Flight cancelled due to overbooking, notification received while I was en route to the airport. Was assured I would be on the flight for the following day. Awoke next day and called airline to confirm, they stated my refund had been processed, I would not be on the flight, and there was nothing that they could do for me. I was forced to rent a car and take a completely different flight from another airport at a much higher price. Never again.

The staff was kind and friendly (which always is the case with Lufthansa!). I felt like more than just a passenger but as a cared for customer.

The premium economy seats, while more spacious, were not much more comfortable. They reclined to the point that it was awkward when using the leg rest. Would be better if the leg rest could raise a little higher..

No good no snacks and having to ask for water . You have to pay for everything from water to a snack. Not even nuts are included in the purchase . Don't think i would fly again with them

I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline

Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.

Don’t give a single glass of water for free. It’s $4 if you get thirsty on an international flight. Disgusting and should be illegal. Not to mention the cabin smells like urine/fish. And for whatever reason this airline attracts a crowd that leaves a lot to be desired. There were several fights on my fight. Never again.

I can’t say enough about the Lufthansa staff- we ran to our gate because our connecting flight was late, and we were greeted by a warm and smiling face who said “It’s alright, don’t run, take your time, we’re waiting for you.” Onboard the crew was phenomenal- Every. Single. One. I have always felt as a burden to crew if I asked for extra water or an extra blanket- not on this flight, not with this crew. They came around multiple times per hour during an 8hr and 20min flight, offering various beverages and checking on everyone. I can’t thank them enough for how caring they were to everyone on board. The captain as well was very professional and had a kind spirit when he spoke. Best experience I’ve ever had- (and I travel multiple times per year!)

The Lufthansa crew and planesnare always top notch.

Long wait time to board, delay of approx 40 min without any update on what was happening. I believe however that is not the fault of Lufthansa crew but rather the SJJ airport staff. I also have one star for entertainment bc there is no option for “not applicable”- this airbus was not equipped with a television or other entertainment options as the flight length is merely an hour.

Right before boarding I checked to see about purchasing an upgrade to business for my Wife and I because she was not feeling well and the added room would help. The Rude desk clerk didn’t even check and just spit out no upgrades. Yet once on the plane there were several empty business class seats and they stayed empty the entire flight.

The crew was nice.

I tried extending my trip the night before my flight but customer service kept saying their system was down and their site wasn't working properly. I bought a Flex ticket for the exact reason of being able to adjust my schedule if needed. I decided to try to extend my trip at the airport and had the same issue. It's very disappointing that I paid extra and had zero help from their team. The new flight date would have been the same price too. On the flight, I didn't get served the dinner since they couldn't find my Flex information but it somehow got corrected later. I had a decent experience with Norwegian Air a few years ago but this time it was a mess on all three flights. I wouldn't recommend.

What's to like? Late boarding... over an hour late leaving terminal. What's to like.... Standing on long lines to board for 30+ minutes. What's to like...not having my proper scheduled date for the trip. What's to like...having to pay an additional $638.50 to purchase a new ticket because my original booking was placed for a different day. What's to like ...when airline representatives are non response. What's to like...no food or drink unless you pre ordered for a transatlantic flight which lasted over 8 hours. What's to like arriving 2 hours late at 11 PM instead of the scheduled time of 9 PM.

I don't like being gauged for the price of a ticket. I paid more for a one way ticket than for a round trip just to return home on the day I was expected. I don't like being told to stand on line for 30+ minutes when I could have stood on line for 10 if the people who are running the show knew what they were doing. I don't like being told the plane is late due to routine maintenance when routine maintenance is expected to occur in a timely manner not when the plane is scheduled to fly. Never mind how I feel about sitting for 8 hours with no drink.

This airline is disaster. They trielt live on the planet don’t give a &$!@ Made us buy new tickets for the following day for a type o on the ticket. They just didn’t care...

They kept me and my two year old in the plane for almost 4 hours and told us that we will take off every ten minutes, but obviously we never did. We got rebooked for the following day. They provided a small room to stay in and $7 wach for food. They treated us like a huge inconvenience. We had to pay for food, my husband had to take another day off work to come get us. This airline is shameless. We are spending more money to with a different air line next time.

Only stability of the plane B787 Dreamliner

I have to say, the only reason i bought this ticket was the low cost. I thought it was a bit too good to be true, and it was! The round trip cost beat other airlines hands down, and it was a direct flight, and the flight times allowed me to get picked up to/from the airport(s) with ease. Little did I know that it was "low cost" because they nickel and dimes you for everything else.

