed sheets were not too soft. It does get busy because of the convention center nearby.
Pros: This was my first time ever in a hotel, the staff was nice enough to explain to me how things worked and what accommodations they had available on site. The room was well organized was clean, no one bothered us for the entire duration of the stay. We had a nice view on the fifth floor to the pool and trees, and actually we could even see towards the mountains. I had no problems checking in or out and no extra charges were added due to prepaying the room. Overall a great stay, can't wait to go again.
Cons: The only major problem I had was that in the morning for breakfast. We went to the restaurant inside of the hotel and were served by Ashley, the problem with her was that she never returned to me with my change when I had paid for the meal. Breakfast for two came out to just over $30, I paid with cash and expected to receive around $10 back. I waited for ten minutes until i finally went back to restaurants desk and asked for my change there. One of the other workers there was nice enough to correct the situation, during that time we over heard her asking Ashley: Did you keep their change again? Indicating that this incident has happened before. I received my change shortly after and the other server apologized. Ashley appeared once more before i walked out, she continued working and serving another party as if nothing had happened, never making eye contact with us even as she passed by.

Pros: The room was large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: No it was all good
Pros: The service was fantastic , the housekeeping was excellent , breakfast was really good .
Cons: I did not like the fact that I had to connect the Internet every 24 hours . Some of the other guests were somewhat loud .
Pros: Centralized location to baseball tournament.
Cons: My car was broken into in the hotel parking lot.
Pros: Received a call notifying me of glitch and booking price was wrong.
Cons: They did not honor the rate which I booked the room for. It was like a bait and switch situation.
The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.
Pros: Location as we were visiting the NHRA finals in Pomona
Cons: The only thing was the lack of good places to eat near by. There are lots of fast food places but no fine dinning.
Pros: Nice breakfast
Cons: Double Queen as requested and paid for was not available. Management's only recourse was to suggest I pay a discounted rate for another room. Finally they provided another room on another floor (handicap) for no charge.
false advertising: Chino Hills, California, 11 mi from Intl Ontario Airport, offers an indoor pool - no indoor pool! Staff cruel when after 2 days the wifi didn't work indicating I didn't know how to set it up. A retired Stock trader and on computers since 1971 I knew what I was doing, she didn't. Pizza company they recommended gave me one total cost on phone and the bill was $3 more (not tip) when it arrived. No place to go unless you had a car! When I was leaving at 5:30am, the staff was too lazy to get up and check me out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel did not meet Hampton Inn's name. The 3rd floor hallway was like a refrigerator 24 hours a day. This hotel overcharges for the room and service they provide. The area needs more hotels!!!!
Pros: The bathroom was updated.
Cons: They don't know how to clean bathroom floors. Dirt or mold is starting to grown by the bathtub. Sheets do not fit the bed. No microwave or refrig in room until I complained. Breakfast was frozen food. Pool was cold. $4 for bottle water.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is much better than the typical buffet breskfast - sausage moist and flavorful, eggs not rubbery. We had a late arrival, and the staff was very efficient. We' ll come back when we are in the area.
First statement says it all.
Pros: Checked in, room was great. A/C didn't work, called front desk. Maint was there within 5 mins. Unit needed to be replaced, was moved to a suite & comp for the 2 days. What more can I say.
No complaint's everything was fine close to eatery's and close to our destination wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Pros: room's were clean and overall appearence was nice will stop there again and stay
I would give it a three star rating.
Pros: Staff was polite and helpful. The free breakfast was very good.
Cons: I was on the freeway side and found the traffic noise bothersome.
Pros: Great staff! Nice rooms.
Cons: TV broken in dining room. Several lights out in dining room.Guests drinking and making loud noises late at night. Waffle maker not working properly. Doors slamming constantly.

We love having you here at the Hampton Inn & Suites Chino Hills hotel in California!
Cons: Lobby bathrooms were small and staff was very short with understanding kayak definitions of The room
Pros: Rooms and Resturant
Pros: Great Hotel. Good Facilities.
Cons: $28.00 to Park my car was a bit much
Pros: The staff was AMAZING there! we loved out stay.
Cons: The hotel is a bit dated but it was a great value for the deal we got.
Pros: It was clean, convenient for our conference, room was comfortable, staff and service was above expectations. Hotel food/restaurant/bar was good. Also close to other restaurants.
