That was a wonderful trip. Staff are courteous, Doha airport is awesome and flight is very clean. Asian vegetarian food stated okay but could be improved.

Specially crew was very hard working polite, professional and smiley. Very very helpful and caring. Full marks to crew.

For 13 hour flight seats were slightly uncomfortable, not much room. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, food, cervice, entertainment, very pleasant.

Several of the monitors/remote controls were not working. The lay out in the business class prevents you from getting up and out to go to the restroom when the person next to you is lying down and sleeping. The seats recline in a way that are not comfortable. The feet are still downwards. Overall, this plane's business class was not worth the money. I expect much more from Emirates."

Cons: "The check in experience is the worst I have ever had. One bag was a little heavy so I had to pay the fee which I was happy to do. But, they took me out of line and up to the office, I then had to wait 30 minutes to be helped only to then learn that the credit card machine was not working. So, I had to get cash from an ATM, which charged a fee, and there was no change available so I ended up paying more than the fee actually was. Then, I had to go back through security and stand in line again just to get my boarding pass. I was at the airport 3 hours early and this disorganized system almost caused me to miss my flight. It was just unprofessional all around."

Cons: "I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure."

Cons: "5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it."

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Long security lines at Stockholm airport. Completely full flight, we were at back of plane

Flight was cancelled at the last minute. Couldn’t get on another flight for 24+ hours.

The crew in Barcelona was dismissive and rude. The boarding process was horrible, there was no sense of organization whatsoever. The plane was great, though there was not a lot of leg space but that was expected. And finally the entertainment was awesome, it made the time fly.

Check in was very horrible. A lady named Biko ( a supervisor was extremely rude and very mean to passengers. I and a few other passengers almost missed our flight due to lack of professionalism. When I reserved and paid for my ticket, I had requested wheelchair assistance due to severe nerve pain going down my legs from my hips making it very difficult for my to walk. I politely informed the BA agent that was attending to me that I did not check prior to coming to the airport but to verify that my request was active since I used it when I came but to my surprise, Ms Buki said that I was young and did not look like I needed a wheelchair and actually accused me of lying. She also refused to pull up my original ticket as proof when I asked her to as her to. After all said and done, I made my flight just in the nick of time. After going through all this, I arrived Seattle but none of my 4 checked luggages made it. I went back to the airport 24 hrs later and waited for 3 more flights to come in and nothing came in. I have both medical things and lots of sun dried food items that I spent a lot of money on purchasing and preparing/ packaging to meet travel requirements and so on. Now they may all spoil due to this delay. My hand luggage that I was forced to check in at the last minute has my meds too. Please help. I also hope that there will be adequate compensations too. The flight back was good. The flight there was horrible with a 16 hour delay. Loss of 1 day of vacation with Kayak representatives providing almost no assistance or care for resolution of the issues faced. We hoped to make up for the day's loss but neither Kayak nor BA helped. We were told to deal with it or seek refund weeks after booking and prices for other airlines had gone up.

At the end of her flight she publicly thanked her staff for a good days work which I thought was very nice of her to acknowledge her staff like that. All round - a great flight made very easy with brilliant staff."
