Uncomfortable seat. The seat belt was broken!!
The movies, the crew, the flight itself.
The food was horrible. Also, all of my ticket information said Brussels Airlines but there's no such thing. It made it very confusing because on my departure I was looking for Brussels, but it was actually United I needed to look for.
The crew were very nice and polite.
No snack options. Only pretzels. Seat cushion very thin.
The crew were very accommodating. Plenty of beverages offered throughout the flight :)
It was a bit too warm in the cabin. Wish the AC was on.
Service was terrible, no blanket onboard, wifi was broken, cabin temperature was way too low, feels like around 55f.
There was an excellent selection of movies to choose from. The seats were pretty nice and clean and modern. A power outlet at every seat, and not just USB.
Flight was delayed due to paperwork and some people were racing to their connecting flights. Lots of turbulence. The seats seemed comfortable at first, but actually hurt my tailbone pretty quickly, while the 17 hour flight we took next did not. Tray tables are the folding kind and a bit awkward. We were in the last row by the bathrooms and our seats didn't recline at all. You had to pay for any kind of snacks other than a little bag of pretzels and a package of cookies. We were in one of the last two boarding sections, and the woman letting us on the plane tried to make us check out carry-on luggage, stating that the overhead bins were full. Well, we didn't want to be without our bags for the next 24 hours, so we argued and she let us "try" to bring them on. There was PLENTY of room back there! It's just the standard line they feed, apparently, so beware if you're sitting in the back of the plane!
A nice uneventful trip
2 hour late departure. could not get there story strait on why the delay, finally they went with weather delay. steward reminded me of a bunch of people unhappy with there jobs. need to work on customer service
Good flight—no delays, in & out.
London’s security—horrible service. Those folks really hate their jobs.
The fight was not over crowded.