Pros: The hotel has an amazing staff. The two restaurants are very good and offer really good food unlike most hotel restaurants. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very clean. The hotel has its own shuttle bus going to and from Disney check out is at 1200 am. I paid $170 per night and it was far better than the Fairfield inn by Marriott which is located right across the main entrance to Disney Land. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel!!
Cons: The prices in the little store of the hotel are somewhat ridiculous but it is a great hotel. Parking is rediculous with $27 per night. One Bus is not enough during peak hours to get guests to park.
Pros: Loved the location, room cleaness, staff was very friendly and bed was confortable.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was a bit over priced.
Pros: The hotel lobby was beautiful and the employees were very nice. We had 3 different groups of family coming in and the person who checked us in gave us top notch service and was able to let us check-into our rooms early. He even let us have free shuttle tickets for everyone for Disneyland. I definitely will be back. With a group of 12 of us it was much easier to have the breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the lobby. it turned out great!
Pros: This is our 4th stay in Hyatt regency orange county this represent how we are loyal to this hotel we just feel like home
Pros: Easy access via shuttle which is convenient.
Cons: The shuttle/parking should be free for guests... I wouls have given an extra star for the extra value.
Pros: The staff was extremely nice and helpful!
Pros: Staff was very courteous and friendly. Excellent customer service. The location was great. Loved taking the shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel. Hotel is well kept. Loved the lobby - spacious. The Starbucks, gift shop and deli. Even thought we felt self parking was expenses we appreciated that the parking was adjacent to the hotel. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Orange County and we look forward to staying there again.
Cons: The mattress' were not comfortable. The pillows looked worn, pretty flat. Housekeeping didn't leave us enough towels on two days. We got confused when we drove up to the hotel and staff (not sure if they were all Valet staff) came to our car and immediately asked us if self park or valet. and began to pull our bags out of the card. We had no idea what we were going to do without checking in first. That was a bit overwhelming. We felt self parking was too expenses.
When it comes to hotels near Disneyland, Hyatt Regency Orange County is the ultimate destination for your getaway or vacation. Located just 1.4 miles from the Disneyland(R) Resort, our luxury hotel near Anaheim offers shuttle service to and from the parks, and is in close proximity to Angel Stadium, the Honda Center, world-famous beaches and many other Orange County attractions.
Pros: A perfect spot to be within walking distance of Disneyland for overnight accommodations at a family friendly price. Great value! The pool was heated and you can easily see the fireworks from the 4th floor if the little ones are too tired to go to the park.
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland can hardly be beat. Standard rooms are decent sized, modern enough amenities. Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a nice job. Friendly front desk and valet, always saying hello. Would DEFINITELY consider staying here again, especially with a decent rate.
Cons: Not exactly a bargain price, but you're paying to be so close to Disneyland. The surface of the pool deck was a little dingey, but the pool and hottub were both nice enough and in a great spot for viewing the fireworks.
Pros: Great value for the price. About 1 1/2 miles from Disneyland entrance. A few restaurants within walking distance
Cons: You have to pay for parking
Pros: Staff were very friendly and rooms are very clean. They had the room ready quickly.
Cons: I did not like to parking charge. I think parking should me included in the hotel service
Pros: I love how close this hotel is to Disneyland resort. Sure it's not on DLR property, but It is probably the same walking distance from the parks to this hotel as it is to the on property hotels. The family suite was comfy and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Parking/Valet fee, but it's cheaper than what Disney charges!
Pros: Room size. Pool. Cleanliness. Friendly, thorough housekeeping. Great shower head
Cons: Cable channel system. No refill on sweeter and creamer for coffee on second morning.
Pros: Very clean and large room. Very close walking distance to Disneyland. Very quiet.
Pros: Parking very convienent and
We liked the fact that the room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
Concierge and parking attendants were excellent. Keep up the great work.
Pros: Comfortable and close to Disneyland.
Cons: The pool didn't open until 9, which means we couldn't use i, because by that time we had to be ready for the park. My kids were up at 6:30 and wanted to swim before Disneyland. It was very disappointing for them and we pretty much has nothing to do for several hours.
Pros: Great location
Cons: Small room for our two girls and us.
Pros: I like the proximity to Disneyland, the security of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. On the first day of my stay the person that cleaned my room had and artistic side. Whoever the person was made flowers with washcloths and hand towels plus the facial and toilet tissue, it was really cute and showed that the person took time to care about my stay in the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and would do so again...Also has a spectacular view of the Disneyland fireworks at night.
