Cons: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."
Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
Pros: "The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again"

Despite stating in my search that I wanted a checked bag and pretty sure I added one during my ticket purchase, when I wanted to check in online I realized that the price I payed did not include any checked bag and I will have to pay extra for it at the airport. I also didn't receive the option to choose vegetarian food during the check in so I wasn't able to fully enjoy the meal provided by the company. On the plus side, we had enough space inside the plane to get 2 seats for ourselves and the seats were comfortable. The crew members were really friendly and helpful.
Business class is very poor , old seats with a iPad as tv…others companies offering better quality

Cons: "At the time listed for boarding, there was still no information on the screen, which was anxiety-inducing. This meant that in instead of being able to leave our portion of the terminal (where there was no restaurants), we stayed there to make sure we didn't miss any information about changes."

Pros: "After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again."
Cons: "Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now."

3hours deleyed, absolutely horrible day.,horrible company.,bad service.,they should check the flight if it safe before letting the passengers in .. it was a technical problem ( very hot temperatures inside the flight) we had to come back and change the flight.never again with this company

Cons: "This airline seems to always be late, and they displayed incredible disorganization and chaos on this flight. The flight was late. After going through security scanners again even though we had just gone through other scanners a few minutes ago getting off our last flight into the airport, we went downstairs. They had us wait in a room with no chairs a long time before moving us to an unbearably hot bus for a really long time to wait, the bus only had a few seats for old people, the rest of us stood sweating without moving for at least 25 minutes. At the plane's stairs for boarding they wanted to take large carryon luggage to put below, but this wasn't well understood by most passengers and many people got upset and the staff didn't handle it well so it took a long time waiting to board at the stairs. Once on board it was a problem with people not finding enough space to stow their carryons! I went to the toilet before takeoff, and the toilet was so dirty! Disgusting! They clearly hadn't cleaned it at all. Wet floor, smelly, no toilet paper, debris in the sink, etc... The staff was unprofessional in conflict with 2 passengers arguing over a seat which was only a problem because one flight attendant had promised the 2 passengers to be able to move to that 1 open seat. After being almost 2 hours late for takeoff and going through the chaotic boarding process I can understand why people were short on patience. The food was ok. No in flight entertainment at all on a 4+ hour flight, not even a magazine in the seat pocket. Not a good experience overall."

We were seated in what must be the plane's worst seats: right in front of the stinky bathroom. Those seats don't recline and people keep coming to wait for the toilet, but worst of all is that the toilet smell was awful. I asked to be moved but there were no open seats. I don't know why the toilet had not been well cleaned, but in general the airplane was not very clean. I didn't like the food on this flight, on other air Algerie flights food has been better. The flight attendant also ran out of tea before getting to my row, but never came back with more so I wasn't offered tea. I think this was not worth saving a bit of money over a better airline."

The plane was new, clean and spacious. The crew were courteous and professional. My bag was waiting when I arrived to baggage claim."
