Cons: The car was very dirty especially the interior

Fast, Efficient, and Economical
Pros: Pick up and drop off were easy and fast. I had to upgrade to a minivan at the last minute, and they had no problem meeting my needs. Also it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the price quoted by a competitor. I will definitely use them again.
Cons: Parking lot is small and difficult to navigate when full.
Pros: I liked that despite the hassle and inconvenience, I was given a decent car and I had no problems with the vehicle itself. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Despite checking over all the details of my order before clicking submit- pickup time, location, type of vehicle, etc- I was super annoyed to be given a rental at a different, much less convenient location, and have an additional, unrequested hour tacked to my order- requesting the car be available at noon instead of 1 pm. So we went to Anaheim instead of Placentia, and arrived at 12:15 to discover that the office is closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch, although my order was clearly for noon. Now, I absolutely believe that these people deserve to eat lunch! I get that- but, since I'd ordered this car via Kayak, they wouldn't change the amount I was billed for the extra hour. Also, when ordering online, I was asked if I'd like to add the additional insurance for $9/per day, which for 7 days is $64. However, if you clicked on the insurance, it charges you $11/per day, or $77, which I think is also a bit sneaky. I felt like I was led to believe I was getting one thing (car X, at location X, at price X) only to discover after submitting my order that I'd been charged for car X, at location Y, and price Y.)
Pros: The minivan was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The 2016 van had 36,000 miles on it but did not have any mechanical problem.
Cons: The interior of the KIA minivan I rented for 5 days was the dirtiest of any vehicle I ever rented in more than 30 years. The carpet, seats, and windows were covered with dirt, smudge and trash. Cup holders had rotten food in them. One seat looked as if someone had thrown up on. All six of us driving from Anaheim to Phoenix and back got sick. On return, the branch manager blamed the dirtiness on "Avis Corporation". I said the branch manager is responsible for cleaning of the cars not Avis. At the end he gave me a mediocre $27 discount off of $461 rental invoice with an apology. I said apology not accepted. Overall, a very bad experience from a reputable rental company.
