Cons: I tried to cancel this trip but was told I would have to pay more in order to receive a refund. Very disappointed customer as I have traveled with Allegiant many times and the one time I try to cancel my flight, I’m told I have to pay a fee which was more expensive than the actual price of the ticket. Waste of money.

Cons: The boarding process. And how the flight attendants speak to the customers; I found a bit abrasive and insensitive for no real reason.

Pros: Punta Gorda was not over-busy. So the hassle level of the pre--flight experience was way down from the norm nowadays. The flight was on time, and only mostly full, not crowded.

Cons: Not even water free infliight is a tad chintzy. Allegiant is not responsible for this, but the seat belt sign was on most of the time. I counld wish for better weather enroute. On arrival at ALB there was not video display announcing the belt numbers fror different arriving flights. One had to just drift from belt to belt

Cons: Roomy aisles and seats, on time boarding and flight. Great job!

Pros: Everything from hospitality to the ease of the flight. Captain communicated to put all at ease during this time in which this pandemic has gotten many fearful of flying. Great landing as well.

Pros: The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful.

Cons: My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best.

Pros: We normally get nothing better than a 717 on ATL-OKC, but the 737-800 was an incredible aircraft that made everything better owning to COVID 19 factors.
