My window seat did not have a window. I chose seat 11A thinking I would have a view. I had a wall instead.
Once we were in the air, the flight was nice and smooth. The flight was about twenty minutes late to begin with, though, and then we needed to wait to land for another plane to land first.
I paid $129 to be upgraded to better seat only ti be completely ignored by flight attendants I think because I used the front restroom ???? I was dozing off and on but I was never once offered a beverage or snack but my seat mates were served numerous double vodkas. I want my money back. I tried to call Alaska Airlines complaints phone number and was told it was 2.5 hours to hold.
The tray wasn’t cleaned, it had crumbs from the last flight Other than that it was very comfortable by
Kayak wouldn’t refund me for a flight I was trying to cancel through Kayak. Alaska airlines said I had to cancel through Kayak. I called the customer service line and they couldn’t refund the flight that I booked through Kayak either. You stole my money. You will be hearing from my lawyer.
Service was great! 👍 Seats were small and absolutely not enough leg and feet room!!!
Flight was delayed several times then eventually cancelled which caused issues with our hotel, car rental and tickets to planned event. We also spent unplanned expense with Lyft to and from the airport which was frustrating. Customer care was not present during whole time at the airport.
Despite the delays with boarding and flying out of Seattle, the flight crew was amazing!! This was my second experience flying with Alaska, and given the chance in the future, I would fly with them again.
At first, I was given my neighbor's meal but didn't realize I was eating his food until I had already taken a bite out of his cheese. My own meal was ok (and my neighbor was good natured about the mistake).

Booked through Kayak Business, had a seat in middle and towards back due to booking rate, not comfortable.
Was great in general, try to respect time and excuses when slight changes have been made, appreciated!

They told us yesterday APR21st that they were cleaning the plane and we got delayed. After that they said they didn't had any crew for the flight so they cancelled the flight till next day.
The crew was great. Very friendly and responsive. The plane was old, small and tight. We ran out of overhead space and I had to check. Middle seat was particularly tight.
The flight crew on this leg of my trip was very friendly and pleasant. Every one of them was humorous, as well as helpful and accommodating. This group was BY FAR the best crew I’ve flown with. They deserve kudos.
