Pros: "by airlines"
Cons: "flying next day trough LAX"
Cons: "flight was delayed two hours because they couldn't find a single American airlines employee to sign off on some log book.sat on tarmac two hours because no one could sign a piece of paper!!! so obviously we missed our connecting international flight to dublin. called american customer svc, they made us call british airways, british airways said we had to call kayak, kayak said we had to call American. thanks for all the great customer svc. this is why everyone hates flying and all airlines are garbage. then finally in chicago american customer svc desk said they rebooked us on a British airways flight the same night, we traversed (ran) the entire chicago ohare airport only to find out british airways said we were not on that flight, were completely full and we had to go back to american. literally had to leave airport to get on train to go back to american terminal. they swear we are now (the next day) on this aer lingus flight despite our inability since last night to try and check in to that flight because aer lingus website doesnt work, no one answers their customer service number and their ticket counter at airport doesnt open until noon. suffice it to say we are still not on a flight to Dublin, ive missed an entire day of a limited vacation, and i will NEVER fly american again."
Pros: "Horrible landing. Also-landed early and srive around for 20 min with no announcement from cockpit"
Cons: "3 hours late leaving Dublin, with poor communicstion on the monitors as to gate info. not to mention the lateness."
Pros: "Food - What can I say about pretzels except "Okay"?!"
Cons: "They didn’t board us closer to the front just because we had an hour layover. Barely had time to go thru customs n tsa to make it to the gateof our connecting flight."
Cons: "I have never been treated as poorly as I was by the old biddy that physically took the guitar out of my hands as I was trying to board the plane today. I travel as a professional musician at least once a week and I’ve never been threatened with arrest for having an instrument on my person."
Pros: "The in flight staff was very friendly"
Cons: "Our 2nd flight was changed by the airline, causing us to have a 6 hour layover in Philadelphia instead of a 2 hour layover. Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :("
Pros: "Crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding process was pretty quick."
Cons: "The plane had one of those aggravating screens on the back of every seat. I turned it off AT LEAST EIGHT TIMES and it kept coming back on, first to try to sell me on a credit card offer, then to show me previews of movies I wasn't going to watch on a 5 AM FLIGHT that was lasting 75 MINUTES. I finally tore a page out of the AA magazine and wedged it against the screen so I could actually sleep without it constantly blinking on and disturbing me. Next time, I'm going to smash the screen. If I want it off, leave it off."
Pros: "Smooth operation!"
Cons: "Boarding a slight bit disorganized"
Pros: "crew friendly"
Pros: "Seats are comfortable. The flight was on time."
Cons: "A bigger snack should have been provided on such 3-hour flight."
Pros: "Dreamliner plane"
Cons: "Terrible service from get go which continued when landing in Melbourne with hopeless Qantas."
Pros: "Largely unremarkable flight out of LIM."
Cons: "B767-300 used for LIM-MIA was exceptionally old with overhead monitors for inflight entertainment. Headphones not given until 20+ minutes into the only movie (the rest of the programming was stupid TV shows/profiles)."
Cons: "No food"
Cons: "The information that was given was awful. Why would AA send a broken plane to ABW?"
Pros: "Nice people to fly with"
Pros: "everything fine"
Cons: "having to gate-check our hand luggage"
Pros: "Great staff. Arrived very early. Smooth flight ."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "No entertainment monitor"
Cons: "short flight herded like cattle. not much about it"
Cons: "The information of code share was not clear..so I was expected to fly with JAL..."
Pros: "Almost on time"
Cons: "Boarding process, PA system volume very low at PHX"
Pros: "Met expectations. Landed early."
Cons: "Seats harder than expected"
Cons: "Delayed because of cleaning crew showing up late.... Totally avoidable. Gate crew was not helpful"
Pros: "Customer service at American Airlines was amazingly good. They figured out the mess that the third party agent, WEBJET.COM made and fixed it."
Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."
Pros: "Remodeled plane style"
Cons: "Liked it"
Cons: "Boarding took forever and I'm a Premium passenger."
Pros: "On time, upgraded at Dallas"
Cons: "Couldn't get my boarding pass. My name was wrong in your system, had to go to American Airlines desk for assistance and the attendant couldn't locate my name. There was a service attendant at the Alaskan airline service desk."
Pros: "THE SEATS WERE COMFORTABLE AND CREW AND VERY ATTENTIVE."
Pros: "Boarding was impossible! The line was longer than the jet bridge itself and we had to wait after being called for a 1/2 hour."
Pros: "We were greeted by an AA employee after our connecting flight arrived and escorted through the various security steps to the departure gate. The vegetarian meal was very good."
Cons: "Leg room in coach is grossly inadequate. The entertainment system has poor controls and had to be rebooted."
Pros: "Price and schedule."
Cons: "Do not like how this or any airlines board passengers."
