Cons: This Lufthansa flight was operated by United Airlines. Coach seating was uncomfortable after a couple hours despite moving around regularly.Read more about Lufthansa
Cons: This Lufthansa flight was operated by United Airlines. Coach seating was uncomfortable after a couple hours despite moving around regularly.
Pros: Reliable airline.
Cons: Overly strict on luggage size and weight. I’m talking about 0.1 kg difference. I was attempted twice to check the only small case I have, which is an exact fit to Lufthansa standard. Very annoying. Won’t fly LH again. British Airways is a lot better.
Pros: Crew was thoughtful
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable and the food was not worth eating
Cons: Luggage did not arrive.
Pros: Friendly staff. Free drink and snack. Comfy seats and very easy boarding process
Pros: Super easy boarding, just scan your ticket and go. Staff was very friendly. On our short flight from Munich to Rome we were served a complimentary sandwich and option of beer, wine or other refreshments. There was plenty of leg room compared to our other recent flights
Cons: There was no in flight entertainment. Not that was really needed it with such a short flight.
Pros: Super service. From gate in Frankfurt to Rome.
Cons: Communication on which luggage carousel our luggage was going to be on. The screen said, carousel 11 when in actuality, it was carousel 10. Very confusing...and caused me a delay. That’s the only frustration in the entire trip so far.
Pros: The airline staff was great. Everyone really helpful.
Pros: 1st Class is a joke. They leave the middle coach seat vacant. You do have more overhead storage since there are fewer people in "1st Class". Otherwise you may as well be in coach. For flights within Europe this appears to be the standard. Save you money fly coach when traveling within Europe.
Cons: The seat and service.
Pros: The flight attendants were wonderful.
Cons: You take a bus to reach the plane and the seats are uncomfortable without any entertainment systems. Thankfully the flight was only 1.5 hours.
Pros: The flight attendants were friendly, and service was fast. The snack was a chicken and carrot sandwich. It was good.
Cons: The boarding was delayed twice and no explanation was given by the staff. We arrived 1 hour late.
Pros: Good service.
Pros: All were OK.
Pros: The staff were very friendly; more so on this flight than the last flight. I booked seats for the emergency exit knowing it gives more leg room.
Cons: My baggage was not on the carrousel that was listed on the display, it took a long time to get my bag and it caused me to be late to check into my lodging.
Cons: no screens
Pros: Much shorter flight time.
Cons: My experience on the second flight was completely different from the first. Staff was not as friendly. Food was bad. No entertainment due to short flight time. Not as good of an experience.
Cons: Seems like they want to nickel and dime you for everything now...
Pros: It was overall a great flying experience.
Cons: One of my connections was way too short. I almost missed my flight. I had to run!
Pros: Boarding was automated gates was easy.
Pros: Once again, the in-flight crew was excellent.
Cons: The Frankfort airport is a nightmare. They have loooooooong gateways, so when I Finally got through security FOR THE THIRD TIME, it’s a 10 minute, speed-walk to the gate. Again, a flight delay was the only thing that made the connection possible. I made it to the gate with 3 minutes to spare, so no time for the bathroom, no time to get lunch or even a bottle of water, no time period. And at the end of it all, my bag is lost.
Pros: There's nothing much that's positive to say about this leg of our journey.
Cons: Not only was the flight delayed, but there was confusion at the gate for boarding of even first or business class. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!
Pros: The service to clients number one. I like
Pros: Served sandwiches even though 1.5 hour flight.
Cons: Slow and unorganized boarding. Crew was not outwardly friendly.
Pros: Staff was very polite, helpful, and attentive. Our flight left late due to a delay with the plane, and the flight attendants were very proactive about informing passengers about making connections and doing all they could to help.
Cons: All good.
Cons: Lost a whole day and a half of vacation!
Cons: Having to go through passport control and security a second time took too much time for the connection between flights.
Cons: Same as above
Pros: Overall it was a good flight.
Cons: The dessert could have been better than a Kit Kat chocolate bar.
Pros: Nothing good to say
Cons: Expect to be delayed if it snows a bit in Munich. Delayed for more than 7 hours total. 3 of those on the plane in Munich. Horrible!
Pros: Efficient crew. Quick service, quick flight.
Cons: No negatives.
