the cabin was kept too hot. couldn't sleep as a result

Majority of the staff were simply awesome and very very supportive and helpful

Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.

It was disapointing during the wait in Cancun. It took several hours to clean and they told us during that time we could not stand, use the bathroom, have service etc.

I was asked window seat on check in in Dar-es-Salaam. The person on the deck told me "yes, no problem", but gave me 10e and 25b seats! Better just to say "no"

After arriving in Istanbul, the transit information on the electronic board showed a tight departure time, and the gate changed in the middle, making it difficult to make it on time.

Typically good service onboard but baggage delay in airport was significant