Cons: I was unhappy that I received a handicap accessible bathroom. I am not handicapped nor do I need a special shower. The shower head was detachable but low for wheelchair accessibility and I didn't have the ability to switch to the appropriate height shower head with was in place. I felt the room should have been reserved for someone that needed the assistance. I was also unhappy with the maid service on the second day of my stay...my personal products were moved about in the shower and I do not feel comfortable with strangers handling my products and moving them to a location more convenient for the person cleaning the shower this also occurred on the third day.
Pros: Very clean large rooms. Well appointed and decorated. Across the street from Disneyland entrance with lots of eating facilities very close to hotel.
This family-friendly Anaheim hotel is across the street from Disneyland® Resort and 2 blocks from the Anaheim Convention Center. Angel Stadium is 2 miles away.
The English Tudor-inspired Anaheim Camelot Inn features an outdoor pool and spa tub perched on a terrace overlooking Disneyland® Resort. Other amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access available in public areas, laundry facilities, and a computer station. This Anaheim hotel has designated areas for smoking.
All rooms offer complimentary wireless Internet access, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers. TVs come with premium channels. Vanities are outside bathrooms. Cribs and rollaway beds are available. All rooms are non-smoking.
Cons: You could hear the people in the next room conversation. You could also hear the people screaming in the pool on the first floor. The rooms are very dark in terms of color it makes the vibe in the room weird and there were a few spots on the wall it just does not feel comfortable at all the sheets and blankets weren't comfortable nor soft . needs a major upgrade .
Pros: The staff was helpful fast and friendly . The room was so nice and clean . The bathroom was big and clean very spa like feel to the room ! The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave . Room service was excellent !!
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like .
Pros: Large rooms (junior executive suite)
Cons: I wasn't informed much about the hotel when I checked in. I had to call and find out things in my own
Pros: $5.00 off at Starbucks for 'being green".
Cons: Free Wi-fi would have been appreciated.
Pros: Clean, quite, nice, and lovely. Would definitely book again. However...
Cons: Hotel forgot to provide a shower curtain. =(

Pros: The breakfast, the size of the suites, the shuttle bus service, happy hour
Pros: Rooms were nice, I believe they had been recently remodeled.
Cons: They had completely demolished the enclosed courtyard, they had heady equipment jack hammers, welders, painters going from (09:00 AM until 5:00 dust everywhere, with the enclosed roof the sell of diesel was sickening.
This was my daughters wedding. we had 11 rooms reserved, and we had not idea that a remodel of this nature was underway. It had been booked a year a head of time.
Completely mishandled by the ownership and the Hilton Brand.
Cons: Cleanliness. Dark musty rooms. TV did not work.

Pros: The Bistro was good, a little over priced. The employees were very nice.
Cons: This courtyard does not have the Happy Hour or the Breakfast that all the other ones we have stayed in. The room was smaller than the ones we usually stay in and the in room coffee machine had 1 pkg of coffee for the 2 of us. That would not have been a problem if there had been coffee in the lobby or the Bistro was open. It didnt open up 6:30. The furniture in the Bistro was worn out.
Pros: Close to softball facilities
Parking with easy access to doors to rooms
Cons: Can't get Marriott points when we book through kayak
Pros: Employees were pleasant
Cons: I came there with my family which included a toddler. He found a sharp object on the floor. Which looked like either a thumb tack or needle. Which tells me housekeeping didnt clean properly. I also did not like the smell of the hotel and the rooms. Smelt like old people

Pros: Great stopover location. Very close to the freeway but far enough away not to hear it at night. Breakfast is a great deal. Included I. The price and has all the basic necessities and the fruit was great.
Cons: The guy in front of me wasn't prepared to check in and so I had to stand there and wait while he ran out to his car to get his id and credit card. Who does t know how to check in to a hotel in 2017. Do they think you magically check in?? I could have checked in by the the time the guy came back.
Pros: Room was nice and large. Clean.
Cons: Walls are thin. You could here everything outside your walls. I could not sleep at all! Was up all night! I heard the neighbors conversations as if they were in the same room as me. Also, the cleaning ladies started cleaning early. All you could here were doors opening and slamming. And laughing and talking so loudly as if they were right in my ear. I thought this was going to be a comfortable stay but it was not! It was the worst experience I have had as far as comfort due to NOISE!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Great hotel room was nicely done.
Pros: The area was not good at all, however it had easy access to the 57 allowing us to get to Anaheim quickly and Yorba Linda. The room I was in was "supposedly" just remodeled so it was fairly clean and neat. The best part of the stay was the friendliness of the breakfast attendant. She was so nice and kind. Ensured the guests were happy and had everything they needed. She would even make food for guests. The breakfast was above average and a steal for being complimentary. That was the best part and the only reason I would stay again.
Cons: The front desk clerk (Hispanic guy) was really rude when I asked him about a microwave for my room which my reservation said I would received. Argued with me and said he would charge me for one, although I had physical proof that I was supposed to have one. So petty for him to argue with a customer. Absolutely uncalled for and an easy fix to ensure the guest is happy. New generation I guess. He also parked his red suburban in a handicap spot and didn't have a placard. We also asked for a crib at check in. Upon check out a few days later we'd yet to get it. Both were for a newborn child. Unacceptable! The beds were ROCK HARD but after busy days met the intent of us sleeping. Was really disappointed with the desk employees attitude at check in but knowing how people are raised now a day makes it somewhat more understandable. No more of the costumer is always right and absolutely zero empathy for a newborn child.
Pros: The staff was overly friendly - literally the most positive and sweet people ever. The tooms were clean, overall nice, and perfectly functional. Such a great price for Anaheim too! I'll definitely go back there when I need a room in the area next!
Cons: Really nothing to complain about. If I HAD to make a suggestion I would say the red paint color wasn't the most attractive? Lol. But really, no complaints on my need whatsoever!
Cons: We were given a room across from a remodele and it was very noisy in the pm when we checked in and they started at 8 the next morning.
Pros: Everyone was so nice. Very clean.
Pros: I like buffet breakfast and the people who prepare those foods are joyful, helpful, and very friendly.
I like the smooth check-in too from friendly front-desk staff.
Cons: The bathroom door lock is broken.
Pros: Close to Disneyland, just a few exits away.
Cons: Front desk clerk are horrible and rude. Refuse to give us the room we paid for in full on the Internet. Even though it showed our description of the room we reserved they still tried to put us in a smaller room because they said our confirmation was wrong or incorrect on behalf of the third party. We will never be here again, it ruined our entire vacation.
Pros: The staff other than the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating...
Cons: the front desk staff was horrible. They didn't have our "paid" rooms, argued with us about what we had actually paid for even though we had our confirmation with the actual room description.
None accommodating and down out rude.
Pros: Location. Not bad for the price. Good breakfast. Friendly staff

Cons: The TV programming does not have any channels for kids
Pros: Nice hotel. Good restaurant.
Cons: Brutal food options outside of hotel offerings.
Pros: We loved the pool- great view and super relaxing. We were able to order margaritas from room service out there. Nice central location for visiting Disney and Hollywood.
Pros: Staff was great
Pros: The overall look of the place was very nice.
Cons: The rooms need to be redone, very tired looking. I could feel the springs on the bed. We went to the New Year's Eve all you can eat Prime Rib and Lobster dinner. Almost everything had an Asian touch to it. Meaning the steak was Medium to Medium well and up. The lobster was cooked in a brown sauce. Just really not what we expected.
view from room window
Cons: noisy toilet when flushed
low battery for safe in room
short range from TV remote to TV
Pros: I have never stayed there before. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The resort hotel was luxurious and accomadating.
Pros: Golf courses Ike & Babe
Cons: Elevator noise
Inconvenient restaurant location from lobby
Pros: I would definitely go back
Cons: The claimed every room had a balcony but we stayed in a room without. They were not helpful with our request to upgrade either. Just over all not a good experience.
Cons: The hair in our room, and how dirty it was, and how we still haven't gotten into contact with the manager there
With an 11-story hotel located on a hilltop, Pacific Palms Resort is within 2 miles of the Industry Hills Expo Center, 20 miles from Disneyland® Park, and 22 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
Pros: The rooms were absolutely beatiful and very clean. The staff was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The hotel ist self was just beautiful and very well located.
Cons: There was only one elevator for five floors or guest's, which was not very conducive to getting anywhere fast.