Cons: Did not happen
Pros: Plane was clean, crew nice and courteous.
Pros: Same as above.
Cons: Same as above.
Cons: Short flight so no entertainment provided or needed.
Pros: The crew was great, the food wasn't bad and the seat was comfortable and I am very tall
Cons: Delay for one hour
Pros: The crew. They made an uncomfortable flight acceptable.
Cons: Boarding confusing and flight experience poor. The crew was the only nice part. The rest, not worth the money.
Cons: The boarding gate was changed three times. I fell asleep at one of the gates. Luckily I woke up and realized the second change in time to still make it there.
Pros: great 747-8 bird, modern, quiet and comfortable
Cons: same JFK with always delayed unboarding, wait for the gate and luggage, long lines to everything
Pros: Excellent service. Excellent food! So thoughtful.
Cons: Seat is not premium.
Pros: Free upgrade to business class!
Cons: Our flight from SFO to Frankfurt was cancelled and we were re-booked on a very bad itinerary.
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: Small leg space
Cons: It was a transatlantic flight in coach. There is no way to make that a pleasant experience. Entertainment system was down. Ran out of one dinner option.
Cons: Lost my Baggage for 2 days.
Cons: Breakfast was just a roll. I would have preferred eggs.
Cons: This was a united flight. The personal was not helpful, only in helping me communicate with the airport in Rome to change my flight. I had to pay 97 euros for this change. I am upset and think it is not fair that I need to pay for a problem united had with their flight. I also think star Allience failed as they were not able to resolve the problem with their partner airlines.
Cons: My connecting flight to Rome wasn't listed on any monitors, and four people couldn't find Terminal A on the map. Fortunately I found some fellow Americans who also couldn't find Terminal A , lower numbered gates, from our current Z gate. We went to the right, following most disembarked passengers and signs for some A gates....a mess! In the end, we had to go all the way back, past our original gate to a Customs area where they just stamped our passports and onward to our gates. It seemed like the signs only helped if you were going in the correct direction to begin with. Even my German friend said how bad that airport is for directions!
Cons: The delay and the lack of movies. Seats are very small. I was sitting near a larger passenger and it was very tight. We had over two hours delay for mechanical problems with the plane.
Pros: Great flight
Pros: Flight crew very friendly
Cons: Can’t think of anything
Pros: leaving on time
Cons: provide a snack
Cons: Late as usual
Pros: Seating space is like putting 5 pounds of something g in a two pound bag. Not enough space.
Pros: Seat 5A was great
Pros: Boarding was very smooth crew was very pleasant and helpful
Cons: Waiting for 30 minutes a Dublin to dock.
Cons: I purchased a business class seat and did not get a business class seat. In Philadelphia the agent would not give me the available seat because I was not on an upgrade list. He said I would have to call american. I tried several times. (I also called british air and they said they could not help.) Each time i tried American the message said they had high volume call back later. I reported this to BA and have not yet had a response.
Pros: We finally got to Aberdeen
Cons: Departure times were changed, plane had mechanical problems flight delayed almost 4 hours, we missed our connection. The American Airline was closed. We called 3 times totaling over an hour to get a flight the next morning. We had to book and pay for our lodging & dinner (2 rooms for 6 people) A nightmare of a trip!!!
Pros: Went on time and looked after very well
Cons: Going over leg room, a bit tight
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: Bag checkin had already been done online but did it again in terminal, weigh in lady not helpful or friendly, quite abrupt. Onboard seating cramped and worse when front seats were reclined.
Cons: For our delay with no information
Pros: Movie selection, drinks
Cons: Kayak/JustFly charged us a fee to pre-select our seats which was appealing traveling with a baby. However, upon checking in, we found that the seats were not reserved and the fee was a marketing ploy. The airline attempted to separate our family of 3, but luckily it was not a full flight and we were able to sit together with no help from Kayak, JustFly, British Airways, or American. Kayak/JustFly made the experience of traveling overseas with a baby more challenging than it otherwise would have been which is a terrible way to conduct business. We will never be using these services again and will tell family and friends to do the same.
Pros: I lucked out, I was in a row alone, so got to stretch out and sleep for 3 of the 6.5 hours of the trip.
