No one could help. Finnair wouldn’t issue a refund. British Airways were not helpful.
Being charged more than $3 for a cup of tea!
Absolute nightmare dealing with British cancelled flight and then having them rebook me with American, their "partner" company. Spent three hours this morning dealing with these two unprofessional companies and their lack of communication between each other.
Uneventful, other than having missed the original connecting flight on account of delays.
There was no food or entertainment, so I can't rate them.
Announcement was made that flight was delayed for at least two hours and that delay might be longer or might be cancelled. Desk staff specifically said they would not help rebook until the 2 hour delay had passed. I bought a ticket on Delta amd actually flew to London.