Pros: Clean and modern amenities, great location. Complimentary cookies and coffee are always a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Parking garage was a continual problem. Room keys did not function as intended to get in/out of garage gate, even after getting 3 different sets of room keys. Also, not enough parking spaces.
Pros: They had a room at an excellent price. We were stranded by Frontier Air with no options and had to extend our stay in So Cal. Quickly went to web and found this. I had stayed here before for work and found it a good value.
Pros: All the staff made you feel at home .
Cons: The entire operation was very well run and the upkeep was fantastic so there really isn't a negative in my opinion .
Pros: Location to airport and comfort of the room.
Cons: Parking fee for self park was $18.00
Pros: Good location, very nicely decorated. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Rooms had everything needed. Nice beds.
Cons: parking was 20.00 valet daily or 18.00 self park.
Pros: The staff was always warm and welcoming. Cookies were delicious, hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were ridiculously clean. Pool was nice!
Cons: $18/night for parking! Just know this ahead of time so you aren't surprised like I was haha :)
Also, no fans in the restroom which is weird but we managed.
Pros: The guys at the front desk have a back for hospitality and I loved the jokes!! The over all appearance is charming and welcoming. The room is well designed and comfortable. The price was extremely fair for the amazing value this hotel offers. I would gladly stay here again. Also I'd recommend it to anyone that inquiries about local hotels...
Cons: The charge for parking... But I get it!
Pros: No hassle got what I paid for
Pros: Beatrice at the front desk was so much help, she directed us to all the coolest places to go. She made our stay amazing!
Pros: The staff was and is amazing
Cons: I don't realized you need your key room to leave the parking lot.
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: 20 dollar valet parking

Pros: From the staff to the amenities this hotel was top notch.
Cons: rooms need updating, very old and worn out. TV was broken and did not work. Staff did nothing to fix it.
Pros: The staff were very helpful and really went the extra mile to make our stay a special one. Our room had an amazing view of the park and the pool was a great spot to relax in, and the poolside bar was very affordable! Would recommend staying here to anyone.
Pros: Earlier check in.
Cons: Charged $18 for parking.
Pros: Easy to find. Easy access to Disneyland from where they're located
Cons: Checking in and not being told about the fee for parking.
The broken shower
Possible black mold growing in the corners of the shower
With this being called a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed in the facility.
Pros: Great service and the staff was very friendly and nice.
Cons: Thin exterior walls. Could hear all the service vehicles making deliveries and pick ups early in the morning.
Pros: Location to Disneyland.
Cons: The A/C did not work in the room, as soon as we walked in the hotel room there was a strong weird smell. We had to leave the sliding door open to vent out the smell. Not to mention the ants roaming freely in the room. I also noticed a flaw in security, as in I cannot recall seeing any on the premises. One is able to walk through the hotel like nothing, I did not feel safe at this hotel.
Pros: Close to Disneyland
Cons: The in house restaurant has aweful service. I went when there were less than 10 customers and never had water or even saw our waiter. Other tables were requesting their waiter. Not a good experience. I wont stay here again.
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: The shower could use some updates.
Pros: Great hotel, cleanliness was great, staff were extra nice, for a big hotel close to Disneyland it was not overly crowded
Cons: Hotel has no shuttle to Disneyland, this is probably the only one downside
Cons: Quality not inpar with other Sheraton hotels

Pros: Great location, free parking & free breakfast make it a really good value
Cons: The rooms are a bit dated & have experienced heavy usage so some updates & remodels are due.
Pros: Check in was easy, the staff was initially very nice. The room looked really nice and clean. However, I woke up with multiple bites on my neck, face and arms. These were not bed bugs as only areas that were not covered were bitten. These bites are characteristic of mosquito bites. My room was right next to the pool so that might have something to do with it. I told the man at the front desk about it and he did not seem to care. He did not even apologize. He just said he would have housekeeping look. Everything looked nice, however I am now extremely itchy and uncomfortable after staying here. Wouldn't recommend
Pros: I loved the bed. It was so big and comfortable. I never wanted to get out of it. Everything in the room was modern and comfy and I was able to relax. I was very happy to find that I was on floor level and it was easy to find and get into my room. I had all amenities that the website indicated and everyone was friendly. Also breakfast is the most awesome thing in the morning. It took me three days to figure out how to work the waffle maker, but all of breakfast was easy, fast, and healthy and they even had alternatives for lactose intolerance and gluten free stuff. Very considerate.
