Better management of the boarding process. Is there any way you could forward all the window seats first? That's the Way Reno Air used to do it, and they had the fastest boarding in the industry!

Old plane, no amenities. Very abrupt landing. Unnecessarily long taxi time.

Good food and entertainment. Poor choices for drinks. Sitting for 12 hours on the row by the restrooms, which do not recline, was a torture

Legroom in Economy was fair to good. Seat was omay; I was hit in the shoulder twice by the cart as it was being whisked through the aisle. Overhead space was good for my carryon. Lighting environment was nice

The flight was for my mom in wheelchair the staff in Newark wer not friendly took a long time to even get a wheelchair she almost missed her flight because they finally got a chair few minutes before boarding they had to rush her to the gate. They took her carryon and checked it as a bag told her don’t worry free of charge but they charge the credit card anyway. She also told me the seats are not comfortable at all as if they were broken she could feel the bars in the seat SFO staff was much better overall she had the worst experience

Wifi is very frustrating - could not connect and therefore unable to work on the trip

Entertainment was great. Seats were good. They did not have my pre-ordered hot food product available but did comp me something cold in place of the item.

Good flight, even though there was a delay, still got back on time

The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.

Flight was delayed 4 hours, gate change was a big trek the opposite direction, gate agent indicated a lack of faith that we would actually fly.

Very good baggage check and boarding pass service at Heathrow. Boarding was well organized, given the number of passengers. Food was very good. Cabin temperature was lower than expected and we were not prepared. Overall good experience.

Many issues arose with the plane and after 3 hours of delays, we had to return to the London airport as the plane was unfit to cross the ocean. It was highly concerning that this aircraft was in operation with so many problems.

You're asking 2 different questions. The flight from Los Angeles to London (and from London to Faro) was on British Airways. Those flights were awful. The app didn't provide detailed information, the WiFi that I paid for didn't work, the form I had to fill out to re-enter the UK was not communicated clearly so I nearly missed my flight. British Airways is significantly behind every other airline I've traveled in every way. American Airlines flight form London to Los Angeles was great. In the future, I will avoid flying British Airways when I can.

Premium economy was not what was shown, no leg riser, seats were broken and do not recline more than economy, food, we couldn't eat it was so bad, no menu 1 item and it sucked.

British Airways is very good... Taxiing after landing took 35 minutes, can't really blame the airline but the terrible infrastructure at JFK.

Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours
