Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag
I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.
Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Flight was good but the passport control in airport for outbound passengers was a mess, fortunately they pulled passengers making connections to this flight for expedited processing so we made the connection.
I feel the service staff do not treat American customers well. I also feel there may be discrimination against minorities.

Cut out the nickel and dime pricing for "seat selection" and baggage, To do this on an international flight is just mind boggling. Seriously, why treat customers this way??? Nobody wants these hidden extra fees and everybody hates them. Also plane was too warm and no air vent, and water dripped from the ceiling at one point,
1) SAS sent me emails that i could check in but that was just a waste of time because traveling to the us i actually had to check-in at the airport. 2) SAS evidently does not care about vegetarians as it does not offer regular veggie alternatives in the transcontinental flights.
OK experience except for the fact that I had to pay $100 for one checked in bag in Amsterdam, while it was supposed to be free like it was on the flight from LAX to AMS. I want SAS to reimburse me for this!

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.
All was good. I think the back of the plane should be boarded first. It would be faster. Minimal waiting time behind passengers loading their carry on baggage.
Flight attendants on United are the worst in the business. Can’t be bothered to provide even basic levels of service and are as rude as anyone can get. This flight was not an exception to that rule.
No real complaints. The in flight food was much better than I expected. The in flight entertainment was excellent.
Airport experience at Newark was not great. Only one gate open at immigration for US passports when multiple international flights arriving at the same time. Then having to take a train and a bus to different terminal only to have to clear security again, after I had already gone through at my initial departure location. Older plane, no entertainment screens available, and for economy plus, seat was very uncomfortable. Crew was friendly and this leg of my flight was on-time, even though I arrived later than initially scheduled due to 1st flight being over 2 hours delayed and missing my original connection.
The flight was delayed for 1:30 hours for maintenance issues. They should give more information about connecting flights. For a Business Cabin the Crew was mediocre.

loved the bulkhead seats with all the extra leg room! The initial dinner was excellent unfortunately the last meal was unsatisfactory. Our salad was partially frozen and the pizza roll was 90% dough. My only complaint
Lunch/dinner was OK, the snack before landing in Houston was not good. A simple sandwich would have been better.

Why does United insist on having passengers take a bus quite a distance to the plane instead of having us board at a gate?
Delayed flight out of ORD (45min) : Reason (bad weather and had to deice the plane) No problem United take ad long as you need as long as I am safe. Boarding was a little confusing in Chicago with multiple lines and not a clear understanding of what group goes where; still line moved along and staff were courteous. Plane flight to Europe was smooth with flight attendants greeting you with smiles and addressing needs. Food however (terrible as I had the stir fry . the rest was just snacks (really cant mess that up), Return flight from AMS : Check in was terrible with long a line and took forever( understaffed) , Just made my flight with 10min to spare (and yes I was three hours early) going through baggage and passport check was quicker. Boarding was easy and again flight crew were great Smooth ride and the food was much better (chicken). No issues in ORD. Good Job United as I would definitely fly United again. GREAT job KAYAK as the kept me informed ( via text and email) of my up coming flight with departure times and boarding gate info.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal

False advertising: An empty seat between 2 economy seats, then classified as “Business” is not. Thin cushion, economy-like leg room. From Lufthansa, a globally recognized and renowned carrier. Must do better.
Change of fate should be done well ahead of time rather than a last minute thing without proper communication to the passengers
