Cons: "My feet were absolutely freezing. I sat 4D (and paid for first class tickets but somehow delta didn’t even give me comfort plus for this flight). Plane is tiny. I’m 6’2” 205 lbs and I barely fit in the seat. This is a regional flight (even though it’s 2 hrs) so service is very minimal."

Specifically, was were traveling with guitars and they gave us no hesitation to board early in order to Stowe our instruments safely. They were very pleasant during serving and with requests. The offerings of movies and TV were excellent and extensive."

When we went to the service desk, they directed us to another carousel which was incorrect. There was no announcement made and there was a delay in updating the baggage claim board."

Cons: "I upgraded for the cabin Round trip and when I flew back from my destination I didn't have the same good experience. I did not have the TV flying back. The plane was too rocky one minute going smooth then out of no where it into high speed. The plane was shaky."

She barely slept the whole flight and I had a stuardis in a red dress who whem I asked for for a beverage made it seem like I asked for it right now. Didn't say a word Else to me until it was time to land and my daughter had just fell asleep. She told me. I had to take her out of the baby carrier. My daughter needed a diaper change and there were no places to change her. I tried to change her by the door really fast. The stuardis said no go change in a bathroom I asked which one had a changing station they said none and to just change in my lap. Plus my car seat was broke when I got it back."

Cons: "Delta employee who drive shuttle to connection stopped to drop off a passenger and proceed to chat w other workers thereby getting me to my gate late and missing my connection and getting me to Florida almost 3 hours later than planned. Agents at desk in JFK were rude. There was another Delta employee also on the shuttle who was the only one who seemed to show concern. He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."

Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Cons: "We booked a BA flight from Pittsburgh to Glasgow, through Philadelphia. We intentionally chose BA because we anticipated good service. We later learned that the flight was serviced by American. Our original flight was delayed one day because we missed our connection due to weather on the East Coast (after six hours at the airport). American re-ticketed us for a flight the next day. After several misstarts in Pittsburgh, we arrived in Philadelphia with minutes to spare. After running to the gate, we were then greeted with what turned out to be a four hour delay. Then, upon return, we learned that our seat selections/priority boardings were all deleted because of the re-ticketing on the on the flight out, and we spent hours on the phone and at the airport trying to get things sorted out and ensure that we had a return flight. One of the worst trips ever in my experience."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by almost an hour Because all flights were delayed, the waiting area was crowded. Therefore, I sat in the "priority" boarding area. A representative came in and rudely ejected us from the area. I could understand if there were "priority" passengers who needed a seat, but nobody needed those seats. Customer service should have trumped their rules in this instance."