Cons: The entertainment might have been good, but the touch screen system was extremely cumbersome andf it was hard to get a good overview about what was available and then when one thought one had chosen something, something else started to play. I tried to listen to classical music, but the cabin music was louder,
Pros: Plane and staff were great. Very easy boarding process and we landed early in Dublin airport after an hour delayed take off. Food and staff service was very good, no complaints.
Cons: No idea how they messed up the take off and landing times so greatly. left an hour late and arrived an hour early. No personal entertainment screen and plugs were not working.
Pros: All is well.
Cons: No worthwhile complaints.
Pros: Excellent service. Loved the tv screens with the remote. Exclennt flignt
Pros: We had a really nice, friendly and fun male flight attendant.
Pros: After the debacle of ATL > Chicago, this flight was a welcome reprieve from the crazy. Aer Lingus can get my business again.
Cons: Too tight, seat was uncomfortable, food was bland
Pros: Personal TVs with many movie and game options. I also liked that I could view the flight map and timing details. Meals and crew were great too!
Cons: Terrible airline. Will not fly them again.
Pros: A flight that actually had extra seats? I couldn't believe it. Plus the entertainment options made the 8 hour flight "fly" by (no pun intended)
Pros: The crew was fantastic. Enjoyed the Free movie options.
Pros: There was a lot to see
Cons: The screens were severely delayed and frustrating.
Cons: 3 hour delay. Old plane.
Pros: I appreciated the American Airlines crew at the gate in Chicago, who helped us to get two seats together. The flight crew was excellent as well.
Cons: Not being able to choose our seats beforehand.
Pros: In your Chicago office. He was extremely helpful both to us (too older ladies) and to others. Please thank him for us and look at him for a promotion. I think he may work for American Airlines instead of British Airways.
Pros: Boarding went well / flight crew was friendly
Cons: Food - meh even for airline food Entertainment - shared tv with no sound and no ear phones and it was an international flight?! We went back in time 20 +yrs
Pros: Nothing whatsoever
Cons: I was confused by the Brot
Pros: Prompt and curtious
Cons: Poor entertainment, wifi option. Overhead lighting was on entire flight. AA flight attendants were over it. A bad experience
Pros: The crew was great and getting 2 meals was very nice.
Cons: My headphone jack kept malfunctioning (loud popping noises in my earbuds) while watching the movie and all the reading lights came on and stayed on the majority of the flight so sleeping was difficult.
Cons: We booked a round-trip flight on AA from Philadelphia to Dublin. Due to changes in our travel plans we revised our flight dates. The phone customer service rep who helped me make the changes, assured me that the AA policy was to group families together after she informed me that I could not choose our seat assignments at that time. Arriving at the Philadelphia airport, we used the self service kiosk to check-in. The issued boarding passes put my wife and me in different rows on one side of the plane, and our nine year old son on the other. I asked a roving AA customer service rep if it would be possible to change our seat assignments and explained what we were told when rebooking. She waved vaguely in the direction of the baggage counter, and told us we could change our seats when checking our baggage. We brought out baggage to the counter and informed the customer service rep working there what we were told by the kiosk and phone representatives. She immediately yelled at us and told us to calm down, even though we were merely asking and explaining. Each time we attempted to explain our situation or ask where we could seek assistance, she bristled. Finally, she told us we should go to the main check-in counter because she could not change seat assignments. The check-in counter rep was very brusque. She said she could not change anything because we had boarding passes and should accept the locations because it was an international flight; however we could ask at the gate if changes could be made. At the gate, service was provided for three flights - Dublin, London, and Manchester(?). We stood briefly in line and were motioned up to a desk for the London flight. I informed the customer service rep that we were travelling to Dublin, and what we were told by the previous AA representatives. Without checking to see if was possible to seat the three of us together, he told us that he could only put my wife and son together. Somewhat relieved, we asked him to revise their seat locations. He made the changes and handed us our new boarding passes. As we walked away from the counter, I noticed that the new boarding passes were for the London flight and did not have my wife's or son's names. We returned to the counter and told him that there had been mistakes made. He immediately snatched the passes from us and berated us for not telling him that we were not going to London. I told him that we had told him of our destination as soon as we approached the counter. He retrieved our original passes from the trash and told us to wait for the Dublin flight reps to arrive. Immediately, I called the AA toll-free number and informed the phone agent of all that had happened. She was able to locate two seats together for my wife and son, and told me to inform the gate reps of the information. Because of character limitations I cannot tell of the counter rep who was an angel and managed to seat the three of us together. Thank you!!!
