I would have picked up a bag mover if I had any idea. Since I did check-in on line, I could have gone directly in terminal 1 if I was told. It turned out she read 29A on her itinerary only it was for an earlier leg of the trip. Instead of understanding her accidental oversight, the steward said to us both, "you have 29C and you 29A whats the problem?" I understand he was busy, only 2 passengers booked for the same seat would cause a problem on a full flight. He should have understood her accidental self-seat assignment change because she read the seat from the earlier flight. She and I weren't trying to have issues, we just wanted to sort out what we thought was an overlap in seat assignments."

I really wish they had tables with chairs and a way to order a drink/food via the restaurant that's outside the terminal. This isn't a huge deal considering the airport itself only does one flight at a time so getting through security is easy. Just check any baggage you're not carrying on and go to the restaurant. About 20-30min before the flight go through security (5min process and they're probably still 10 min from boarding). It's one plane so it's easy to get through security and To get on the plane."

"It was on at the terminal we were at in Las vegas, we were all the way at the end of one of them, I think it was c.... Dates 41 42 and 43.... They were in a row from left to right and we were scheduled for 42.... Right before that 41 was loading and yet the line started on the right Chris crossed 43 42 over to 41 causing foot traffic confusion, and yet the left side in front of gate 41 was relatively empty...... Eventually some Delta step did come out and assist but for about 40 minutes it was quite confusing and crowded"

Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."

It's the 2nd Time Delta has done this to me in the space of 2 weeks and it's absolute Idiocy. Gouging you loyal customers like this is NOT how you do business."

The first time we were able to be placed with each other but this time the attendant at the counter basically told everyone that because the flight was booked and there were so many people who had the issue that she could not move anyone around to be with their families. That on top of being rude to many of the flyers just makes the DFW experience with American feel like they don’t care about you."

Cons: "flight was delayed two hours because they couldn't find a single American airlines employee to sign off on some log book.sat on tarmac two hours because no one could sign a piece of paper!!! so obviously we missed our connecting international flight to dublin. called american customer svc, they made us call british airways, british airways said we had to call kayak, kayak said we had to call American. thanks for all the great customer svc. this is why everyone hates flying and all airlines are garbage. then finally in chicago american customer svc desk said they rebooked us on a British airways flight the same night, we traversed (ran) the entire chicago ohare airport only to find out british airways said we were not on that flight, were completely full and we had to go back to american. literally had to leave airport to get on train to go back to american terminal. they swear we are now (the next day) on this aer lingus flight despite our inability since last night to try and check in to that flight because aer lingus website doesnt work, no one answers their customer service number and their ticket counter at airport doesnt open until noon. suffice it to say we are still not on a flight to Dublin, ive missed an entire day of a limited vacation, and i will NEVER fly american again."

I turned it off AT LEAST EIGHT TIMES and it kept coming back on, first to try to sell me on a credit card offer, then to show me previews of movies I wasn't going to watch on a 5 AM FLIGHT that was lasting 75 MINUTES. I finally tore a page out of the AA magazine and wedged it against the screen so I could actually sleep without it constantly blinking on and disturbing me. Next time, I'm going to smash the screen. If I want it off, leave it off."

WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."

Cons: "First, our flight was cancelled and they texted us with an alternative flight leaving a day later, with a 9 hour layover! Um, excuse me? Since this was a weekend trip we would have had to turn around and get back on a flight back to SF a few hours later. I called and they didn't even offer the option to refund the ticket! I finally got us on an alternative flight leaving earlier after waiting for 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor because the person I initially spoke with had no power to do anything to help. We ended up flying Alaska Airlines on the way there and I wish we had originally booked through them because the way back was AWFUL. They wouldn't seat my partner and I together because we were flying Economy class, which they reminded us of repeatedly when I complained. The agents claimed they had no power to do anything because of the computer system which randomly selects your seats. I asked what about people traveling with small children and they didn't seem to have an answer. Oh yeah, that's another thing. As if we got a better deal than with any other airline out there after all the bag fees. The Economy class/the majority of the people flying have no carry on allowance. By the way, when we got on the flight we were able to sit next to each other because the seats next to us weren't even occupied. Ridiculous. Never flying United again. I've been bumped off of flights and had bad experiences before but this was the last straw for me."

