Fairbanks airport is rather small with one terminal so it is very easy to navigate the gates and tsa. We were able to get from ticketing to tsa to gate in less than 30 minutes

Make sure and have your work downloaded before getting on the plane in Anchorage, becuase Wifi will go out over eastern Alaska (but come back over Canada). If you are elite on Alaska, you will get a free bag or two on American.

Check the exit row seats! On my plane one seat on each side had a seat with no seat in front of it for easier emergency exiting, giving that person a huge amount of leg room. The downside is that the seat sides are solid with tray tables in the armrest, so there’s no “overflowing” into the adjacent seat. For the tall, fit gentleman next to me it was a score.

Fairbanks is a small and efficient airport. As with most flights it may be better to take earlier flights to minimize the impact of delays, since many folks have connections.

Ck in and download your electronic tickets beforehand so you can use the baggage check in kiosk. Will save you a lot of time not standing in line.

Great flight we left a little late but the awesome airplane was super fast l love that

Completely full flight. Boarding was smooth, but people didn’t listen about use of overhead bins which is typical. We pre-purchased a snack which was tasty. Drinks were good and plentiful. Flight left late because previous flight was delayed.

Everyone was so kind, flight was wonderful, check in and baggage were easy. Thank you guys so much for a great trip

Ok, but nothing special. Long flight with no blanket/pillow set.

The tray wasn’t cleaned, it had crumbs from the last flight Other than that it was very comfortable by

Kayak wouldn’t refund me for a flight I was trying to cancel through Kayak. Alaska airlines said I had to cancel through Kayak. I called the customer service line and they couldn’t refund the flight that I booked through Kayak either. You stole my money. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

Service was great! 👍 Seats were small and absolutely not enough leg and feet room!!!

The staff was friendly and the flight ran on time. Boarding was a zoo. This process could be greatly improved. They have done away with the entertainment they used to offer in favor a wifi signal for our phones and that wasn't working in half the flights. The beverage selection is poor and the quantity was minimal. I'm sure when the airlines can come up with something cheaper to serve than pretzels they they will switch to it. If their budget is that tight what else are they skimping on? (Maintenance, fuel, safety) Over all I'm underwhelmed!

Flight was delayed several times then eventually cancelled which caused issues with our hotel, car rental and tickets to planned event. We also spent unplanned expense with Lyft to and from the airport which was frustrating. Customer care was not present during whole time at the airport.

My flight was canceled because of an IT outage, and they did not answer the phone for 8 hrs. There was no next flight out, I have missed my wedding because of this.

Liked the crew. Multiple delays. Altered my complete day and plans

Flights wwere cancelled, not due to weather. Left us stranded needing to rent a car costing $925. Totally no customer service or assistance.

Am deaf and there isn't tv screen on boarding place that I don't know what time it will start and want to make sure I have correct boarding. I wasn't notified that boarding has changed without tv screen showing.

Flight was cancelled and couldn’t reschedule. Had to rebook on southwest.

High winds with a lot of turbulence, but expected with winds. Otherwise it was fast and excellent!!

Expect many people do not have masks on or have the nose is hanging ride over the top of them
