Pros: "Great and very friendly flight attendants"
Cons: "Seat was supposedly an exit row but in reality it was the seat behind the exit row and there was a metal box blocking my already non existent leg room."
Pros: "good price and a good route"
Cons: "This turned out to be a 'code share' flight operated by American Airlines. As such, neither Qantas nor American Airlines would allow me to buy premium seats so we could have extra leg room. They said the 'code share' blocks seat sales! Be ware Also found out that American Airlines does not serve meals on flights from Toronto to LAX. I was told they only serve meals on "international flights" but that I could buy a sandwich or snack. Unfortunately they only had 4 sandwiches on board , which sold within the first 2 rows of the plane!"
Cons: "Took off late and arrived late. Took15 minutes to taxi to gate"
Cons: "The airline charged me $50 for my carry on even though they told me I could hate check it earlier. Apparently they changed their mind and I am $50 poorer. This is after being a loyal American card member for over 10 years. BS."
Pros: "Crew nice"
Cons: "Legroom terrible"
Pros: "Thankful for the pilot... He got us to Charlotte alive."
Cons: "Sitting on the plane for two hours prior to take off. Also, I'm not a fan of being bribed into credit cards, and the whole class system... Everyone is a human passenger"

Cons: "They didn't offer any snacks...no pretzels or cookies."

Cons: "I was unable to log on to gogoinflight to watch a movie, my ipad was unable to connect."
Pros: "The flight departed on time, landed early, had plenty of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant."
Cons: "Check-in was problematic: the first agent claimed my luggage allowance was only one checked bag, even though the ticket said 2. Had to wait in a second line to fix it."
Cons: "Late taking off and arriving. Once we landed it took 15 minutes to locate someone to bring the ramp out to the plane. Just incompetence on part of American Airlines."
Pros: "On time flight, bags made it fine and didn't miss even though we had a short layover"
Cons: "No power outlets. A bag of chips in 1st class is pretty weak. Compared to Europe flights we can from, aircraft felt like 1960's Aeroflot."
Pros: "Previous flight was awful but this flight was good. Everything was new and felt like first class."
Cons: "Remodeling old plans if not getting new ones"
Cons: "Food was the worst of any plane I've ever taken"

Pros: "The flight was fast and mostly smooth, you can't control turbulence. The flight attendants were very friendly. Turned out to be a great trip."
Cons: "Nothing was bad overall. It was a very nice flight"
Cons: "We were denied boarding to our flight because the gate agent said we were late to the podium. We were there 10 minutes prior to departure. The jetway was still full of passengers. There was no reason she did not let us on other than she wanted to punish us for being late to the podium. We missed our connecting flight and had to rent a car to get home. Corporate American Airline customer relations was awful to work with. They did not care."
Pros: "Almost half empty cabin made this a very pleasant flight!"
Cons: "Food on AA was mediocre as usual. Edamame salad was nice and fresh for a change. Desserts are now prepackaged wrapping similar to candy bar..."
Pros: "That i was able to apply my delta sky miles account to the reservation"
Cons: "That it was actually an american flight, not alaska. Agents at desk tried to tell me i couldn't hang my hanging back and had to roll it up and put it in purse. Internet connection is horrendous. Flight attendant not willing to reimburse me after i paid $34 and received no internet. Will avoid flying American going forward at all costs."
Pros: "That the pilot got us home safely."
Cons: "Honestly I am not a big fan of AA. I made a mistake booking my flight but couldn't change it because it was going to cost an arm and a leg. The staff are rude and don't try to help you. It's just a job for them to get by and it shows. Many including myself isn't big fans of AA. I wish this airline gets bought out by Southwest who understands value and elite customer service. They don't charge every little thing like American. I hope soon they can fly into Colorado Springs."
Pros: "Boarded on time. You should let only executive Platinum board after 1st class. The value is diluted when ALL advantage members board at the same time."
Cons: "Boarding. See above."
