Good flight, loved the snacks (Biscoff cookies). For boarding, they forgot to change the sign showing our group was boarding. Apparently, they had announced it, but the announcements overlapped with another gate announcements and no one could actually hear what they were saying. So a group of us were waiting....and finally asked and were told we could board.
overall no call for accessible while boarding. The crew member was little rude not bothering about the condition. Seat assigned was very uncomfortable.
Check in & bag drop was straightforward. Alaskair changed the gate approx 40 min before departure, and I only became aware due to Google wallet update to my boarding pass. Had to move from gate N1 to C9 which required use of the Train, luckily I had time available.
Flight delayed no communication. The gate was changed so many times.

My experience would’ve been great because we were on a new plane, but they said as we boarded that the plane would be too new to have WiFi, which to me is unreasonable - newer planes should def have WiFi! It was a 5 hour flight from Anchorage to San Fran and because there was no WiFi, I had to take an unexpected half day off work, which was super annoying because I had a lot to do and we only found out a few minutes before takeoff.
Boarding for Alaska Airlines is always chaotic with many people crowding the gates. Arriving in on Alaska in Los Angeles is always interesting since there is never a gate available. So the planes are often parked all the way out on the west side of the airport while waiting for the gate to be cleared of the departing plane. This flight was no exception.
There should be a rating option of "n/a" for entertainment as there were no in-flight audio or video options for our particular flight. We want to give special praise to Flight Attendant Christine, who made our trip home very special with her extra attention to our comfort and enjoyment. Christine, you ROCK. You were an angel in our skies!
I was upgraded to first class which made the whole experience absolutely wonderful!!
Most everything was as expected, but the flight attending crew were loud and obnoxious.
We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
The cabin temperature was nice and cool. The wifi was not working.
The customer service before board was very rude and when I expressed my concerns about making the connecting flight she laughed and told me I bought the wrong ticket. I explained once it showed the flight was delayed it no longer let me change seats or anything. I was trying to upgrade to make sure I would get to the next gate on time.
No one fussed at me about my pap machine as a 3rd pice on the plane. Boarding was pleasant and smooth. The boarding agent in Anchorage was a fun character- he could be in a movie. :~) The on-board crew were downright pleasant. No militant attitudes on Delta. Like all planes these days the seats are too narrow for standard Americans and at 5’2” there is barely enough leg room. I don’t know how tall people fold themselves into the seats. But that’s nothing specific to Delta
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The boarding was great. With all the delays I was grateful to get on the plane and headed for home. There was no in flight entertainment. Seats were very uncomfortable! Unfortunately we were seated next to an exit row so there was no recline in our seat. Other than that it was a smooth ride.
It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there
Had to change aircraft due to a faulty door. Surprisingly it only caused about an hour and a half of delay. Delta handled this situation as well as can be expected.
Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.
Comfort+ on delta was excellent room for a 6’4” male. No one issues. Staff was great. Flight was bumpy but the pilot did everything he could to make it comfortable. Internet went out half way through the flight. I am glad I didn’t pay for it. But that was a huge issue for users.
