Went we arrive to San Francisco airport they delay fly for 3 hrs I have a hotel in NY to sleep for 5 hrs before I pick up rental car and start to drive to my next trip . I lost my hotel reservation, again only one time they offer drinks and food was not good in airplane ."

Seems they can anticipate these issues in advance a little better and be more efficient in resolving them as this is what they do on a daily basis. Once plane available, no crew was available. What happened to our original crew? Attendants @ the desk would mumble "updates" in the overhead phone which were inaudible, prompting passengers to constantly approach the desk to ask about flight status. The whole process seemed unprofessional."

It turned into a bit of a cattle call and once inside the cabin of the plane there was much more standing around while people stowed their carry-on bags and settled into their seats. Loading from the back to front was done on the other flights and it was much more organized that way."

We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

They had to stop service with only a few rows left to go due to turbulence but rather it just being a delay in service, the flight attendants never came back to check on the customers they hadn’t served even when the seat belt lights turned off. I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!"

Pros: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

Cons: "Again, Kayak should allow at least 2 hours of transfer time when booking flights through LAX. I had to go from one terminal to another AND go through immigration and security. In order to make sure I had enough time to make the connecting flight, I didn't check in my luggage which lead to me having to minimize liquids and pastes in my luggage (no vanilla extract or tequila). Also while making the transfer I felt rushed and stressed out. I might search for tickets using Kayak but I would not buy tickets directly from Kayak if my route involves a transfer at an airport that I am not familiar with."

Cons: "My seat's video monitor didn't work properly, despite crews attempts to reset it. Movie or anything was frozen at the advertisement. Worst part of flight was no ones fault--heavy snow conditions caused 1 1/2 hour back-up for de-icing. Only other complaint I also noticed on my last Delta flight--the volume on the captain's announcements needs to be turned up. Hard to hear much of what he said. His explanation of de-icing, and how it might cause an odor or even haziness in the cabin was very helpful so that I didn't worry when the odor happened. I do like Delta very much."

American Airlines customer service was extremely poor. They canceled our flights multiple times. Then put us on standby trying to get on flights instead of booking us on a confirmed flight to get us home. So flight after flight we kept our hopes up just to be disappointed and stuck from a connecting flight. We had never been to Dallas so we were sleeping on the floor at the airport waiting to get home.

After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time. Headphone jack had a very poor connection. Plane was dirty."

AA did not successfully change our reservation when the initial leg of our trip was delayed by an hour due to a fuel issue, which caused us to miss your connection in Chicago. Since American partners with Alaskan Airlines, American should have changed my reservations with regards to Alaska Airlines, but they failed to do that. I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays."

It would be really nice to get some answers."

From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all"

Cons: "We used to get more for our money. 20 minutes isn't enough time to use the restroom and find and eat food after hauling from one terminal to another on the light rail. Then we are given a mystery snack mix and a drink, I remember we used to get meal service for flights that long. Boarding was very confusing for people in groups 3, 4, & 5 as we were all grouped in one line. Group 3 was called and 4 & 5 tried to board. A simple PA saying that group 3 should be in line first would help the confusion. The lady performing the boarding call was rude. Saying "I don't care I will just take thier bags and check them, they don't have a choice". That's a great way to start an argument. Then the seat pitch is awful, I'm not the only person flying that is over 6ft tall. My knees were directly impacting the meal tray arms of the seat in front of me the entire flight. Shorter flights weren't bad, but sitting on the ramp waiting for takeoff for at least 30 minutes plus the flight time was pretty painful."

Cons: "Upon approach we were suddenly deverted to Seattle. I had a few issues. Number one you could not hear the pilot so that made it worse. The lack of communication was horrible. I have been on flights when there has been clarity given a change in plans but this was bad. We sat at the gate for an hour and a half, again no real communication, the fligh attendant t hope was joking when he said there was a half a bottle left for the whole plane...much later we were served water. Announcements were made but no clarity. We were told to collect baggage at number 2. Get a voucher for a hotel. After deplann9ng about 25 of us stood in line at the customer service desk where there were two staff working slowly. Then after an hour they announced we were in the wrong place, couldn't that have been explained earlier? Once we made our way out of the terminal to the ticket count the line was all the way down the hall. still with little info we waited. We landed at the alternate airport at 945, at 130am I had my vouchers, the food not useful until the following day, the hotels were full, no one picked up the phone for the shuttle bus to the hotels. I finally elected to sleep at the airport on a bench. We had actually all been reassigned a flight on our same plane. So I am not sure why we had to wait in line all that time. Our bags were not removed from the plane an irritated baggage claim attendant told me. It was a mess. The flight the next morning was fine, short, without problems for me. united needs to work on its communications. It would have been helpful to have someone out side running the line giving out info. And at customer service they should have been paying attention to their line. Would have been helpful."

Cons: "Last minute gate change no notification. Plane was filthy even with 25 minute boarding delay, air coming from the supposed fresh air was full of lubricating oil smell. Seat would not recline as a disabled passenger with ruptured discs in my neck and back, this was more than an inconvenience it was very painful. At 6foot 2 inches tall my legs did not fit between the seats, plenty of foot room not enough space between rows. Miserable is an understatement the pain from the flight will certainly be very real for days after. Never United airlines again I will campaign against anyone flying United airlines!!"

I specifically asked on the phone to be moved to an American Airlines flight later that day, and was told that flight would be cancelled. Drove to the airport because I didn't understand how both the flights were cancelled with perfect weather in the departure and destination cities. The people at the airport moved us to the American flight that I was previously told was cancelled. Would have been much easier to do over the phone, but I was lied to on the phone."

