Pros: "The boarding process was good. Departed on time and arrived on time."
Cons: "No social distancing of passengers on the plane yet there are empty rows of seats."

We ended up at the gate for the final leg of my flight and the door closed 30 seconds prior. Very poor internal communications and lack of customer care."

When I asked if they could do something (hold the plane etc) since I had a connection they said, “Sir everyone has a connecting flight!” Like I was asking them to move mountains. Point is, United doesn’t care about their costumers. I see them going out of business soon. They have terrible costumer service. I missed the holidays with my family and had to buy a new plane ticket on a different airline because they could not reschedule me on time!"

Peanuts and water/coffee grudgingly served, but lots of enthusiasm for opening a United Credit Card. I will pay more for a different airline next time - just for normal sized seats."

Pros: "My wife and I arrived at airport in Tampa and tried to check our bags in and United ticket counter wasn't working properly. It was malfunctioning. A United agent helped my wife and I very professionally and got everything back to working like it was supposed to."

Cons: "If flying within the States we used United Airlines; a partner of Air Canada. The flight itinerary changed numerous times before our departure, including two days before we left. The change added an additional layover, and put us at our destination nearly 6 hours later than out original booking. This meant we lost a decent portion of the first day of our honeymoon. However, we were forced to stay an extra day when our return flight was cancelled. After spending 8 hours in the airport we were informed that our Monday flight was cancelled, and the next available flight would not be until Wednesday! United Airlines let us down on the way to our destination and on our trip home. Air Canada was great, but I dread having to use their partner United Airlines."

Cons: "There is no way to turn off the screens on the seat backs, so they continue flashing the same thing over and over. I counted 690 times between Houston and Vancouver."

Cons: "If you aren't going to turn on the air AT ALL for a 4.5 hour flight, at least don't lie to us and patronize us. After the SIXTH person asks you for air, don't continue to say, "Oh, are you really hot?" YES we were hot!! We were packed in like cattle with no air!!"

Cons: "I chose to fly UA back from a trip to Fort Worth because your price was cheaper than the airline I normally use. Boy do I know why! You have the rudest staff I have ever encountered. My day started out at 6:30am with one of your staff members rudely telling me I had to check my bag, which met all of the dimension requirements you put in place, because two notches on the back side of the carry on did not allow it to completely slide into the display. This women waited until you were halfway through the security line to call you back and make you measure the suitcase. So then you had to walk back through a long line and find yourself even FURTHER back in the line to get through security. She was so unprofessional- not compassionate, unpleasant attitude, and was all about making sure as many people as possible had to pay the extra $25 for a checked bag. The person I flew with is a military wife and you would not honor the free checked bag because her husband was not on the trip and this policy was not included anywhere on her flight documents. Again, the "customer service" reps were rude to her about this and she had to pay the $25 to check her bag. You do not believe in offering quality customer service or ensuring that we have a pleasant experience, you want our money and look to us as an opportunity to make a dollar. Never again!!!"
