My flight was delayed twice. The first time because of “plane maintenance” and the second because the previous flight who supposedly “arrived early” took an obnoxiously long time to get off the plane. Total delay was over an hour for no reason. Not to mention your airline repeatedly changed our gate from one end of the terminal to the other. Not very happy about this experience. My previous flights with American haven’t had this many issues.

We’ve had a year of delays with American, and this one was another flight to add to that list. It just reduced our vacation by a day! So frustrating. In-flight entertainment (TVs) weren’t working, There was no drinks service due to delivery issues.

2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!

This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.

Flight cancelled. Twice. And no communication. No gate agent. Went past boarding time and had to go and see email from AA. Airport communication was bad

I love the e fact that the staff communicated swiftly when my flight was delayed and gate number changed

The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor.

I was fine with everything except for the last breakfast, where I did not have an option. the only availability was what I could not enjoy eating.

Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.

I fly to Japan for work a lot and this is the first time I've ever had a crew not hand out customs forms. I had to spend a ton of time filling out paperwork after landing. When I'm on JAL, they give you the paperwork 2 hours before landing. If I'm traveling for 18 hours the LEAST you can do is help me save some time. My American legs home are also awful. Fly Delta or JAL. American is terrible for international flights.
