Cons: "My card wouldn't register when I slid it to purchase entertainment on my flight from Denver to Houston. I was all the way in the back. 38A...the card reader doesn't work...or it was operator error. But I tried a lot. Even got out plastic and receipt paper to try those tricks..."

Cons: "I hate the fact that I had to pay for data just to see the map of where the plane is during my travel. Other airlines will at least give you a map to view as well as one or two free movies/show. They don't make you feel like your being forced to purchase data just to have a pleasant ride. I also hate the fact that I checked in my bag well before my flight (even had time to grab something to eat before boarding) and when I landed the airline informed me that my bag didn't make it on my flight. Like how does that even happen? Then tell me it's on a different flight, that landed 4 hours later. Well, my bag wasn't on that flight either but on a different flight that landed a few minutes later."
