Could not get wifi for entertainment. Flight attendants were very good.
The boarding staff was absolutely awful. Delayed our flight multiple times with no answers. People at the desk were rolling eyes at me, being condescending at me, and making faces, and started arguing with me saying “show me how I’m being condescending to you right now, do it” when I asked him to please talk politely to me. He was awful and rude.
i wouldve liked to be offered earphones to enjoy the great selection of movies provided. i was also asked to be moved from my seat by the staff despite being assigned the seat on my ticket without any explanation. i am also active duty military (not in uniform), and expected to be put on priority seating (seated first) but that is not as bad as i'm not sure if that service is offered, but it was offered on my prior delta flight that day.
Connecting flight was delayed taking off and the upon landing delayed before we were able to get a gate
It was a 1-hour flight on a small plane, so no extras were included. (i.e. no flight attendants were serving snacks, no entertainment) none was expected.

Seat was comfortable. There was a late take-off, on-boarding and crew was ok. I’m not looking for a show, but felt kind of cold. I always appreciated the reliability of AA, I fly more often lately, so I didn’t mind paying the higher fees. But seems the experience is the same as other airlines in my experience. I wouldn’t say I won’t fly American again, it wasn’t a horrible experience, however, I may just prioritize price is the experience is the same from company to company.

Sat on the plane for hours only to Have the pilot time out and walk off the plane. Back up pilot showed up and the flight was canceled. No other flights to get me to My destination for 3 days. My luggage was still sent to my destination even though the flight was cancelled. Very bad experience with American Airline and I will do everything I can to never fly American Airlines again

Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. The oils in the hummus and bruschetta has seperated. Good try United but if you can’t get it right at your base how do you expect to get it right anywhere else."

I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late"

Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight from PHX to RNO the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."

Cons: "The flight was overbooked and asked for several volunteers to take later flights for travel credit. Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable."
