Cons: Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher...

Pros: Crew was great

Cons: flight was diverted an hour away for refueling because of weather over SLC. But SLC opened before we even landed at Grand Junction, CO. I had 8 mins to run between concourses to catch the next flight. My bags didn’t make the flight and have perishable food items. But it is what it is.

Pros: I was surprised that we received two meals and constant drinks in economy. Delta definitely has better hospitality than American.

Cons: The seats were really tight between the rows. The space between the seats on the same row were typical.

Pros: Amazing crew

Cons: Food served a little earlier, with beverages first. There was also buzzing in the headset when I was watching a movie.

Not much legroom and hard seats that don’t recline, no complimentary in flight snack/beverage, no entertainment options. For what you end up paying for a ticket when seat and baggage fees are added, I would expect more

Pros: I got to my destination in one piece

Cons: By the time you pay for your luggage it’s the same price as another airline with comfortable seats more amenities, an actual gate to board the plane vs stairs on the runway,it wasn’t in the main terminal and there weren’t many options for food, the terminal was to small for the amount of people and the plane was delayed coming and going in both directions 6 days apart.

Pros: Getting off the plane was made easy and exited with a smile.

Cons: Seating and in flight entertainment.

Pros: Efficient crew. Boarded the plane on time. Got to destination on time.

Cons: Need to have food choices available for those with allergies. Almost everything had gluten and soy in it and I am very allergic to those. I had to give away all snacks and most of my food. Even in comfort+ class the seats are tiny with little legroom. Also, please clean the bathroom every few hours

Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.

Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.

Could not get comfortable so could not sleep. Most of the crew were friendly and courteous, but was the 1 who was less so. Wifi quit

Cons: My rear seat display never worked, though I complained about it at least 6 times during the flight. Nothing was offered to aid or fix the problem besides the stewardess saying she'd reset it several times.

Pros: On this flight was a female flight attendant who anticipated my every need. I wasn’t flying first class, but still, she went out of her way to treat me very well. Her personality and hospitality made my flight relaxing, made me feel loved and appreciated, and the flight felt like I was already home