Pros: I liked that we got into Dublin earlier than expected. I really liked the amount of legroom-- It's rare for me to be able to sleep and I did. Thank you!
Cons: nothing to complain about--
Pros: Food and "free" drinkscomfort of seats overall
Cons: Comfort of seats in which to sleep
Pros: Food was okay for airplane food
Cons: I was overlooked multiple times during beverage distribution and kept getting bumped in the head even though I did not rest my head outside the headrests. Makes it difficult to get some sleep on long flights.
Cons: Wasn't able to catch up this flight because of the cancellation of the connecting flight.
Pros: Very smooth flight with excellent crew!
Cons: There were no individual monitors at the seats.
Pros: The crew were beyond excellent and tried to help with the seats. They were also very apologetic for the seat issue.
Cons: Our seats had no power and couldn't adjust. The crew manually did it for us but we never got it to go close to flat. We were on an old 757 which is such an embarrassing product for AA compared to the new or refurbished planes.
Pros: Free alcoholic beverages
Cons: Check in was ridiculous, one enormous line for all the "one world" airlines. Which although we booked Finnair, the flight was with American Airlines. Then at check in we weren't given the seats we chose when we booked the flight, actually we weren't given seats at all until the flight was boarding. And although half the flight had not been assigned seats the boarding agent had an attitude that I wanted to get my seat assigned. The airplane was circa 1992, there was a box tv in the aisle every few rows. We flew NY to San Juan PR in July and had personal entertainment on a 3-hour flight, but not ona 6-hour trans-Atlantic. Then there was a problem with the fuel tanks and apparently it was right in the middle of shift change, so one shift went home and the captain didn't know what was going on. "I'm embarrased" he said and we sat on the ground for almost 2 hours. The crew were great, the dinner was fine but yogurt and a weird muffin top is not ok. The best part of the whole flight was a free jack & ginger ale. Based on this experience alone I wouldn't fly with Finnair again. Our trip was for a wedding and most everyone else flew Air Lingus and had a flawless experience, poor choice on our part!
Pros: A typical American Airlines flight these days. Easy boarding. Very friendly flight crew. Cafeteria food. Left a little late and arrived on time.
Cons: Squished in seats. No legroom. The usual. (Everyone understands)
Cons: The plane had no TV in front of the seat for a international flight, the space was tiny as well. I could never recommend this to anyone else.
Pros: On time departure and arrival. Flight attendants were efficient and pleasant.
Cons: No complaints!
Pros: This flight wasn't terrible for being as long as it was. I slept some during it since it was at night. The good was also not bad. I got the chicken and rice combo.
Cons: I thought the flight attendants were somewhat distracted and rude. When the flight first started I had a problem with my tv screen saying that I was blocked out. When they finally fixed it I was excited to watch a movie like everyone else around me. However, my headphone jack in the armrest did not work properly. I thought it might have been my headphones but I tried two different pairs including the pair provided by the airline. I was only able to hear scratchy background noise but no words. This meant I had to go the entire flight with no movie or music. That was highly disappointing. I told the flight attendant about it and she reset my screen thinking that might be the problem but it did not help at all.
Pros: Crew was very nice.
Cons: All was fine would be nice to have individual screens but that is minor
Cons: When we arrived to Chicago we discovered that the airline had tried to "fix" out connecting flight and in the process I was accidentally removed from the same flight as my husband and we were both forced to take detours through London since we had missed our direct flight. Our checked baggage was lost for 2 days. The London airport has more strict rules for carry-on bags and liquids so much of our items were confiscated and the worst part of all was being told at the gate in Chicago that they didn't know why I was removed from the flight but that I would not be allowed to board because they couldn't reach anyone at the American Airlines desk. We pleaded for help for over an hour and were basically asked to sit down and be ignored. I was sobbing when my husband and I were separated and we were worried we might not find eachother in London or in our final destination of Dublin since we had no cell service.