I found out that to take luggage, buy a meal and reserve a seat, one way, was $45 for each thing. That would total $270 above the base fare of the ticket, which puts the ticket cost back with the rest of the options. I did not order food, since I usually don't eat much on the flight, but they would not even give me seltzer water because that was for people who ordered meals. Once on the flight, you had to pay for a blanket and headsets! it was a trans-atlantic nonstop flight! These things were not clearly identified before flying. I think that if the company was more transparent, I would have made other decisions. the stewardesses were alright. nothing special. I did feel in general that I was treated a little less than human. The whole lack of a meager snack and beverages...plus no blanket was a little odd. One woman was allowed to carry her dog in her lap the whole time, and they treated the dog really well. I guess there are always discrepancies in life, but that one irked me. That being what it is, the flight was on time, and my luggage arrived on time and in tact. Its all already in the past, which it would have been had I paid twice as much for the flight. But I paid half as much. So that is a win! Not sure if I would fly Norwegian again.

I've been traveling to Europe and back for 40 years+. This is the first time I have ever had to weigh in my pocketbook along with my carry-on bag - that's outrageous!!! I realize that you are a discount carrier, and one has to pay for luggage, but this is ridiculous!!! You go to the extreme, and a women's pocketbook should not have to be added to the scale along with any other carry-on bags for a total weight of 10 Kil. That's extreme and very miserly in my opinion and not a positive refection on your airline!

The price was good for a round trip flight. The movie options are good as well. The crew was okay. This was a full flight and no one went above and beyond for guest service but no one was rude.

The boarding process was extremely disorganized. The original time to take off was 3:30 (15:30) we didn’t take off until 4:45. It took 45 minuets to board the plane. Everything on this flight you have to pay individually. This is an 11h 30 m flight and bags are not included and a meal is not included. Even a small bottle of water, or coffe or juice will cost you $3.00

I can’t say enough about the Lufthansa staff- we ran to our gate because our connecting flight was late, and we were greeted by a warm and smiling face who said “It’s alright, don’t run, take your time, we’re waiting for you.” Onboard the crew was phenomenal- Every. Single. One. I have always felt as a burden to crew if I asked for extra water or an extra blanket- not on this flight, not with this crew. They came around multiple times per hour during an 8hr and 20min flight, offering various beverages and checking on everyone. I can’t thank them enough for how caring they were to everyone on board. The captain as well was very professional and had a kind spirit when he spoke. Best experience I’ve ever had- (and I travel multiple times per year!)

The premium economy seats, while more spacious, were not much more comfortable. They reclined to the point that it was awkward when using the leg rest. Would be better if the leg rest could raise a little higher..

I've been traveling to Europe and back for 40 years+. This is the first time I have ever had to weigh in my pocketbook along with my carry-on bag - that's outrageous!!! I realize that you are a discount carrier, and one has to pay for luggage, but this is ridiculous!!! You go to the extreme, and a women's pocketbook should not have to be added to the scale along with any other carry-on bags for a total weight of 10 Kil. That's extreme and very miserly in my opinion and not a positive refection on your airline!

I believe the only thing I did like about the trip was the easement of getting checked to board the plane. Other than that, maybe just the price of my flight.

Where to begin, first of all the flight was delayed. And not just one or two hours, but almost 5 hours! The communication from the boarding crew was atrocious, as they did not keep us informed until maybe an hour after the fact that it was already delayed. After finally being cleared to board we were all cramped and rushed on a shuttle from the waiting area to the plane. I've been on cramped planes before, but maybe not this badly. I received a middle seat, which was alright, but the amount of space to move around in was unacceptable. I attempted to load my carry on in the storage compartment overhead but it was all taken up. That made matters worse in terms of having space to stretch my feet out, as the person's next to me were not the kindest and kept cramping me even more. The delaying of my flight made me miss my check in to my hotel two hours later. I lost most of my day I'm being able to have free time before the check in due to it. Overall, I was not satisfied one bit with the airline service. I just hope that my return flight is a more pleasant one.

The Lufthansa crew and planesnare always top notch.

Long wait time to board, delay of approx 40 min without any update on what was happening. I believe however that is not the fault of Lufthansa crew but rather the SJJ airport staff. I also have one star for entertainment bc there is no option for “not applicable”- this airbus was not equipped with a television or other entertainment options as the flight length is merely an hour.

The Hi Fly staff was great-very attentive to its customers. This was in stark contrast to our flight to Barcelona operated by Norwegian. We did not upgrade our flights, and still received hot food and plenty of beverages.

There was no entertainment, and their boarding process was a little confusing.
