Pros: - relatively new plane, but honestly that's it...

Cons: It was a 4+ hours trip and here is what they don't offer: - no entertainment system and no wifi - all drinks for purchase (even water) - seat very tight and uncomfortable (plus, if you want to select your seat you need to pay) - cannot recline seat Here is their offer: high prices.

Pros: The fare was OK

Cons: British Airways was once again late and they lost my luggage -- on a short, direct, one-hour flight, where I checked in 2 hours early. Unbelievable. They have gone from one of the best to one of the worst. No amenities, surly crew, and terrible performance. Never again.

Cons: The crew/attendants were very efficient and listens to the passengers. They went the extra mile to accommodate.

Pros: The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.

Cons: I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.

Cons: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....

Pros: Seats super comfy. Ended up with 3 seats to myself that formed a bed for the lap Uk to NZ. Very nice!

Pros: Reasonable space in economy class seats

Cons: Staff hurrying us up 40 minutes before departing and threatening to take our bags out of the plane in case we didn’t board then. I had to leave my coffee and run.

Pros: The seats were wide tall and comfortable, there was enough room for the legs as well.

Cons: A little glass of juice would have been nice from the airline.

Cons: I called United to make sure there was a children’s meal for my 3 year old. There was not.

Pros: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.

Cons: American Airlines consistently proves that customer service is not a priority. Their servicemen/servicewoman make no effort to show customer care at any point whenever a customer is experiencing difficulty with ticketing or boarding. They are routinely late and appear extremely amateur

Cons: British Airways but the flights were operated by American Airlines who I've always had terrible experiences with. This was no different. TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Pros: Crew was nice & didn’t wake me (but once or twice squished by me in the aisle without saying “excuse me,” which I found a bit weird). Food was good. Not too many announcements or interruptions.

Cons: I would prefer more vegetarian options for meals (one of them had only one [chicken] option, & I don’t think it was because they had run out of vegetarian food).

Cons: Ticketing staffs should and can be more co considerate. Average rating at best, and sometimes very rude.

Pros: The flight was empty-ish in the back of the plane, & I was allowed to lie down across 4 seats. I liked that they allowed boarding from the back of the plane (along w/ front). I also liked that most of the food was vegetarian (& the crew pointed out what to avoid). I always forget to special order.

Cons: The boarding announcements were not audible where I was sitting in the airport, so that should be better.

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Cons: The boarding process seemed disorganized, and the plane took off late due to waiting for late passengers.

Cons: vegetarian dish was very poor. main dish was ok but quite small, the light dish (breakfast?) was just a piece of bread, might as well not serve anything. Entertainment was very poor, limited selection of movies and very silly tv shows.

Cons: I had asked for a Muslim.mealor a vegetarian but there wasn't anything so I had only cheese and fruits which was a disappointment

Cons: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.

Cons: Don’t sit on the isles seat. I kept getting bumped by the staff with no apology. One male flight attendant kept bumping my arm just about every time he passed by. Made no attempt to avoid my arm or shoulder. I got pretty pissed by the third bump.

Pros: The flight itself was good however, the cancellation/rebooking process by the airline carrier was less than satisfactory.

Cons: The airline carrier was not very accessible. I was on hold for a long period of time (during late night hours) for questions.

Cons: We had a very uncomfortable flight. A passenger right behind us was screaming all through the flight. We need to be refunded part of the ticket cos it was horrible.

Cons: Flight was cancelled because the operational issues. No information or help given. Their airport procedures and practices make it extraordinarily challenging and stressful for passengers. We’ll never fly with them again.

Cons: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.

Pros: Seat was uncomfortable. There was nothing to like. In past I have traveled by KLM but this time it was worst.

Cons: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.

Cons: Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade.
