Cons: Flight was delayed almost 3 hrs. Ran out of food right before my row. I upgraded my seat but feel I got the short end of the stick.

Pros: Boarded as soon as I arrived at the gate. Left and arrived on time. Happy, pleasant staff. Everything as expected or better.

Cons: Boarding seems to always take longer than necessary. Why not board passengers in the back of the plane after special status boards?

Pros: Nothing. American is consistently terrible.

Cons: Flight pushed back on time, but then we sat on the tarmac for well over an hour. I'm sure they did that to fudge their on-time record. Totally lame.

Cons: The crew, could have paid attention to their guest. It was terrible, this flight reminds me how much I enjoy flying Southwest, instead of American Airlines. The only reason that I flew this airline, was because It was free with Points

Cons: I'm a frequent flyer with AA; it's very dissapointing that I have missed my connections with AA about 60% of the time this year. I don't know what's going on with the airline, but it seems they are falling behind the curve in terms of punctuality. Seriously thinking about changing airlines.

Cons: Oversold on the way out. Didnt affect me. It could have.

Pros: Flight was a little delayed, but not terribly so. Crew was friendly, airplane looked clean and fresh.

Cons: Entertainment on the plane (American Airlines Airbus A321) didn’t exist, unless you had the AA app and purchased the WiFi plan from the airline. Only food offered was a breakfast cookie for economy passengers.

Pros: Crew was fantastic but seats lack padding which agrivated my tailbone.

Cons: A second beverage service would have nice.

Cons: 50 minute wait for a gate to deplane. How could there not be a gate at 10:30 pm? It’s not like our arrival was a surprise!?

Cons: Actually getting the flight I paid for. Or at least getting a one way flight, like I should've had. Arrived at my destination 4 hours late.

Pros: We were allowed to board early with my father, who is disabled.

Cons: Denver airport was a nightmare with my disabled father. We were given a “wheelchair” but no escort through a nightmarish security scene. Airport is terribly designed, lacking clear signage and navigation. TSA was a disaster and no one seemed remotely concerned about my father’s comfort or needs.

Cons: Honestly? Not much could have been worse. Long delays, rude employees, lost bag with no help at all a day later. Say on tarmac for 2 hours with no AC. A piece of the plane fell off onto me the flight attendant did zero I’ve also had some shining star experiences but this flight wasn’t one of them.

Pros: The flight was safe and efficient.

Cons: The seats on the 787 Dreamliner proved to be uncomfortable AGAIN this trip. 2 years ago we flew the 787 overnight and the seats were the same. Hard cushions, tight seat pitch, and little room to move about.

Cons: Between mechanical, weather, lightning, fueling/routing delays; I have been pushed back at least 4 hours from my original arrival time at my final destination.

Pros: The crew was polite and pleasant unlike the crew from KC to Boston.

Cons: Telling us to check bags before we get to our seat and find out there is no more room.

Cons: Plane was cramped and in disrepair: broken seat arm and headrest, very limited recline. It was a 767 and felt more uncomfortable than a 30 seat regional jet. Very dated entertainment system with limited media options. Exceedingly long delay (1 hour) which the pilot attributed to the ground crew.

Cons: Not gotten cancelled on August 18 and delayed for 24 hours with no compensation for hotel we had to get. Then would be nice to not get delayed 4 times on today’s flight arriving home at 2 in the morning on a day we HAVE to go to work because we already are in trouble for missing previous day.

Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.
