Cheap flight, polite assistants. Had no problems with them although we were very aware of the luggage restrictions. They were fast and helpful.

Small stiff seats that don't recline, no entertainment and food or drinks only for purchase. But for the price of the ticket you cannot ask for more...

Ya en el avión, el piloto nos notificó que había problemas en el aeropuerto de Amsterdam y que podía tomarnos hasta 4 horas que nos dieran permiso para aterrizar; sin embargo, el piloto y el staff hicieron todo en sus manos para hacer nuestra espera más ligera y llevadera, ya que debíamos estar preparados para el despegue y la espera debía hacerse en el avión.

Easy jet, como aerolinea, tiene políticas muy peculiares con el equipaje. Hay que tener cuidado con eso. Al ser una aerolínea de bajo costo, no debes esperar grandes comodidades en el avión, mucho menos un snack.

It was not clear how the different systems worked for carry on baggage, etc. Boarding is awful as you do not know your gate until the last minute, so if you have questions about your flight you don't know where to go to ask, and then everyone crowds into a queue prior to boarding because they've just leaned where to go, shoving people out of the way. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for everything, so a reasonable fare is really not a good fare at all at the end of the day. I would absolutely NOT recommend this airline to anyone who is from out of country or doesn't travel 20+ times a year as they would not be able to navigate this airline's manipulations to extort extra money out of people.

Difficult to say, probably just returning home

1. After 4 hours in line in front of the boarding desk (I was between the first 10 people in line) due to a flight delay, when they began boarding they decide to start from the 15-31 rows. As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare

The aircraft was run down, checking in was ultra-slow, and they didn't even put our airplane on a jetway. They bussed us out onto the tarmac instead. They didn't even offer water or coffee on a 2-hour flight included in the ticket - it cost extra.

They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!

Shame !!!!

A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!

My flight was cancelled without me being informed. I was only told after waiting for almost an hour at the airport . To get a next flight option of a refund, I had to wait for another hour. Of course no other flight possible until 2 days later(the day I was supposed to come back) ,so I asked for a refund, and I was that I would have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my money back.

Left late (and therefore arrived late) due to starting the boarding process late and slow boarding. I wouldn't go so far as to say the attendants were rude, but they were not friendly, either. Could not check in online ahead of time due to flying with a US passport (which was not a problem with, for example, British Airways, flying from London to Rome).

My luggage was taken from me and put in inside of the plane. Your staff told me that I can collect it in Rome coming out of the plane. Instead I had to go outside and collect it despite I had connecting flight which I've missed because of this!!!

I liked the price.

The flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, the boarding process is a cattle call worst than Southwest Airlines and upon requesting a food item and a drink, I was told the sandwich wasn't available only to see two of them on the other cart, and they had the nerve to offer me a warm €10 mini bottle of prosecco. And lastly, the crew was either aloof or extremely new. I've flown Vueling three times in my life. This was the worst. I guess you get what you pay for.

In-Flight staff was pleasant...

When I go to check in hours early they tell me the flight is full and now I have to pay 117$ to check my bag and my wife’s bag. On top of that the woman sitting in the isle next to us shows up onboard with a bag and the flight crew offers to store her bag for no additional charge... language made it impossible to debate so I bit my tongue.

There was nothing to like about this airline

Staff was rude. No food was provided. Charging extra money for no reason. It’s all about money money money with shitty service.

Left late (and therefore arrived late) due to starting the boarding process late and slow boarding. I wouldn't go so far as to say the attendants were rude, but they were not friendly, either. Could not check in online ahead of time due to flying with a US passport (which was not a problem with, for example, British Airways, flying from London to Rome).

Difficult to say, probably just returning home

1. After 4 hours in line in front of the boarding desk (I was between the first 10 people in line) due to a flight delay, when they began boarding they decide to start from the 15-31 rows. As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare

They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!

First of all they charge you plenty for checked bags. They want you to pay on line. I tried and could not get it done. Not sure why it was just in a loop. So I paid close to 50 euros a bag at the airport. Highway Robbery in my opinion. They also charge 3 euros for a cup of coffee.

Shame !!!!

A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!

Nothing

My flight was cancelled without me being informed. I was only told after waiting for almost an hour at the airport . To get a next flight option of a refund, I had to wait for another hour. Of course no other flight possible until 2 days later(the day I was supposed to come back) ,so I asked for a refund, and I was that I would have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my money back.

Nothing.

The aircraft was run down, checking in was ultra-slow, and they didn't even put our airplane on a jetway. They bussed us out onto the tarmac instead. They didn't even offer water or coffee on a 2-hour flight included in the ticket - it cost extra.

I liked the price.

The flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, the boarding process is a cattle call worst than Southwest Airlines and upon requesting a food item and a drink, I was told the sandwich wasn't available only to see two of them on the other cart, and they had the nerve to offer me a warm €10 mini bottle of prosecco. And lastly, the crew was either aloof or extremely new. I've flown Vueling three times in my life. This was the worst. I guess you get what you pay for.

My luggage was taken from me and put in inside of the plane. Your staff told me that I can collect it in Rome coming out of the plane. Instead I had to go outside and collect it despite I had connecting flight which I've missed because of this!!!

In-Flight staff was pleasant...

When I go to check in hours early they tell me the flight is full and now I have to pay 117$ to check my bag and my wife’s bag. On top of that the woman sitting in the isle next to us shows up onboard with a bag and the flight crew offers to store her bag for no additional charge... language made it impossible to debate so I bit my tongue.

El abordaje fue rápido y sin problemas. Ya en el avión, el piloto nos notificó que había problemas en el aeropuerto de Amsterdam y que podía tomarnos hasta 4 horas que nos dieran permiso para aterrizar; sin embargo, el piloto y el staff hicieron todo en sus manos para hacer nuestra espera más ligera y llevadera, ya que debíamos estar preparados para el despegue y la espera debía hacerse en el avión.

Easy jet, como aerolinea, tiene políticas muy peculiares con el equipaje. Hay que tener cuidado con eso. Al ser una aerolínea de bajo costo, no debes esperar grandes comodidades en el avión, mucho menos un snack.

It was not clear how the different systems worked for carry on baggage, etc. Boarding is awful as you do not know your gate until the last minute, so if you have questions about your flight you don't know where to go to ask, and then everyone crowds into a queue prior to boarding because they've just leaned where to go, shoving people out of the way. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for everything, so a reasonable fare is really not a good fare at all at the end of the day. I would absolutely NOT recommend this airline to anyone who is from out of country or doesn't travel 20+ times a year as they would not be able to navigate this airline's manipulations to extort extra money out of people.

Ryanair, easyjet et al are the big fish in this pond, but the two times I've flown with vueling has been better than all my experiences with the others. Nice to see an airline whose staff looks like it actualy cares about customer service. Thanks a lot!