Pros: It started with a unclear check-in process, proceeded with a multi-hour delayed flight with several reasons given for each return back to gate. Ended with us getting off the plane 4 hours after we were originally due to take off, a further hour delay before they said we could board again but then midway through that boarding we were told the flight was cancelled and no hotels were available and we'd need to return to check-in area to find out next steps. All this with our exhausted 4-year olds. Ended with us leaving the airport at 3 am. I truly never wish to fly American Airlines again.
Cons: Check-in, communication, the plane (I can't recall the last time we flew in a 757 plane (3 and 3 in each row) with no TVs for a transatlantic flight! Finally the multi delays ending with a cancelled flight with no alternate flight immediately offered to all.
Pros: Prompt boarding, checked our carryons for free
Cons: Air up too high like a refrigerator
Cons: Delay that caused us missing the connecting flight.
Pros: Great experience!
Pros: Flight crew was top notch
Cons: The boarding procédure in Dublin requires à long walks in 3 différent locations. Should be ma de shorter
Pros: Great crews
Cons: Not sure
Pros: Easy boarding, easy flight
Cons: Food served a little earlier, with beverages first. There was also buzzing in the headset when I was watching a movie.
Pros: CRES was great
Cons: Many of us waited about 40 minute for our bags to show up in the reclaim area.
Cons: Seats were a little uncomfortable but overall not bad.
Pros: I didn’t die in a plane crash.
Cons: They missed the connecting flight the day before, so we had to fly out the next day on a flight that left ~1 hour late. I know the staff is doing what they can so I blame the execs making millions because they’re typically the real problem anyway.
Pros: The crew was awesome! Best flight I've ever had.
Pros: Big windows
Cons: Too cold during red eye
Cons: My economy plus seat wouldn’t recline!
Pros: On time. Flight attendant was exceptional.
Pros: Everything went like clockwork
Cons: We didn't fly here
Cons: I wasn’t able to take the flight due to illness. Called Just Fly and airline for help - was on hold for hours. Both refused to help me. I am now out of pocket over $700. Appalling customer service by both airline and agent. Planning to report to the Better Business Bureau and travel authorities.
Cons: Landed in Canada to let off a "sick" passenger, sat there for hours and after the pilot made countless excuses, including needing to refuel, needing a new route, and needing to de-ice the plane, he finally announced that we're headed all the way back to Newark for some unknown reason. Worst flight ever. Couldn't be any less happy. F*** this airline. Will never use again. Ruined my vacation, thanks a lot.
Pros: Crew members were pleasant
Cons: Gate was changed to a gate much farther away. Flight was delayed for 4 different reasons all of which were unlikely. We left 4 hours late. On board the plane was freezing cold. I will NEVER fly United Airlines again.
Pros: flight was on time and the crew was friendly.
Cons: There was no entertainment available on this flight. It's a short flight so I don't expect any, however, I continued on to Phoenix that day from Chicago and that is a long flight. I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you.
Pros: they gave a $100 voucher
Pros: The flight was excellent
Pros: Arriving in Dublin
Cons: Seat was cramped and uncomfortable
Pros: Seat size in premium economy.
Cons: Food and presentation were weak.
Pros: An empty seat in the middle.
Cons: The seat in front of me reclined further than all the rest and the new seats that United has installed are incredibly uncomfortBle especially for a long international flight!!
Pros: I liked that we arrived on time and that the entertainment actually worked properly.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that my husband and i had one option only and that was Indian vegan vegetarian dish. We were told that's all there was left. We gave back our tray. I don't mind going without food for a flight but my husband had surgery die to diverticulitis and can only eat certain food. The flight attendant said that she was going to check if there is anything left in first class but it took for ever and I become impatient as the light were turned off and people were getting ready to sleep. So I switch on the light and another flight attendant came by. I explained the situation but she came back with the same Indian vegetarian dish we turned away. After more frustration and explanation the Stewart came with the. Hi Ken version. I gave my husband my share and he was able to finally take his medication and eat the chicken with the bread. I only ate the ice cream and had a glass of wine. Later on the first flight attendant who served us the meal came with a couple of oranges and a bag of chips. Saying she got this from first class. I kept the oranges and gave her back the chips. Floghing with United is very disappointing to put it mildly.
