Pros: Everything was perfect the food the location in the palmeria ..... Just loved it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were so welcome that it felt like we were part of the family. Khaleed took us to the 700 year old kasbah, a place that you cannot find without a local. We had a fantastic dinner and during the dinner we were surprised with live music from Khaleed and his cousin. Breakfast was excelent. They use all fresh and traditional products for food. This hotel is a wonderful place in the middle of a million palmtrees where at the end you are part of their family....
Cons: Everything was top!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden in middle of palm grove. Lovely staff that took us on tour of local village and old synagogue. Food was great.
Cons: Shower could be a bit cleaner and water dripped, but room was very comfortable and the Riad was beatiful.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The riad is perfectly situated in a quiet area in a palm grove on the ourskirts of Zaghura. It is an old family house with a garden, spacious rooms, hall/dining area and a terrace, all very clean and tastefully decorated. The host is a very nice, kind and helpful person. Breakfast was good and a home made dinner is served if required. A great choice for definitely more than a one night stay.
Cons: A very narrow and winding street, limited by clay fence leads to the house, what makes it quite hard to pass by car
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In the middle of a Oasis. Like in paradise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was the biggest surprise on our way. Too bad we only spend one night. We will be back sometime in the future.
Cons: The only thing is that the place is not so easy to find as it is hidden in the oasis. But there was a guy on a motorcycle waiting for us...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The family owned business is really nice. The food we got for dinner was probably one of the best we got during our whole trip through Morocco.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hospitality and service from the staff. Beautifiul and quiet location. Food was excellent- a real friendly and cosy place with a gorgeous garden.

Pros: Very good stay, nice big room, a little bit outdated furniture but everything works fine, you get a fair quality for your pay. Ok breakfast. Just in the city center but very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay again
Cons: Only complaint that they use their premises as night bar, so some sound may reach your room, not loud but still detectible

Pros: A good and quit location in the city. It 's beautiful. Spacious rooms. Very good beds. Lovely garden with a big swimming pool and very kind and helpful staff. Reception speaks their languages well. There is a nice bar. And place for carpaking on the property. I enyojed this place very much and would definitely return. From here it is also a good place to go on excursions into the desert.
Cons: It should be said that It needs a little bit of maintenance. A bit of paint on the outside. But still very very nice. I would definitely recommend it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good sized room with comfortable bed. Hot water in the shower (not lukewarm like so many places). Missed breakfast so can't comment.
Cons: Old hotel with old rooms that need at least a fresh coat of paint. WiFi wasn't working for the first couple of hours. Torn window screen. Couldn't open 1 window. Bar was loud until after 10, which normally wouldn't bother me, but I had to be up early the next morning.

Pros: The grand entrance. The inner courtyard and terraces. The spaciousness of the rooms.
Cons: The faded-glory feel. The breakfast buffet.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff is very nice, helpful and kind. The hotel itself is also quite all right. The room was spacious, quite comfortable and clean. The breakfast was all right (but if there is a large group of tourist in the hotel, you shoul wake up early for a breakfast, otherwise you'll get only leftovers).
Cons: The hotel is not very modern and it requires some renovation; it definitely looks better on the pictures than in reality. There is a lot of stairs to get to the room (our room was on the last floor and we have not seen any elevator).

Cons: Presure of the water in bathroom was not sufficiant, and not too warm. Breakfast - the choice was really poor.

