Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
Horrible, mismanaged ground issue resulting in a long delayed, next flight left early, waiting extra 7 hours in the airport, screen did not work

The temperature on the flight was unbearably hot and they were unable to serve waters and did t make any adjustments. This impacted us both when leaving, we pushed away from the gate but didn’t taxi for takeoff for awhile then arrived ‘early’ yet were stuck in the plane for longer than we should have been.
The crew performed the absolute minimum. The plane ran out of toilet paper and there was 2 hours of flight left of an 8 hours international flight. The food was a average
Delayed, then set on termac before taking off for 45 minutes. After landing had to sit on termac for another 30-40 minutes. Total disaster of a flight
Delta was great because the flight was almost 5 hours so I had access to tons of movies news, etc. so it helped past the time by no other plane WestJet did not have movies so Delta was the best
The flights were on time; all went as expected which is a big positive! No delays! There was no food or drink service in any legs, which I understand due to the short flight time.
They announced a mechanical issue prior to boarding Said it was fixed, we boarded Waited Then learned it was not fixed Had to deplane and go to new gate Bought wifi on plane and it never worked
Delta off boarded and boarded the aircraft quickly. Clean cabin and great gate and onboard service.
Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
Food was surprisingly good for airplane, crew was great, though announcements were sometimes hard to hear. Plane was nice (had great headroom, large screens and big dimmable windows). But seats were uncomfortable in economy (seat width was fine, but not enough shoulder room). I wish I could use my person Bluetooth headphones with screen( I think I could mirror it on my device, but didn’t want to keep tray table down to hold it up).
If I had a chance to rate Turkish airline in negative I will definitely give -100. Worst non professional attitude of ground staff at Istanbul. If I was a owner of Turkish airline I would definitely fire all check-in staff who was on duty for this flight. Rude attitude to all customers. Non availability of food options. Chicken and fish option was finished within 8 rows and only pasta was available (seat rows 25- last row). Seat Front glove boxes were ripped and all stuff was dropping on floor. Flight crew was trying to pacify the customers but this is sole responsibility of the manager who arranged / booked the food for this flight. He must be removed from this position as he has no idea about his job. It was worst flight during my whole life. Never booking again on Turkish airline.
Bussing in a major flight is idiotic. Cabin was too warm. Food was bland and felt old

Very small and cramped aisles and seats. Food was poor but the fresh hot roll and hummus was good. No cans of soda given but they had small bottles of water. Crew was nice and pleasant and kept bathroom clean.
In sharp contrast to the modern glitzy airport, boarding facilities were primitive. Passengers had to board buses and walk up steep stairs in bitter cold with carry-on baggages. I found no reason why aerobridge was not provided.
I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.
I could not check in online 24 hours before the flight. Very inconvenient. Flight was delayed.
The agent in Chicago was very rude, very unwilling to help and provided the worst customer service there is, it felt like she wasn’t there to work but was forced to work. I was trying to talk with her about my damaged case and that was I after I picked up my bags. She represented American Airlines in a very poor way
The worst thing about is u never never can get someone to answer your phone There is no phone number to call they don’t respond to emails u just can’t do anything if u need them
This is my second time within two weeks using them. I have bad experience with their Internet. They charge me $35 for Internet worked only for 15 minutes and then disconnected and they don’t even give me a credit or refund my money or give me a voucher about the food. It’s very bad test. There is no test actually and barely cooked still raw.
They cancelled the flight while we were at the gate. Then they rebooked me for the next day but then that was missed because I now have a connection and the first flight took too long to get to the airport. Right now sitting in the hotel until the next flight. Worst trip
POOR. The gate changed 5 times. The plane was late. The waiting crew and the desk staff were gossiping and chatting amongst themselves about the maintenance and plane issues. No water service on the plane after the long delay. Even after I asked for a water. I was in seat 1A. Single crew member we saw sat in the seat the whole flight on his phone. After a stressful boarding process and delay- it was REALLY disappointing.
I was most disappointed with the flight crew in business class. They were not attentive at all. Everything I needed, I had to ask for. They did not offer refills, did not ask how the meal was, did not offer anything else when I didnt like the drink that was poorly made. When I asked for snacks, they told me to go to the front and look at what was set out. This was the worst RJ business class crew I have ever encountered. They made me feel like I was a bother - even for a simple water. No smiles. No thank you. No my pleasure. These are the reasons you fly business class. At least the crew can smile and act like they are happy to be there. For 14+ hours, I felt like an inconvenience. Poor review.
Crew was apathetic, in seat hardware was old and barely functional, WiFi (which I paid for) didn’t work for half the flight (I was refunded). They gave 2 meals on a 13 hr flight, whereas Etihad gave 3.
I’m still stuck with no hope in sight. They haven’t even provide a hotel for keeping us for two nights.

I had bad experience, this flight from Amman to Detroit was delayed for 40 hours!!!! The staff are rude & the food was not good at all.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours
Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.
Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
