Pros: "Flight was on time out of JFK, and quick and easy to board. We took off on time and landed 30 minutes early. This is was a great trip, and I love Delta."

Cons: "I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport."

Pros: "The pilot did an awesome job of welcoming travelers and keeping them updated on the flight status."
Cons: "I sat almost to the back and there was not enough lunch by the time the crew made it back there so I had to eat breakfast instead of lunch."

Cons: "Check carefully! Our flights were changed and the first was only ten min difference so didn’t think anything of it but when we went to check in they said we would probably miss our connection. The problem was not the time but they changed GATES were really far apart. Was resolved but kind of a hassl"

Cons: "The morning of my flight I got a notice the departures time was changed by one hour later but to still arrive at the airport at the same time. So I ended up spending almost four hours at the airport before leaving. Boarding was a mess as "groups" were not called but everyone just rushed the gate in mass and we're let on. Staff were functional but looked and acted surly. It was a functional flight in that I arrived at my destination but it was not managed and I did not feel my business was wanted-only my money."

Cons: "Some crew members were rather cold in their manner, either disinterested or grumpy. Electric outlet didn't work. On screen entertainment touch screen was very difficult to use (unresponsive to touch)."

Cons: "The flight was delayed twelve hours and was not given any compensation even though i had to stay the night at the airport with no blanket or pillow and no freebies of any sort. The gates kept changing. I got up to move to the correct gate at least four times during the night. The next mornings flight was behind schedule as well. I want compensation for my poor delta experience."

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Pros: "The crew as well as the pilot gave a lot of information to the customer due to a delay of 10min. Very professional. The pilot even said good bye in person to the customers leaving the plane, I really appreciated it :) The whether conditions in Seattle were very bad (windy, bumpy, rain, and night) and the pilot landed the plane as a pro! Thank you!"

There was also quite bit of turbulence in the first two hours- I have traveled a lot and I felt like it took the pilots too long to find a smoother altitude."

Little leg room but the windows did not align with the seats so a window was shared with two rows making it challenging to open or close a window without disturbing the passenger in the other row with whom the window is being shared. No charging outlets in the terminal or on the plane. Plane had no food to offer for purchase. Expected better from Delta."

Cons: "The original flight was canceled and a new one substituted - basically they wanted to fly a smaller aircraft (via a different regional carrier) so the flight number changed. PHL did not have the new flight info displayed at the Departures board or on the screen at the gate. Caused a little anxiety."

Pros: "Drinks were passed out twice while everyone was waiting due to flight delay. There was one flight attendant that was awesome. I had asked for coffee due to migraine. I was stuck in the last row, back of the plane & had seen other people with coffee. The flight attendant told me no, I would have to wait for 3 more hours for coffee at breakfast. A smiling face showed up within minutes & asked if I wanted coffee. She told me that when she hears someone else say "no" that she thinks it should always be "yes". She was the African American flight attendant (wish I would have got her name). She brought me coffee, offered tylenol & checked in on me again later."
Cons: "Food wasn't very good. Most of the service was fair at best, crew, no smiles, looked irritable. Our flight had been delayed about 4-5 hrs so passengers & staff grumpy. Poor selections on the movies. No charging stations in the seat. This plane was very noisy so I was really glad to have noise cancelling headphones. Very expensive to select seats as it was bought through a non-Delta site to get the desired connections."

Cons: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."