7.1 Good
Pros: Pool is great after a day of driving in the heat. AC in my room could have been a little more performant. Breakfast is out of this world! Gardens are delightful.
Cons: Location could be better, not a place you want to walk around at night as it is a bit out of the main town center. AC could work better..... Still waiting for an answer after contacting them about a clothing item we left behind accidentally...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, very near to the ctm and wonderful garden.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Pretty garden and pool area. Big hotel with different options for eating areas and an outside bar. Low season so little choice in menu, food OK. Breakfast included croissant! Easy to walk into town.
Cons: Staff seemed jaded, not as warm a welcome as elsewhere. Wifi only available in downstairs seating area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is well-located, the owner is extremely kind, he waited for my partner and me until 11 p.m. The room is ample and comfortable. The view on the garden and the Zagora's mountain is stunning as the breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: - Pleasant hotel, in particular also the swimming pool is great after a day/night in the dessert. The garden is beautiful. - Rooms nothing fancy, but also not expensive - They organised a good tour for us with overnight stay in the dessert, we could leave our luggage in a room.
Cons: - unfortunately, we were missing jewellery (ring) and a bottle of perfume after our visit here. Make sure to put all valuables in a save place, also when you do not leave the hotel, but go for breakfast or a swim. There is no safe. - The hotel (and place) was very quiet when we were there (July), would have enjoyed a bit more vibrancy. - The swimming pool was not clean enough, we all had green stains in our swimming wear that were hard to get rid of.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with a good bed. It’s sometimes listed as a campground, and they also have good rooms. Price is great
6.0 Good
Pros: -Beds very comfortable -Nice common area -Breakfast was good
Cons: -WIFI was down -hot water on demand only, I had to take a cold shower The following comments all based on the price we paid, so we had some expectations: The place is an old camping they turned into a little hotel resort. Location is a little shady. The rooms are nice but in some kind of a hut, not really a closed building (thin walls). They don’t have food on site so you need to order well in advance to get lunch/dinner and the offered price was really to high. To be honest this place has good potential but definitely too expensive for what is offered right now. During 1 month in Morocco it was the highest price we paid for a room but our least favorite, sorry.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice big and comfortable room. The sunny garden is perfect to enjoy breakfast calmly. In fact, it is more between a motel and a camping area.
Cons: On the other hand, the owner realized late that they had a problem with hot water, so we could not take a shower (in January ...). On the contrary, we may have thought to spend an extra day.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Basic, but it had everything we needed. It was a very clean room and comfortable beds. Very nice and filling breakfast. Highly recommended.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were really helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We came back from a desert trip in Mhamid and this small Oasis near Zagora city was a great place for a 1 night recovery with friendly & helpful staff. You can feel the passion of the owner and his team to make la petite Kasbah a success. The swimming pool area was cozy and comfortable. We recommend having dinner at the rooftop. Good food and a fantastic evening view of the mountains. As a nice finishing touch the owner gave us a jar of our favorite Citron Marmelade of the breakfast at checkout. :)
Cons: More directive recommendation or a map about visiting Zagora or walking through the palm tree would have been helpful. We kind of winged it ourselves, which was also fine.

Pros: Very warm welcome give us a Feeling to Come home. Very Gold Breakfast and Diner for reasonable prices
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The owner and staff are all amazing. The owner has renovated his family riad beautifully and sympathetically. The staff are helpful and polite and there is a lovely happy atmosphere. There are nice common areas where you can chat with your fellow travellers. Fabulous breakfast, comfy bed. The evening meal is served by the fire while the staff play traditional music. The owner even gave us a lift to the grand taxi place when we left.
Cons: Everything was wonderful once you accept the riad is not in Zagora but actually in Amezrou..the next village.

