Cons: "I was late to my first flight from Dallas to LR due to my flight from Spain coming in late. I got off the plane and there was also another connecting flight printed for me. I thought "wow that is amazing sevice! I am def going to brag on them." I should have done it myself... after a 30 hour traveling day.. I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future."

Cons: "I had a connection flight to San Francisco and then from there to Honolulu and the flight from Portland to SF got delayed 5 times to up to 4 hours late so I would've missed my second flight from SF to HNL. They couldn't do anything about it so they put me on the next available flight, the next MORNING. So I had to go spend a night in a hotel which I had to pay for and wait for the next flight in the morning the next day. Next day the flight got delayed yet again this time little over 2 hours. So I would've missed the flight from San Francisco do Honolulu yet again. This time they managed to find a little later flight and put me on that but still had to wait at the airports for over 8 hours. Super mad about how United works... Had problems with my boss as well because I was supposed to work the next day but they rescheduled my flight for that day. Really not a pleasant experience..."

Cons: "Considering you paid for luggage, no complimentary beverage service and attendants whom expected "team" work to clean the plane, this was the worst example of customer service I have experienced. I travel frequently and very disappointed in Frontier's service and comfort. The space between seats were uncomfortable for a couple of half marathoners. Again quite disappointed and will be avoiding Frontier in the future, no matter the perceived savings."

Makes me appreciate Southwest airlines By the time I purchase my seat and paid for One carry-on I was out another $108. Seems like false advertising"
Pros: "Seats were about as thin and hard as plastic lawn chairs - not ideal for a red-eye. Attendants were nice but there was basically nothing offered and when my sister asked for a ginger ale she was told it would be $2.75. Ha!"

Pros: "Regular flights are that, they are not first class. Overall it was pleasant, on time, and safe. A normal American experience."
Cons: "The staff was not helpful or informative. Our flight was delayed and the staff didn't say anything apologize or try make the wait any less stressful. I understand this type of thing happens but it would have nice to at least be greeted with a smile. Unfortunately one bad crew can and will impact our future decisions"

Cons: "Crew was over the top obnoxious with constant announcements and sales pitches for a credit card that probably has a fee associated with each swipe. Seats were terribly uncomfortable and did not recline after having to PAY for a place to sit in addition to the airfare."
Cons: "Boarding. Why can't airlines go back to the old way of boarding from the rear of the airplane first?"
Cons: "I got charged $40.00 for my carry-on bag. A cup of coffee costs $2.99 The size of the tray shrank to 1/3 of the usual size"
Pros: "The flight itself wasn't bad.."
Cons: "Random things came up- we all boarded and were about to push back when they made us all get back off for a bag check done by police. Returning flight- delayed 1.5 hours (10:15am flight out of Portland, OR)"
Cons: "The carry on price isn't included when you buy your ticket so i was hit with 55 dollars in bag fees both way. Not to mention the fact that we were delayed on the runway because the crew just didn't show up to the terminal, but baggage was also late to the terminal by over an hour. Everyone was also promised a flight voucher and i never got one. Beyond upset with this flight."

Cons: "I was surprised that no bags were included and there were no complimentary snacks. I understand that those things are excluded to cut ticket prices, but by the time I paid for bags on both flights, I paid as much as I would have for a larger airline."

Cons: "Swindled at the airport to pay $40 for a carry on, with no heads up during the booking process."
Cons: "The number of add-on costs were unexpected and costly. The comfort level was poor (don't like the design of the airbus; couldn't even reach the light and air controls). Even coffee costs extra money. Overall, the experience was poor and I will not fly Frontier again."
Cons: "It's ridiculous they charge for juice or soda when all other airlines its complimentary. The tray tables are the size of a 5x7 photo and the seats didn't recline. It was very uncomfortable and I don't plan on ever flying with Frontier again!! There was no entertainment so not sure why that question is even there."

