Pros: "We were flying international and bags were checked through to our final destination AND AA did not charge us for our checked bags because it was booked as part of an international ticket. (which I didn't learn before flying so it was a pleasant surprise, most airlines want to charge you for the domestic leg of your flight)! They allowed us to board early and were very accommodating for our family of 7. I finally figured out the in air entertainment on our devises, which didn't seem to work on our previous flight. Snacks were minimal."

Pros: "I love how prompt, if not always early, your boarding and flights were/are. While you're crew on all the flights weren't effusively warm they were all polite and cordial enough. Over all I would very much like to fly Alaska Air again, partially because it would mean I'd get to see my newfound boyfriend in Alaska again as well. Thanks for everything, and keep up the great work!"

Cons: "For such a long flight at night we weren't offered a pillow to use or blanket and the seats are so small and cramped it was hard to get comfortable.one snack was offered the whole flight and the prices were too expensive to order."

I'm not a big person but the guy beside me was and spilled over into my space. Uncomfortable! Upgraded to first class for the next leg of my trip."

I sat at a window seat watching baggage handlers look at my bags with the fragile stickers all over both of them, then purposely flip them upside down and slam them on the conveyor to plane. Once I got to midland and opened my bags my boxes of Business supplies were damaged to the point that they have to be thrown away. If I could have insured my bags I would be suing Alaska airlines for the replacement of my damaged items, and the firing of the handlers that did the damage, including the loss of of money that I couldn't make because I couldn't do my job. 2. I informed stewardess that I was recovering from a dislocated shoulder and asked for a pillow or something that I could rest my arm on, that never happened and I had to sit for hours on the fight in discomfort and pain all the way. Thanks for making my flight a comfortable one. 3. I wasn't allowed to purchase anything on any flight with the cash in my pocket, including Wi-Fi / entertainment. Because I didn't have a credit card. This is a foul idea your company has. My cash should have been efficient enough. It is legal tender anywhere in the world but your airplanes. In my opinion I feel that your airlines suck and owes me the amount of 135.00 for the replacement of the items damaged, plus the amount of the tickets I paid for because I didn't receive the services in which should have been courteously given by your company. And apologies for that crappy treatment of me and my property. Just because I'm not one of your gold members or a credit card holder or first classed passenger shouldn't give your employees the right to treat anyone this way. I flew all the way from Alaska to midland to do a job and couldn't do it on time because of this treatment and damage. What would you do if this happened to you? Would you feel satisfied with how your company handles its PAYING CUSTOMERS???"

When we got to the gate (the original one we had on our ticket), there were few people at the gate and we asked the desk agent if we were in the right place. He told us we were so we waited. We were concerned and when we went to ask the agent again to confirm, he has left the desk. The new gate was only just next door. luckily we made it, but it would have been nice to have received a text message or email that the gate had changed."

Pros: "Gate personal kept us notified about flight delay. Flight crew was very positive on plane and they were as miserable about the delay as we were. Snacks and drinks were brought out. The gate crew keeping us updated is what saved the name of Delta. If she didnt do that people would have been angry."
Cons: "Flight was supposed to depart at 0730. Actual departure was 1045. Three out of seven of the flight crew were not happy about how badly they were being treated by call center and /or management while they were delayed with us at gate. Snacks were brought out because of delay but they were just junk food. Nothing I could eat due to allergies."

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."
