Cons: The flight arrived 20 minutes early (win), but we then proceeded to have to wait about 15 minutes to pull into the gate because the previous plane handing left yet.

Cons: It’s the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever ridden. 3.5 hours on Deontier is worse than 12 hours to Europe. NEVER AGAIN.

Cons: No signage for frontier airlines at o'hare airport. Not found in the departure flight schedule for phoenix either. Even at the gate there was no sign for our flight, only shown while we are boarding was the next flight to Colorado. There was a lot of confusion.

Pros: The flight attendants were unfriendly and not very attentive. Although one person did get sick and caused the crew to be shorthanded that’s no excuse to not smile and be friendly. I wanted to throw away some beverage cups and no flight attendant came through for almost an hour. The food sucked.

Cons: Much better food, even though we were economy class the food could have been better. Also, I was told and researched that there would be an AC outlet at my seat and all there was is a USB port. I rented a portable CPAP machine and couldn’t use it. Cost me $120.

Cons: I quickly realized that it was a mistake to only pay $8 additional for my cramped seating. I felt like I was on public transportation with absolutely no legroom. They have designed the new plastic seats to be as thin as possible with a tiny 6" flap -not even a tray that can hold a drink. Ridiculous!

Pros: The food choices were broad enough for anyone. They came by with water periodically. The movies offered had a good range. The pillow was a surprisingly good size.

Pros: Because we took a bus to the plane boarding was fast - no boarding groups just whomever got off the bus first (me) got on first (me). I love the small planes with one seat on the left and 2 seats on the right. It's great when you don't know if you want aisle or window, you can get both in one.

Cons: Newark Airport is the worst, and that is not United's fault. However, I'm new to the experience of 'boarding' onto a bus that then takes us to load onto the plane from the Tarmac. Small plane - no frills like wifi, magazines but still a 2+ hour flight.

Cons: My seat was broken and didn’t recline. I booked first class bc of a bad back, so I count on that. Salad was wilted and gross. Plane didn’t have plug ins for phone! Entertainment system didn’t work well- movie kept buffering. Sky texting wouldn’t work either.