Cons: On one day, near the end of my trip, they cleaned my room while I was out and did not leave me any towels or washcloths. Next morning, I asked for four towels so I could have enough to shower that afternoon and the next morning and it took more than 2 hours to get towels and I only got three. Not the four I asked for. Also the bathroom was the smallest room in my suite. It was literally smaller than the closet. I expected a larger bathroom.
Also, on the website and when I booked, it indicated FREE shuttle rides to and from Disneyland. They were NOT free nor did the shuttles come every 20 minutes like I was told. It was $3 one way or buy a pass for the shuttle and there was no place close to the hotel to buy a pass. I wound up buying a pass for the ART shuttle at Disneyland as I left the first day I went there as that was the only place I found to buy the ART passes where I went.
Pros: the fact that you are GREEN...
Cons: could of used a pool vest for my kid, since I lost hers...
Pros: The rooms are big, breakfast was great. The guy making waffles was really nice, great with all the kids. The beds are comfortable and it's in a great location.
Cons: The A/C didn't work for squat. Set to 60. Never cooled the room down at all.
Pros: The receptionist and people who worked with clients
Cons: Average rooms
Pros: The cleaning staff was wonderful. I was there for a full week and they made my room look spotless everyday. The breakfast and courtyard were very comfortable and appealing as well.
Cons: The staff at the front desk were very unfriendly and unwelcoming when I showed up. I was there by myself on business and the lady begin to drill me on if I was going to have guests show up to my room and if I was going to throw party. I then gave her my company credit card to book the room and she then proceeded to critique my company. Sorry lady, not what I was asking for. By this point it was after the 3pm check in but she said my room was still being cleaned and I'd have to wait another 20 minutes to check in.
Pros: The rooms looked great, beds were very comfortable, very clean rooms, and the breakfast was great!
Cons: I have no complaints. I would definitely choose to stay there again and I'll send my friends and family if they plan on staying in that area in the future.
Pros: I liked everything, fast check in, professional and warm welcome, beautiful and spacious room and well kept grounds! I would stay here again!
Cons: I disliked the fact I was only staying one night.
Pros: Great beds
Cons: Wifi didn't work
Pros: Great facilities. Common place for families going to Disney.
Cons: Did not recognize my prepaid reservation for the room. had to pay separately for a different room.

Pros: It was very easy to book. I ended up having to book two separate nights at the last minute. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms were comfortable.
Cons: The elevator was a little rickety.
Pros: The rooms were nice, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, location was easy to find.
Cons: The breakfast is a bit chaotic. They need a bigger space for that. But the food was good!
Pros: Friendly staff, easy check in/check out. Rooms clean and well appointed. Good location, close to airport and other services.
Cons: A little noisy, but only because youth football teams staying there at time of our stay.
Cons: Front desk staff was not helpful at all. I had wanted a much quieter room due to another room being worked on. Too noisy ! Will not visit or recommend this particular best western . I have stayed at a best western in Brooklyn New York and they were way more helpful.
Pros: Loved the heated pool and made to order breakfast!! Nice location, all staff was friendly. Definitely recommend it
Pros: Value for money. Clean, comfortable room. Benchmark of a $99 hotel. Free parking, free FAST wifi, great helpful staff--which are apparently hard to find these days. They put the best in Best Western. Nuff said.
Cons: Breakfast was just ok, but the best among comparable hotels.
Pros: Very clean place, loved the complimentary breakfast and other complimentary amenities.
Cons: My friend and I had a hard time connecting to the wifi, but we didn't care about it too much to figure it out.
Pros: Asked for a quiet room, he put me in a corner on the top floor.
Cons: Desk chair not very comfortable if you need to work for a while.
Had to clean lime deposits out of shower head so it didn't feel like aquatic laser needles.
Pros: Convenient location, professional staff, breakfast included with stay
Cons: Rooms smelled of lingering cleansers of faint floral notes. I would rather like the smell of bleach or pine or citrus vs. Cheap fliral scent.
Pros: Quiet, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.
Cons: There was blood on my comforter, it took 45 minutes for the staff to bring a clean one.
Pros: The staffs were really nice, good breakfast and nice swimming pool!
Cons: The breakfast room was over crowded and the sink in our room was a bit stinky

Pros: Room are clean and the beds are super comfortable.
