Non-stop commercials were frustrating when trying to view direct TV
Great. I was in mint class. Security was spectacular. A lot of room on the flight! And the WiFi worked this time- it didn’t work the last time and I am on a business trip so that was a problem.
Paid relatively a lot of money for a not comfortable seat. I would not take this service again until seating is improved. Food also not up to standard for price paid.

I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. Cabin crew were good Food could be a lot better
It was a short flight so there were no entertainments nor super comfortable which is OKAY, just the review system doesnt allow for N/A which is why okay was put, but overall good! No delays and nice crew
AA was fine....the overall experience was subpar, but not due to the airline due to broader issues

Not good always. Even our trip to japan was disaster with the American airlines delays and cancellatios. Now unfortunately we needed to book again with them last min. Was okay but as usual not comfortable seating.

Horrible! We departed out of terminal 5, not only was the sign for flights and gate information were so badly organized that it took 2 minutes for all of the flight info load for the correct airline. One would think BA would have new and well managed jet ways, but no you had to take a bus to the plane. It took for every and detailed departure by 40 mins. I’ve had better class of service from Indian Airlines. BA needs to work on upscaling to meet the Industry norms. I can see regional airlines using this loading method but not on an international flight.

Service was excellent with the staff they all did an fantastic job well done 👏. But the entertainment with the wifi service was very bad couldn't login to read or watch a movie. An also I couldn't get any rest because there was some ppl making noise talking along with kids was misbehaving. Also I prefer person u there head phone while using there devices . But it was a very smooth flight. Thanks you all 😀😀
The flight crew was really wonderful, incredibly helpful as well as patient. I was able to watch entertainment on my phone but didn't have access to my headphones and I didn't want to bother the flight attendants. The food wasn't an issue for me because I am a vegan and brought my own food on board. The flight left on time and arrived ahead of schedule. It was overall a good flight.