Cons: "I fly a lot, as in 185,000 miles in the last 12 mos. I booked my flight last minute because I had one meeting and didn't want to stay the night in Portland. I typically fly United and am very happy with them. When I checked times, United's didn't work but Frontier's outbound and return times allowed me to avoid staying the night. So I took the chance as I figured the liklihood of an issue would be less than the last 4x's I had flown the airline in the last 18 mos. I was wrong. We had a mechanical issue and had to swap planes. The problem is that Frontier only has 8 gates at DIA and any change causes a logistical disaster. After 3 hrs I decided to cancel my flight as I wouldn't make my meeting in Portland. Frontier refunded the outbound leg but REFUSED to refund the return leg as they claimed that leg was unaffected. Their reasoning was that I still could have taken the trip but by the time I arrived in Portland I would have literally have had to fly right back to Denver. Ok, that makes sense. So after 1 hr of haggling on the phone I was only able to get their customer service to issue a credit for the cost of the second leg. I will NEVER fly them again, so the credit is useless to me. Fly anyone else or take the bus, you'll actually be treated decently and get to where you're going."

Cons: "That we had to pay for snacks and soda that most airlines give free. I wasn't expecting that so I just went hungry. I also don't like that we have to pay baggage fees."

Cons: "They charged for a carry-on bag, charged for any checked bags, charged to pick a seat on the flight. None of that information is available before purchasing a ticket. I will fly southwest next time."

Cons: "They charge for everything and do not show those costs when booking which as far as I know is illegal. You have to pay to check a carry-on. You have to pay $40 to check a bag. We landed and had to sit on the tarmac since there was nowhere for our plane to go. The flight attendants were chilly. The seats don't recline. The tray table is 3 inches wide. It's a junk-o airline and I will NEVER fly it again."

Cons: "Attitudes of Frontier employee in Portland , Frontier's flight delay for more than 2 hours caused to miss our connecting flight in Denver . We decided to cancel our flight with Frontier in Portland airports and book our flight to Indianapols with another carrier ."

Cons: "Boarding was delayed, they never hire enough staff, 1 hour delayed leaving and 2 hours coming back."
Cons: "no USB outlets on the flight, but it was a new plane. I feel like this is a very cheap way to make flying customers happy."

Cons: "Extra charges for EVERYTHING, including a place to sit. No amenities at all: seats don't recline, tray tables are five inches wide, not even a cup of water without a charge. The ticket may look less expensive, but two people had to fork over another $200 to get on the plane with one bag and have an awful flight. Don't let any company treat customers this badly."
Pros: "Easy boarding, got into Denver early, plane was new and clean."
Cons: "Wasn't informed prior to purchase that any type of bag is an extra fee resulting in this flight costing me $80 more than anticipated. Now this flight ended up costing me more than other airlines but Frontier has far fewer amenities. I won't be flying with Frontier again."
Cons: "We were stuck on the plane for an hour after landing and luggage took another hour to get. Didn't leave the airport until after 1 am."

Cons: "The airline takes cheapness to an extreme. You buy a ticket, but that doesn't buy your seat, so you have to pay extra for a seat. The seats are also the most uncomfortable seats you have ever sat on. They are basically a piece of plastic with leather wrapped around them and they do not recline. On the way to Portland I bought the cheapest seat, but on the way back I bought the more expensive... Exact same seat. You have to pay to carry-on luggage (costs more than checking a bag). By the time you buy a seat and pay for your baggage, you end up not saving any money so you may as well fly with a comfortable airline."

Cons: "The seats were uncomfortable. There was zero entertainment and no free food on a 5 hour flight. There was an extra $30 charge each way for a normal size carry on. This was not apparent at booking. I flied solo so this wasn't an issue, but you have to pay extra to sit together. It's cheap and you get what you pay for."

Cons: "Literally Everything else was horrid. The seats reminded me of plastic seats from grade school with a 1 inch cushion. My lower back is currently screaming in pain. The flight was cheap to book but what they didn't tell you when you booked is that you have to pay for carry on. I expect having to pay for checked in luggage but carry ons?? That you have to carry on yourself? And also different from literally every other airline, you have to pay to pick your seats! So yes i paid cheap for a flight but every other generally standard thing cost extra. A can of soda is 2$ which made me laugh so for entertainment there's that."

Cons: "Frontier charges to have a seat assignment ($13 each way), carry-on bags ($30 each way), food, beverages besides water.... The seats were newer and clean but they were hard/bare-bones and they didn't recline."
Cons: "I payed for a carry-on and a checked-in costing $85, but after I paid, the person at the counter said I didn't have to pay for the carry-on."
