Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
Really old place. Not as clean as it should be, tray tables needed better cleaning. The items, trays and some other items need to b6 engineered. Anything task you or crew may do is incredibly load, seriously engineer for quiet smooth, easy. Just opening and closing the tray table is actually dangerous and can easily injure a finger. I'm sure it happens as it happened to me! First time I used United and likely will be the last!
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.
Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.
Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.
There could have been better food options in economy on the long 7hr trip from IAH to AM.
All good. Over four hours flight if provided snacks like Qatar Airways would be better

The Qatar Airways staff pre-boarding and also on the flight from Dallas to Doha were incredibly mediocre and arrogant. Consider retraining these individuals Other flights were ok.
Worst air experience in whole life . Boarding and checking was hassle as they did 3 times. Crew team was clueless about passengers need. Despite of passengers raising hand , they were resetting the program

INDIGO connection is extremely bad.. will never book QATAR flight with Indigo connection.. I spend more money on Qatar flight to get better service but Indigo connection is worst than local flights

Qatar said few times that the luggage will be at the final destination but they were wrong. Please check where your port of entry is at the destination. This is where the luggage would be. The food was terrible.
Very Old flight. I didn’t expect to see this old flight. The entertainment system was very poor for a 15+ hours flight. The staff was amazing and food could is no bad could be better.
Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding
The customer representative that helped me when I checked in was horrible as she told me I couldn’t check my bag because I missed the 45minute rule by 2 minutes - because of the line at the counter My connection flight was delayed too
The flight was normal, until it wasn't. I fell asleep after boarding, woke up still on the ground, the flight couldn't leave the gate due to mechanical issues, including a/c failure. The air felt thin, similar to high altitudes, not sure if that's why I fell asleep but it happened to the passenger next to me too. They hooked us up to external air but it didn't seem to help much. They finally decided to deboard us after nearly 2 1/2 hours. We reboarded about 45 minutes later and landed about 3 hours 15 minutes late. Some passengers got water or something but I was never offered either. Honestly, with that big of a delay, they should have provided full service to make sure their sweating passengers had fluids. Yes, it was a typical over 90 degree day in Texas. The lady in front of me said she was getting a heat rash. It was rough . . .
The boarding and flight announcements need to be honest and accurate. These were not. While flight delays cannot be avoided, please. be honest with the passengers in informing us about the timing of the delays. Deceptive delay times is not good business. Deceptive and/or grossly inaccurate boarding times are not good business either.
My number one reason for satisfaction is that there were no delays. Secondarily, the boarding process is always easy. The flight staff are friendly. I will say that the pretzels are not great. They need to revamp their snack offerings like what United has done.
Flight was delayed significantly at take off and landing. Confusion of gate assignment with back and forth. Overall, makes for a very unpleasant experience that appears to come down to inept operational management.
It was delayed a lot longer than 10 minutes because we arrived 45 minutes beyond our original arrival time. We sat on the tarmac waiting to take off for a very long time. The seats and entertainment options on American were not good and very limited. The ability to text via WiFi for free was nice, but that seems to be standard on mainline flights. Also, gold status really does not do anything for you anymore.
On-time, direct flight is great. Having one bathroom out of order was unfortunate.
ontime. Seats are terribly close together for someone my height.
Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.
