Cons: "The seats were awful and uncomfortable. Payed 100 dollars extra for even more leg room and barely had any. Such an old plane for such a long flight. The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

The entertainment was ok. Overall I had a great time flying with Caribbean Airline and I will surely fly with Caribbean Airline again."
Cons: "I did not like the check in process the guy at the counter was not very courteous. He was telling me about my name which I used all the time for traveling all over the world. He also let me open my computer to show him my return ticket and then he was telling me to give him ticket number when there was no ticket number on the itinerary. I did not like the vegetarian sandwich the bread was too hard and dry and the vegetables was mediocre."

Cons: "I was saving my food for later. It was on the tray table. It was removed when I was sleeping. I woke up just in time to asked her before the attendant moved. She reported that she would get me a fresh one. I supposed she had already mixed it with the trash why she promised a fresh one. She never kept her promise. I mentioned it when I was coming off and was told that I was going to get cheese and crackers but what was supposed to happen did not matter that she told me that because it did not happen. I put the cup on the other tray table because it wad trash. The sandwich was close to me. Other than my gripe over my food taken away, I have no complaints. My expectation was exceeded."
Cons: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

Either they should have left both and let me deal with it OR send me on a flight."

Slow on boarding and, flight was fine and then 20 minute delay getting off, they didn’t have a ramp available.unbelievable. Lost my ride from the airport last night so now have to take a cab from jfk to Staten Island. Another expense. Not happy.
There was a 1 hour delay on the return flight but it was caused by ATC restrictions in Montreal. One of 2 runways was under repair.
Nothing to complain about short flight. I am glad that it was on time. But it took about 45 minutes to get the checked luggage at YYZ.