No free WiFi for T-Mobile in flight texting, standing in line while waiting to board after walking all day...the boarding took ages and people kept cutting (first class, disabled?)...it'd be nice if the crew acknowledged why people were taken out of order like "okay, first class you're all set!" Or "thank you for your service" so we knew it wasn't 20 people randomly jumping the line."

There was also an extremely overweight person next to me, I couldn't lean back.I had to ride the entire flight on the edge of the seat stooped over. They should have made the large man buy 2 seats."

Air couldnt be turned on because of no pilots aboard. Crew was short and rude to many of the passengers. very uncomfortable seats not professional"

No beverages available on the flight unless you paid. The entire A concourse of DIA seemed full of angry Frontier passengers. The customer service was packed"

Cons: "Seats were VERY close. Barely any leg room. Children next to me on both flights were disruptive. On first flight child ran up and done aisles with parent behind them. She was noisy the whole flight. This lasted for over 10 minutes and flight attendants didn't do anything. The child on the next flight talked nonstop with traveling family.Probably nothing could have been done by airline but super annoying."

Seats were uncomfortable and close together, and no amenities are included with your flight. I understand you get what you pay for, but I doubt I’ll be flying frontier anytime soon."

I had no luggage to check and the line to security was non existent, but frontier had no one at their check ins and the auto check ins wouldn't print my boarding pass. I would have absolutely made my flight with ease, but no one answered the 800 number and no one around or that could be called could help me print my boarding pass. For 45 minutes I asked anyone and everyone I could for help. Not only did I miss my best friend' father's funeral, but frontier will not contact me back to refund the ticket that I paid for but was not permitted to use. NEVER fly with them, it's worth the extra money to fly with someone half respectable"

Horrible phone customer service. Will never fly Frontier again. Ends up being more expensive."

Cons: "The website didn't seem user friendly to me. I had to call Customer Service to be able to check in. I wasn't able to get my boarding pass on my smartphone very easily. My suitcase was 15 lbs over and I had to pay $75.00 on top of the initial $25.00. There were no complimentary drinks. And the flight was delayed and the personnel didn't know what was going on and wasn't able to inform us. The online seat assignment was confusing to figure out."
Cons: "Frontier rescheduled my entire trip (both departure and return) not just by a couple hours, but to entirely different days! Who does that? When we tried to rebook, we talked to 5 different customer service reps and 4 of them were flat out mean and dismissive from the start. They also tried to sneak in a $50 charge for some "discount" subscription that I never signed up for. Even some of the flight crew had poor customer service issues. From now on, I will be avoiding Frontier like the plague!!"
Cons: "We got there 1 1/2 hours early and barely made it to our gate by the time boarding started. There was a HUGE inexplicable line to check in and drop off bags at the frontier desks. Absurd. That, with our flight out there being 4 hours delayed, having to pay a ton of extra money to choose seats, carry on a bag, etc. I am extremely dissatisfied with frontier and will never fly with them again."

Nobody could help with anything. Nothing offered to compensate customers, without a cost.....No explanation. We will not be using frontier airlines again."

There were delays in the flights without any offer to help calculate when we'd be arriving at our destination nor any attempt to make it right (like with a small token such as a free food/drink item). You guys lost my luggage - the delays in all led to a 3.5 hour delay in me seeing my kids, who were staying up late to see me after I was gone for a week. Being inexpensive is laudable only if you provide equivalent service - my impression after this flight is its inexpensive and I got what I paid for...unless there is some overture to win back my business, I'll not fly Fronteir again and will be suggesting my friends and colleagues not either."

Cons: "My wife's bag was soaked through by a spill on the previous leg under the seat. We sent pics and the airline acklowedged the problem but, failed to remedy the issue. Bag either needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Their final remedy was to refund our carry on fee and a $25 voucher toward future travel. The bag cost $246."

I still have not been reimbursed for expenses incurred for my luggage being two days late!....FYI this was the return flight from denver to PDX"

Cons: "The cost of the carry on luggage was close to the same as the cost of the flight. I do not appreciate that level of surprise extra cost, as it was not highlighted at the time of purchase! When we decided to save $5 per piece of luggage and check our bags, the check in attendant threw our bags onto the conveyor belt haphazardly with little regard for what may have been in them. The seats on the plane did not recline and were very uncomfortable. I am very dissatisfied, and will avoid flying with Frontier Airlines in the future."

They want you to pay for that too. Not only was the service and the comfort level terrible, it was the most unsmooth landing I've ever experienced and I am an avid flyer. Never again will I fly Frontier. Garbage all the way around. Even the attendants were rude."

Cons: "The $20 in extra charges for the most uncomfortable seats ever. I was also never made aware of the extra charges for carry on items. At least be up front about it. Made my round trip ticket almost $100 more in fees."

Pros: "The attendants made sure every one was comfortable before the flight took off, after the doors were close the offered open seats to customers that looked a bit crammed. They were very accommodating. I didn't eat any food, but it smelled amazing. I would definitely suggest Frontier to any one flying I know I will be booking with them again."
Cons: "The chairs weren't the most comfortable, luckily it wasn't a long flight. Is a bit much for checked in baggage. I understand charging for extra luggage but the first checked bag should be complimentary."

Carry-on both ways, when you check in every seat had a charge added.....yet you get nothing but a small, cheap, seat with a mini baby tray table, inability to recline, and no leg room in return. By the time you add on all the charges the flight is the same as any other but far less comfortable."

Cons: "Delay after delay after delay. Took us TWENTY extra hours to get home. Missed work and caused huge inconvenience to family and friends. Terrible airline, terrible experience."
Cons: "There was no explanation about why the flight was cancelled. No offers of hotel or meal vouchers. The best offer made was to go on standby in 2 days. I cancelled, asked for a refund, and re-booked on United. If my refund is $200 Frontier voucher, I will have not use for it, ad I will NEVER fly Frontier again. I am thinking to contact the FAA."