Pros: "These days we can all admit flying is not what it used to be before 9/11. It's still professional and curtious, but the awareness and appreciation of passengers has dwindled. Stewards and stewardesses go through the motions and do just what they need to do not more. The pilots got the plane to its destination well within the time sometimes even a half an hour early. But sometimes being that early means sitting on the tarmac for 40 minutes which cut it close to missing my next flight. Flights used to offer blankets if passengers were cold. If the plane is not full they do allow passengers to move seats to be more comfortable. The complementary beverage is still always a nice touch but seconds aren't offered and cups are often taken before they're finished. It would be nice to see our country's airlines go back to a little more awareness and appreciation for one another, and work to improving their levels to above satisfactory. The flight was supposed to have entertainment viewable on personal devices but going through the app to select something was told this flight didn't have access. Overall it was satisfactory."

We departed an hour and 15 minutes late and with the transfer of planes, it seemed that at least half the plane did not get their luggage. There was at least 50 of us standing at the baggage claim and we never got our bags. There was also no one to really talk to about it except one person. We all lined up to give our information to her. Fortunately, I was already talking to her when the line started and got that done pretty quickly. As far as the rest of the passengers, I'm assuming if they were at the back they had to waste another hour waiting to give information after waiting about an hour for our luggage. Also, I live local so it is not a big deal for me to go to the airport to retrieve my bag, wherever it is. Others do not have that luxury."

I have flown frontier San Diego to Denver and OC to Denver probably over 100 times. I have ALWAYS had a delayed flight do to nothing but poor planning by frontier. It's never weather, 85: never a plane malfunction, just delayed for whatever reasons. It's pretty irritating after years of flying your airline, that you can pretty much always gaurentee a delayed flight."

To be fair, there was 1 seat available for $0, it was in the last row in the middle...1 seat. I also experienced a first...getting charged $30 to bring my backpack on board as a carry-on. Airlines are now charging to put luggage in the overhead compartment. Same carry-on luggage you'd bring with you on any other airline for free, apparently not on Frontier. $30 for a backpack, wow. Apparently Frontier also claims 'we don't participate in TSA Pre-Check', meaning it's great if you have TSA Pre-check, but given Frontier doesn't 'participate' in this program even if the consumer has paid the $100 and cleared to checks to use this program (which is awesome), if you fly Frontier, you can't use it, they won't put the 'TSA Pre-Check' denotation on your boarding pass. Huh? I get companies like this shooting for operational efficiency, scaling lean, profit maximization et al, however this airline feels like a total money suck from top to bottom. 'We have snacks available for purchase'! Of course you do Frontier, of course you do."

I paid an extra $9.00 for a window seat in the back of the plane and it would've been $20.00 for the same seat closer to the front. They also charge for bags whether they are carry on or checked. My first flight, a kid in front of me threw up and it went under his seat and all inside of my bag. I spent the entire flight cleaning puke off of my computer and my clothes. The flight attendant just told me there were paper towels in the lavatory. When we finally arrived at 11pm we sat in the runway for 30-45 minutes until our gate was clear. Then we finally pulled up and it took another 15-20 mins for them to attach the bridge for us to get off the plane."

Cons: "I understand the reason for all the fees and I know that's how the initial ticket prices stay cheap. But some of those fees are absolutely ridiculous. We were charged almost double the price for our checked baggage on this flight compared to the previous one because during our trip it switched to "the busy season." There was no notice of this when buying the tickets. There is also no good reason to charge more for a carry on than checked baggage. Just make it the same price if your going to charge for both. Also, the increase in price for carry on and checked baggage when checking in at the airport instead of online is massive. I drove down from the mountains where I had zero service straight to the airport. Had I pulled over somewhere on the way and checkin in before, I would have saved a ton of money on our three bags. I'm not sure if I'll ever be flying frontier again."

We were delayed about 20 minutes getting on the plane and then sat on the runway for over an hour before we left. The last 20 minutes of that was due to wind reducing available runways for all departures and arrivals, but the first runway delay was caused by not one but two maintenance issues. Frontier actually just finished replacing their old planes with newer plans that have more uncomfortable seats with tiny trays and no on-board entertainment. For a short flight, it's not horrific, but for a cross-country journey, it's highly uncomfortable. The crew are just "there." Gone are the days of a warm cookie when you sit down. I've never had happy or friendly attendants, either. They do their job at the minimum. Slow to respond to guest issues and I've seen them be a bit rude with customers as well. I've had issues in the past with Frontier and lost luggage and lacking customer service. I only went with them this time because I wasn't bringing kids or luggage and just needed a cheap one-way. Otherwise I would never fly them."