Pros: The staff here is really wonderful. We got in late after a long drive and they sat us directly and served a very satisfying and tasty meal. The garden is lovely- great setting for meals or relaxing. The staff helped us book activities and was very gracious. The Riad is simple but a great place to stay while you take advantage of the dessert.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit shabby. The water pressure was not reliable and the toilet ran as did the sink. The water did get hot, just not all the time.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A garden oasis, tastefully decorated, superb staff, a lovely French hostess Michelle. Coming from Tropical Qld Australaia it was a home from home. Food was excellent, wine and beer available.
Cons: Such a short stay only 2 nights
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful garden of eden. Hotel beautifully furnished very relaxed and comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive, reminiscent of bygone age. Great place to recharge the batteries and chill out with a cold beer or mint tea and swim after the Erg Chegaga. Rooms are large cool and roomy, ours had a functional open fire, which would be wonderful on a chilly winter night. A place to read a book and snooze in the courtyard gardens, wonderful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Without a doubt the best stay during my 2 weeks in Morocco. From arrival to departure everything was wonderful. The courtesy of the staff was exceptional, breakfast and dinner were wonderful and the room as well as the entire property were designed with so much attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Le Sauvage Noble in Asrir nʼIlemchane, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Zagora Mosque and Gardens of Zagora. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a unique top quality place in the Draa valley. The host and owner is Tuareg and personally very engaged and is ensuring the well being of all guests. His abundant experience from desert life, his knowledge of Morocco and the surrounding countries invites to discussions about anything the guest may like to know. However: No forcing to do what so ever - very appreciated! Whatever you wish will be organized for you. The staff is marvelous, the food excellent. Thank you!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The kindness of certain members of the staff, the quiet atmosphere (mostly due to lack of hosts) and the breakfast.
Cons: The attitude of the manager of the riad made us feel uncomfortable and ruined the experience. He treated his staff in a very harsh and dictatorial manner and overcharged us for a 1 night trip to the desert (€250 for a 2h drive to the desert and a one night stay in an extremely basic tent). Additionally he disclosed personal data which had been provided only to him to the desert tour operator who later tried to add us on Instagram. Creepy and uncomfortable!!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff, neat room
Cons: General atmosphere was uncomfortable. Mainly caused by passive and invasive owners, while servants do the hard work.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This place is an Oasis in the Oasis, the authenticity of the place is amazing with a magnificient garden and great relaxing outdoor spaces. The inside is also very nicely decorated. The personel was also very attentionate to our well being & confort. In France It would have probably been rated 4 star except maybe for the room which was a bit too hot for me (it was April and the day temperature was soaring at 35C)

9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a very large property with a restaurant on site. Gorgeous grounds and area.
Cons: They do not have a credit card machine. And as a family of 4, we had to book 2 separate rooms.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The manager from the Riad was very helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful oasis!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Upon check in we where upgraded to a bungalow double room from the African double room, i did not book the bungalow room as i could see they are packed in close to each other, i booked the African room for the space around it. The bungalow room does have a terrace on top of it but ours was half full of junk. loads of old wire about 50 black light light tubes and 2 stands for the light tubes. We asked to be moved to the room we had booked, they said they would show use a room but there was building work going on in the area. the room we where shown was one of there modernized tents, which are not quite tents anymore because the African double i had booked or i should say all 5 had been ripped to bits as they are modernizing them also. So who knows what room you will get when you book. We stayed in the African side, we had it all to our self's it was so peaceful. A swimming pool is needed on the African side too. The furniture in the room was dusty and needs a good clean. The wooded floor was uneven with sharp corners sticking up. And the wheel barrow seats on the terrace look good at a first glance but are uncomfortable and wobble around when sitting in them and nearly fall over when you get up. The pool is small and shallow, is more of a kids pool.
Cons: Not being given the room i had booked or not even an explanation why we where put in a different room.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Even not change the bed sheet
Cons: I never going to stay there
5.8 Okay
Pros: Large rooms.
Cons: Bathroom very basic. Air conditioner barely kept up with the temperature. Fridge didn't work. Nice location but the facility is very tired and much in need of a through refresh. Evening meal OK but only marginal. Breakfast best described as basic.
5.8 Okay
Pros: I suppose Lamane is one of the better Riads in Zagora. And if I were to compare it to the camp in Sahara it’s probably a luxury.
Cons: Shower is dysfunctional, so is the credit card payment terminal.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful peaceful gardens filled with birds. Amazing rooms. Great atmosphere. Interesting neighbourhood.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: IT WAS PERFECT
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful place to stay! The room (bungalow) was spacious, clean and very private,. The whole site is like an oasis, with palmtrees, little terraces, and a large garden. Good breakfast and good food for dinner. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the hamam and spa! If I ever get back in the region (inshallah!) I will definitely stay here!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We came here to relax and chill a bit after 10 full days of travelling all across the country and we hit the right place. Room was really clean, great bathroom (best shower of our trip), really well organized and super comfy. Garden is superb and overall the facility is really well presented. Breakfast was good too. Professional and super kind staff.
Cons: Our room was a little bit dark but photos are real and it was what we expected. Maybe laundry service a bit pricey (60MAD) but we didn’t use it so can’t really judge it
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The outdoor was very nice. There was a bar and attentive staff who served our meals around the pool.
Cons: The room was a little disappointing, a hard mattress underlay, no hand towel, very basic in contrast to the outdoor ambience.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I choose this hotel because of swiminpool and sound insulation. I expect better insulation but still we had here the best privacy, and we had been in 10 different accomodiation in Morroco.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very spacious room, clean and above all the friendly staff.
Cons: There was no towels inside the bathroom for when you wash your hands or face.