Cons: Over 4 hours of delays including on plane then everyone was kicked off. We waited more and they cancelled the whole flight and everyone had to scramble to get on anything available. I lost 28 hours of my vacation. They put us in a scary hotel in Chicago. I received a $200 voucher for further flights that doesn't even cover the cost of my unrefundable expenses such as car, hotel and tickets that were lost on my vacation.
Pros: Entertainment was good
Cons: Flight delayed for 2.5 hours. Food at airport terminal specific to United ridiculously expensive, particularly for a family, e.g.. $8.50 for French fries, etc.
Pros: Comfortable seats for economy
Cons: Computers were down in Akron Ohio. Flight was delayed an hour. Chicago was delayed 2 hours. There was an earlier flight i should have been booked on.
Pros: We made it to Dublin...
Cons: Crew was terrible, grumpy and not welcoming. Boarding was terrible, 4 hours late. No compensation, little apology. Food was awful. Couldn't really tell what we were actually eating. Actually hated this flight.
Pros: I loved the butternut squash pasta. I plan on making this recipe at home. The staff was also very pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: My seat was uncomfortable and the person in front of me kept reclining. I had very little space to try and make myself comfortable. I am 110lbs, so I can't imagine how a larger person would feel.
Cons: For an international flight, there should be more amenities like charger etc.
Pros: Bad service at time of borading
Pros: Everything went smoothly and as planned.
Cons: nothing to complain about on this flight.
Pros: Crew was very attentive
Pros: Excellent service and comfortable seating, even in economy.
Cons: The crew kept coming around to give us snacks and drinks and "dinner". I thought we'd be left alone to sleep but we were not and the cabin lights were only off for about 2 hours on our 6 hour flight. It was an overnight flight so I assumed we would be able to just sleep but we were not.
Pros: I love THe. cak airport. ANd I am flying United again tomorrow
Cons: My carry on. Didn't fit. Had to check it after I boarded. Front desk said it was good. I bought it For THaT purpose.. The retailer advertises it as tsa approved carry oOn?
Pros: Crew was very friendly.
Cons: No leg room.
Pros: Flight crew in Dulles were very helpful in arranging for my daughter and I to sit together. Really appreciated their help.
Pros: Crew were fine.
Cons: Twelve hours of horrible delays, missed connections, and running through airports due to poor aircraft maintenance and mechanical problems. Will never fly United again if I have a choice.
Pros: Two meals, great staff, eventless flight
Cons: 2+ Hour delay due to airplane issues limited space under isle seats for carry on bags
Pros: The struf waffles
Cons: Every thing went well
Pros: From Akron to Cleveland it was a great trip
Pros: We were tossed into the last row; I had no leg room and was constantly being bumped by people using the rest rooms. As a result it was a sleepless flight.
Pros: After being in the air for 4 hours without being able to connect to listen to anything, a gentleman flight attendant came to ask if I needed help. He then tried a couple different tools to try to help me. Nothing ended up working, but I appreciated him trying.
Cons: Before the flight took off, I mentioned to a female flight attendant that there seemed to be something in the headphone jack and would like some assistance. She said that it wasn't the time to assist me with that (which I can understand), but she never came back to try to help. Once in the air, another women recognized that I couldn't connect and said she would be back. I am not sure if she forgot or if sent the gentleman flight attendant to assist, I felt like I wasn't heard at all.
Cons: For a trans-Atlantic flight this was a very small plane with very tight seats. The bathrooms smelled throughout the plane. Many seat back TVs didrn't function.
Pros: Great boarding at ORD.
Cons: My seat
Cons: PA unreadable, entertainment screen broken, special allergy safe meal lost, luggage didn't transfer to next plane and we actually had to drive back to airport and get it 25 hours later loosing time on our trip, staff apathetic to everything! Will NEVER fly United again!
Cons: Took 30 hours to get to our destination on a trip with two kids. Out of the dozen people who we dealt with, only two were somewhat competent. It was the first time in my life I felt unsafe with a major carrier. Consistent problems on flights with mechanical issues and consistently unable to fix them. Then they offered a whopping $125 credit after we paid $4,000 for tickets only to spend two nights on airplanes and on a plane. It was so terrible, I still can't believe it. Time will not ease our frustration and disbelief. Fly with them at your peril.
