Customer service at Juneau was great but the handling of our luggage was very poor at Seattle after a delayed flight due to maintenance causing us to miss our connecting flight. We had frozen goods and they told us they would put it the freezer but didn’t. We lost 250lbs of halibut & salmon
Everything was great. Due to an accident on the Glen Hwy attendants could not make it to the airport. A delay while new crew was located
My experience with Alaska Airlines was great! Crew are always friendly and attentive. Alaska Airlines goes out of their way to make guest feel appreciated.
Completely full flight. Boarding was smooth, but people didn’t listen about use of overhead bins which is typical. We pre-purchased a snack which was tasty. Drinks were good and plentiful. Flight left late because previous flight was delayed.
Crews were friendly enough. To help the airline I checked my carry on baggage. Typical "gonna be a full flight we need 19 carry on bags to be checked to help out". So I helped out only to have to wait 30+ mins for my luggage and risked not getting to my car rental on time. The return flight was delayed. Kept hearing employees say something about "they didn't have any power" which is kind of concerning. The air flow and air conditioning was insufficient. It was warm and stuffy during the flight. Plus no free wi-fi......Booooooo!
Everyone was so kind, flight was wonderful, check in and baggage were easy. Thank you guys so much for a great trip

Unfortunately, an issue occurred where a delay impeded me from making my connection in LA. I couldn't get a flight home until 10 hours after my originally scheduled flight. Once I finally made it to DFW for my connecting flight, my next flight was delayed. I was supposed to be home on 12/23 at 9:00 p.m. I didn't make it home until 12/24 at 11:00 a.m. I was given the choice to either take a flight the next day or the flight that way 10 hours later. I wasn't given an option for a hotel if I stayed overnight. I was also denied the ability to go to the Alaska Lounge due to the delay. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The only seat I was able to get on the next flight was in a row where the seats couldn't recline. After an extended wait at the airport, this was very frustrating!
Just a little delay in our takeoff but all was well and pleasant.
They were the worst in rescheduling and flights getting canceled left and right. It was worst than AA and they are one of the worst. Will never ever fly Alaska again.

This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.
This was an auto-rebook due to being delayed from an earlier UA connecting flight. The boarding was fine, but they sat me in a middle seat when my original booking was a window seat. Overall, the flight was fine as it still got me to my final destination.
The flight out of Fresno boarded 1.5 hour past scheduled and made me miss my connecting flight from SFO to SEA.
There was no food available for this red eye... one little waffle cookie for a 6+ hour flight... thank God I was able to sleep some
To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible
The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.
You have got to come up with a better way of getting connecting flight people off the plane first. Flying doesn’t bring out the best in people but exiting off a plane rules needs to come from management, not from the expectation that passengers will be “kind” and let them off first. Perhaps exiting in zones? Like boarding? Zone 1 exits are connecting people. This frustration led to many people missing their flights or scrambling. We were delayed leaving the first leg which amplified this.
