Staff inside Portland terminal were rude, made us fell rushed and not at all accommodating to seniors. For this alone I will probably never booked from them again.

My experience would’ve been great because we were on a new plane, but they said as we boarded that the plane would be too new to have WiFi, which to me is unreasonable - newer planes should def have WiFi! It was a 5 hour flight from Anchorage to San Fran and because there was no WiFi, I had to take an unexpected half day off work, which was super annoying because I had a lot to do and we only found out a few minutes before takeoff.

Loved the staff ease of flying snacks and free movies and WiFi

Flight was very warm. It felt like there was no working AC.

Delayed. It's not our first flight with them either, it's actually our 3rd and all 3 were delayed by hours each time. It was a myriad of delays. On one flight we boarded after being delayed for a little over an hr, only to be told we were going to sit in the plane for another hour before departing. Once landed, we waited another 40ish min to get to our gate. On another flight, flight was delayed just under 3 hrs but atleast we got to wait it out at the airport terminal. Its just a bad experience overall flying with Alaska Airlines.

Boarding for Alaska Airlines is always chaotic with many people crowding the gates. Arriving in on Alaska in Los Angeles is always interesting since there is never a gate available. So the planes are often parked all the way out on the west side of the airport while waiting for the gate to be cleared of the departing plane. This flight was no exception.

There should be a rating option of "n/a" for entertainment as there were no in-flight audio or video options for our particular flight. We want to give special praise to Flight Attendant Christine, who made our trip home very special with her extra attention to our comfort and enjoyment. Christine, you ROCK. You were an angel in our skies!

I was upgraded to first class which made the whole experience absolutely wonderful!!

Most everything was as expected, but the flight attending crew were loud and obnoxious.
