Flight was delayed 14 hours due to DC air show and weather. Missed connection to MUC.
The entertainment options on the seat back video boards were nice.
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.

Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
Check in and boarding were very easy. Quite good food and a complimentary glass of wine with dinner. The acoustics on the TV difficult at times, and the options extensive though not very updated.
Flight was not comfortable and crew was rude and not wanted to help, i would never choose united if there is alternate options . not cooperative with baby
Flight was on time and the flight crew was exceptional.
Take this flight regularly. Every single week same thing. Departure delayed. Make up some time in the air. Land at ORD and then wait for gate in "L" concourse Terminal 3 for 30-40 min-which yields a very delayed final arrival. Plus I get to taxi around and see every runway and drive over the bridge (IFKYK) over the expressway 2-4 times in most cases. Change the sched of incoming plane/work with FAA to improve traffic flow at ORD/change the timing of these flights. Whatever it takes. But do better.
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
Flight canceled because they didn’t have enough flight attendants. No refunds or credits for future flights
Boarding was smooth and seamless and the flight was without incident.
Seat bottom cushions are not good. I’m 165# & they hurt my butt. Plenty of legroom.
Terrible steward... Plane was quite empty... I asked to move "back" in the plane and the steward said no... Unnecessary power trip of mediocre people.
Flights on time w/o delays. However, my baggage was damaged. Ground crew, throws baggage from plane to the baggage carrier, carelessly.
On time flight, good communication about boarding, lines didn't form unnecessarily for boarding before their group was announced (kept aisles clear), friendly flight attendants and service

Horrible, they detoured my first flight to Roswell and the communication on why was very poor, We arrive late then waited 20 minutes for them to set up the bridge. I arrived at my connecting flight gate and was told my seat had been given to someone else even though the flight was delayed. We then get to customer service and the computer went down for several hours. The person at the counter was eating their lunch while trying to help me get a flight. Dhe then rebooked on a flight with a connection that was leaving two hours prior to me landing. So I had to then stand in another line to get rebooked. I missed my trip to Morroco and waited 7 days to finally get my luggage. It was a nightmare.
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Not bad but they lost 2 of my bags when I got to Florence
Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.
In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.
Awful. They didn't even show concern that her connecting flight( Dallas to Mardrid) was gone/missing. I don't understand how that is even possible. Rudest answer from one of the crew was that American Airlines sold the tickets to somebody else. My daughter was not in the list.
The flight was canceled on a Thursday last minute. I lost thousands of dollars in hotels and car rental
Excellent lie flat seat for premium economy! Great staff. Bad food . Not so great entertainment. My bag didn’t make it either.
Really like the idea experience on this airline I will use again
