Awful small sit, doesn't recline. They lost my bag!
My baggage was lost and there was no Iberia customer service desk at Heathrow. I can't imagine how I'm going to get my luggage given that no one was available to help any of us (there were many) whose bags simply did not show up, and this was after two hours of waiting.

Air Europa is out of my dictionary, erased from my language. I had never felt the worst that a passenger can go through like the experience with this Airline and especially with the agency we bought from, which is worse than them, I'm talking about KAYAK. Our flight was canceled without notice for August 8th, we began the nightmare of starting to try to refit on another flight to return home from July 23rd when we found out and no one could help us for thirteen days calling every day. Kayak blamed Air Europa and vice versa. Finally we were stranded thanks to Kayak and Air Europa from August 8 to August 13 because we had to buy other tickets to our destination incurring an expense of $5,000 USD since their options were never given and they kept moving the dates for the 18 of August. Incredible, disastrous, disrespectful to one as a passenger, disorganized, insensitive, nothing professional and I could continue writing negative words there. They did not give us help for hotel expenses ($1,000 USD), or for meals, or transportation. Everything came out of our pocket and money without any approach from them (Kayak and Air Europa). If we had waited for an option from them when they wanted, we would have stayed living in Madrid. Not even if they give me a ticket with all payment I will travel on this airline again. Think about it before choosing them so that they do not harm your vacation or work trip. My recommendation for them is negative 100%

I booked through chat deal, and after I booked, I read some bad reviews.....I found that was not the case.....I had to change my ticket before the flight and customer service took care of the change with one phone call and even got me a refund, even though I did not buy travel insurance. The planes were on time an surprisingly comfortable. I just had a great experience throughout the whole process. I'll definitely use them again.

The transfer from terminal 4 to terminal 1 was horrible at jfk taking buses and walking outside of the terminal and the TSA was horrible and slow

Royal jordanian Website says check in closed 45 minutes before departure. In reality, it close 60 minutes before. Due to another flight delay, we arrived 50 minutes before. We didn't get our flight and had to but other very expensive tickets for the same flight the next day. Very disappointing.

The crew was very unimpressed It looks like they don’t care. It’s looks like they don’t even care from our situation. Very poor flight will never book again with ITA.
The entertainment didn’t work we order food gluten-free and kosher and they promised me they will have it and we pay for it and still on the flight. We didn’t get what we paid for. The plane was shaking the whole flight.
I would highly recommend to anyone to fly this airlines. I would fly with them again, the flight and crew were amazing, the only thing that wasn't so good was the food but no big deal. I'd still fly with them again for another long flight. I had lots of room with the seat as well.

The ticket counter did not even open until 8:30 AM. They could not find our reservation even though we had a confirmation number. After about 20 minutes they finally found our reservation. They would not let my daughter and son-in-law book a seat online because they had an infant. So they had to get seats at the ticket counter which by this time there was not any decent seats left.
We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.

A few things, the boarding process was very bumpy and complicated with an interview and things that seems out of order. Once in the plane I think the entertainment was very poor. They advertise wifi, and tv programs as well phone signal and none of it worked properly. There was also no way to charge the phone or electronic devise while in the flight.
The seats are old and very uncomfortable and it felt dirty. The crew where very unhelpful and unwilling. They ran out of vegetarian meals and just didn’t care about it. It was just an awful experience.

Cons: "Plane was full of young party goers on their way to some vacation spot in Croatia. They partied on the flight, drinking, listening to loud music, standing in the aisle the entire flight, being obnoxious, loud and disrespectful to other passengers. Crew did nothing to stop this behavior."
Pros: "Cheap and fast flight."
Cons: "No check in luggage is included and they don't tell you that when you're ordering tickets for a connecting flight. If you don't order check in luggage when purchasing the tickets they will charge you double the rate at the counter. Ripoff!"

Pros: "Loved the cheap fare - went off pretty much as expected - big crowds at security in Bristol, paid for express - it seems every little extra is charged for - paid £15 each for an extra legroom seat which also gave us priority boarding and an extra bag, although it wasn't clear if they were being strict about hand luggage or not."

Had to keep our down coats on but then when the door closed and it warmed up we weren't allowed to take it off because it was an emergency exit row and now clutter! So we got a little overheated until at altitude - weird. The coffee was £2.50 for instant! weird."
Pros: "They forced me and the other 2 last passengers to board to check their carry on bags saying he plane was full. When we walked on the plane it was half empty and half the overhead storage was empty."

As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare"

Fortunately, we found our baggage but had to improvise for the wedding. Airport lost and found said that happens all the time with Vuelling and a baggage claim stub should just be discarded as worthless."

Cons: "Flight departed three hours late, apparently due to bad weather earlier in the day. No information available at the airport. Kayak told me the delayed departure time long before the airport display or information counter personnel. Long boarding - had to be bussed out on the tarmac and waited again to board inside cramped bus. At Rome, luggage took one hour to arrive on the very crowded belt. Terrible treatment."

The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."

Cons: "We had to pay extra to check-In our luggage only for Vueling airlines to lose my friends luggage. They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."
Cons: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."
