The flight itself was good but I am not a fan of a lot of people and so much sensory I couldn't take that part. My brain went into rescue mode cause there was to much going on. I am to interverted to out here peopling. I like the emergency section but when I feel like I am trapped cause there are people next to me I almost wanted to jump out to be honest. I didn't obviously but I now know what all I can handle and what not. Thank you for hearing me out. If there are better times for people with sensory issues and having borderline personality and anxiety issues please let me know
Alaska Airlines has great customer service. I would like the Alaska lounge to improve with food options.
No free internet, lazy flight attendants that did not like to serve drinks. Blamed it on turbulence but there was not any.
Wonderful except my seat cushion had no “cushion” left Cs. It was quite hard and I’m very petite and can us some padding on my back side lol. Other than that we were very happy.
Service is always great with Alaska. Baggage services seems to be delayed in Seattle but Alaska airlines follows up with excellent customer service
Alaska Airlines is the absolute best. I am so pleased with their service and attention to detail. They are one of the last remaining airlines where you feel like a person rather than a herded animal. Thanks Alaska!
Crews were friendly enough. To help the airline I checked my carry on baggage. Typical "gonna be a full flight we need 19 carry on bags to be checked to help out". So I helped out only to have to wait 30+ mins for my luggage and risked not getting to my car rental on time. The return flight was delayed. Kept hearing employees say something about "they didn't have any power" which is kind of concerning. The air flow and air conditioning was insufficient. It was warm and stuffy during the flight. Plus no free wi-fi......Booooooo!
Unfortunately, an issue occurred where a delay impeded me from making my connection in LA. I couldn't get a flight home until 10 hours after my originally scheduled flight. Once I finally made it to DFW for my connecting flight, my next flight was delayed. I was supposed to be home on 12/23 at 9:00 p.m. I didn't make it home until 12/24 at 11:00 a.m. I was given the choice to either take a flight the next day or the flight that way 10 hours later. I wasn't given an option for a hotel if I stayed overnight. I was also denied the ability to go to the Alaska Lounge due to the delay. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The only seat I was able to get on the next flight was in a row where the seats couldn't recline. After an extended wait at the airport, this was very frustrating!
Just a little delay in our takeoff but all was well and pleasant.
They were the worst in rescheduling and flights getting canceled left and right. It was worst than AA and they are one of the worst. Will never ever fly Alaska again.
Seats needs to be wirer and food is very poor

It was easy to board, and the staff was friendly and helpful. What could have been better is that I shouldn't have to pay extra for a seat that doesn't recline.
Was on the plane sitting longer than the actual flight in air was, boarded at 5:45p and didn't take off until 6:50p flight was only about 30 minutes long. Just was poor experience will booking more with American Airlines.

The guy in front of me was talking constantly, even when the pilot was making announcements. I found this very disrespectful to the pilot and to others.
There was no food available for this red eye... one little waffle cookie for a 6+ hour flight... thank God I was able to sleep some
To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible
The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.
You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.