Pros: We arrived in afternoon in zagorra and abdul organised a 2 day trip for us at last minute to the dessert. We had a great time and stayed the night in a camp in the desssert.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional host and breakfast. Really takes care of guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Abdeslam is a really charming and amazingly hospitable person who can talk to you about interesting topics for hours. His place was super clean and we had absolutely everything we needed it (towels, soap, toilet paper, bottle of water). The really rich breakfast was one of the best we've had. He was also nice enough to gave us a tour with his friend in palmeraie the first evening and we were able to taste fresh dates from the palm:) We hope to come back one day and have a chance to spend some time together in the desert.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Abdesslam is a gracious and generous host. Everything at the riad works properly, hot water, decent WiFi, air conditioning, I really appreciated this as it is not the case at all the places we have stayed. Our room was clean and comfortable and really we were very happy here.
Cons: Really there is nothing I would change
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host greeted us as though we were family. He spoke several languages - so did we and not all the group spoke the same language. The room was delightful and the breakfast fantastic.
Cons: I didn't like the coffee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was the best experience in Morocco so far. We stayed only one night because we are on a road trip but it was very comfortable and we couldn’t ask for nothing more. Our host Abdeslam is great person and amazing host. He waited for us as we arrived late and prepared this fabulous moroccan tea and on the next day he cooked delicious breakfast. We had only 2 hours in Zagora and he brought us to two special places where we could experience the culture of the place. I would definitely recommend you to stop at his place even for one night. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to explore the desert with him ( he offers that) but will do next time when we come and if you have time he ia the right person to bring you there. We are so happy we had the chance to stay in Riad De Rêve and meet Abdeslam. See you soon :)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The welcoming atmosphere, the lovely host who greets you with warmth and friendliness. Loose atmosphere makes you feel very homey and welcome.
Cons: Zagora is not one of the most interesting places to see in Morocco but with Riads like this one becomes another adventure. Lovely talks over a cup of tea with the host and a great venue to relax!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really nice riad. Very quite despite being in the center of the city. The perfect place for a stop in our trip to M’hamid. The owner is a super host: really friendly, he welcomed us with tee and fruits. He gave us suggestions, tips and brought us to a good place to have dinner. The breakfast is a must! It’s not included with the room fee but it’s totally worth it. Delicious with all sort of typical Moroccan foods. Best breakfast in Morocco so far.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. We had a good time. Very nice staff. And good trip to desert, including a camel ride.
Cons: But take care of the road to Zagora. We traveled from Marrakesh and the road was under construction in numerous segments. Allocate another 2 hours for the road and a lot of patience.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Charm. Friendly staff.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very warm welcome give us a Feeling to Come home. Very Gold Breakfast and Diner for reasonable prices
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best accommodation we had during our trip in Morocco (8 accommodations in total). The place looks lovely, nicely decorated, with a swimming pool and a rooftop terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us fell like home. The food was amazing: Fatima made the best tajine d'agneau aux pruneaux we ate in Morocco.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host and his team were very welcoming and attentive. It’s a lovely Kasbah restored with great attention for details.
Cons: Nothing

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owner and staff are all amazing. The owner has renovated his family riad beautifully and sympathetically. The staff are helpful and polite and there is a lovely happy atmosphere. There are nice common areas where you can chat with your fellow travellers. Fabulous breakfast, comfy bed. The evening meal is served by the fire while the staff play traditional music. The owner even gave us a lift to the grand taxi place when we left.
Cons: Everything was wonderful once you accept the riad is not in Zagora but actually in Amezrou..the next village.