Cons: Hotel is under remodel but excited to see the new improvement.
Pros: Staff was great. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable.
Cons: The entrances are few and so you have to walk a lot to the rooms. The back elevator is really stinky from the laundry facilities gassy fumes. The main elevator takes minutes to arrive, so we took the stairs quite often, There were 3 police cars at the entrance on Tuesday, which was alarming. Our A/C unit was so sketchy on the 2nd night so sleeping was an issue. It would come on for 2 mins and go off forever. It was hot in there. 3rd day it worked fine.
Pros: Nice hotel.. clean.. comfort.
Cons: A lil old building for the price
Pros: Nice service at front desk. Clean room.
Cons: Vending machines and Ice machines didn't work. It took me an hour to get a bottle of water.
Pros: We arrived late and Martin the person on front desk was very helpful and accommodating under the circumstances. Thank you.
Pros: Staff was very friendly, location to restaurants was great, room was spotless and the mattress more comfy than my own.
Cons: Nothing negative to say.
Pros: The room were cozy and the area was nice, right near a shopping plaza.
Cons: At check-in the gentleman helping us was very rude! The next morning after check-in we realized that our sink was clogged and it took away for someone to come and fix it.
Cons: My backpack was taken from my room while I was out of the hotel room, I asked the employee at the front desk if it had been recovered in the lost and found and he said no. After 30 minutes of talking with the employee, he went into the main office and brought out my missing backpack. Our room had been locked at the time of entry, this led me to believe that it had been taken by one of the hotel staff members. My sister and I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable with our stay at the Best Western Plus in West Covina.
Pros: Breakfast, beds, pillows and blankets were all good.
Cons: Didn't like the channel selection in order to entertain kids.
Pros: - 24/7 access to amenities, such as microwave, eating utensils, snacks, etc.
- lots of parking indoors and outdoors
- large, comfortable room
Cons: - carpet in the room was a little dirty

Cons: no microwave, beds were so very very hard, we even ate our 3rd night and drove home day early because we didn't want to wake up stiff like we had, beds didn't seem like queen either and we were located in 2nd building which seemed like it was secluded from anything the hotel offered.. won't be staying here again

Pros: The staff was very friendly, free breakfast had a large choice in the menu and food was excellent. Parking was close to room, we were given a handicap room as requested.
Cons: There was nothing negative about this stay.
Pros: Clean. Great staff.
Cons: Pillows should be different sizes and different levels of firmness and softness.
Pros: Convenient location for our purpose with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean. Had no need to use the kitchen as we were only there 1 night.
Cons: We could not get the heat to flow through. We only got the fan blowing. Nothng was there to light the durolog in the fireplace. When the staff person brought up the matches, we read the print on the log which mentioned poisons. No fire.
Pros: The community atmosphere of complex and amenities in room.
Cons: Absolutely no where to park! This place needs more parking capacity. There needs to be a system where they ensure compact cars park in compact spaces. Too many examples of compact cars in non-compact car spaces. Really annoying!
Pros: The staff was very accommodating.
Cons: A bit outdated.
Pros: Very clean, we'll maintain hotel. Rooms are big! The breakfast has good selection of food! Will book again on my next trip to CA
Cons: Not really
Fight to find parking at night, dirty furniture, bugs, the list goes on. Would never stay there again. I will say though, the breakfast wasn't bad, but you had to wake up super early in order to get anything decent.
Pros: Honestly- Nothing
Cons: Fight to find parking at night, dirty furniture, bugs, the list goes on. Would never stay there again.
Pros: Fairly good wifi access. Staff friendly.
Cons: It needs to be updated. The tv/cable channels all came in fuzzy and poor sound quality. Very dissapointing. Constant smell of fast food from next door.
It was a nice hotel but they need to keep the grounds a little neater.
Pros: That they had breakfast a pool n a fireplace.
Cons: Not enough meat options. Just had pork. Late room Clean up.
Great location by freeway and In-N-Out, though the rest of the neighborhood is kind of strange, it's like an industrial park...
Pros: Multiple rooms in a single unit
Cons: Parking, there wasn't even close to being enough spots, and many of them were extremely small that cars couldn't fit into the spot. It felt a bit small compared to other Residence Inn hotels I've stayed at in the past, clearly meant for 2 people and not 4
