The checkin staff at Delhi Airport was very rude. Instead of solving the problem they started shouting. Also there was no one to pick helpline of Singapore Airlines. Must avoid Singapore Airlines if you have another options.

I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

The flights were delayed, food was below average. The aircrafts were really old and poor the flight to India specially from Doha to New Delhi was horrible. The screens were not functional, had poor space and no air conditioning. I expected better service, will not fly qatar again. I will NOT recommended qatar airways to anyone.

Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers going to Frankfurt in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi has an additional Immigration step before security that added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

The crew was good to me but I could see one short hair air hostesses was very rude to a fellow passenger. She behaved very condescending towards him and I could see at one point he even got upset saying that she cannot treat him like this. It was uncomfortable to watch that. Loved check in / food / blanket & entertainmenr on Lufthansa. The seats are old and need a redo. The crew was decent just not warm. The lounge at Frankfurt took over 25 minutes to get in. Something needs to change United connecting flight crew / entertainment / updated seating was great. They could not accommodate my special meal as the only special meal available is kosher. We shd have been informed of that earlier!!

I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever."

Cons: "Everything else. American cancelled my first flight from MSP to ORD. And when I got to Chicago, it cancelled my next flight to Nashville. The flight I managed to get on departed two hours late. There was no explanation for each of these cancellations/delays. There was virtually zero inclement weather anywhere, save for most of the country’s temperature being nearly equivalent to the surface of Neptune. And, the surly, clueless Chicago-based gate agent was the coupe de grace in my search for a reasonable explanation after which I waited impatiently for this episode to conclude. American get your act together."
Cons: "I purchased a flight two weeks ago to depart at 11am from lax I checked in at 10:30 where they told me It was too late for me to check in they gave me another flight departing at 4pm (free of charge) weird right? Very disappointed since I always fly and check in 30 minutes before. I didn’t have any luggage with me either I do not think it’s fair and I will not be flying American Airlines/Alaskan airlines ever again."

The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners"

Cons: "Fight was operated by American. Alaska forced to wait in line and see assistance, then inform that because the flight is operated by American, they won't be able to check me in. Had to walk to a different terminal of LAX wait in 2 more lines and by the time they were able to assist it was too late to check in. Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. Not to mention having to pay for the new seat."

We were under the impression that meant a personal item (second personal item) was allowed as that is not a full sized carry-on. Confusing language! Airport personnel were entirely unforgiving. Basic Economy is a tactic to attract customer at low price but with substantially subpar options."

They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly."

Cons: "I was late to my original flight and the United personal that I talked to at the gate was very rude. I asked if the plane was still boarding and all she said was go to customer service. I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late"

Then that fight was unable to land, so I spent hours in baltimore, and missed my connecting flight to Brussels. By the time I finally arrived, 4 hours late, to Newark, I had to spend 2 hours in a line to get re-book, for a flight the next night. I was compensated for all this mess with a $10 food voucher, and had to get a cab from the airport to the closest and cheapest hotel. My flight to Brussels was uneventful, save one rude flight attendant, and I got to school a day late."

Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight from PHX to RNO the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."
Pros: "Smooth. No problems. Happy we didn't have to get suitcases through customs because you could handle in Canada. Happy gate was near where we got off."
Cons: "The flight was overbooked and asked for several volunteers to take later flights for travel credit. Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable."
Cons: "Payed to upgrade seat was not comfortable and person next to me kept moving onto my side. Flight was 2 hours late so I missed my connection and had a terrible time to find a flight home. United staff was not helpful and kept telling me to go somewhere else for help. No food was served only tiny packet of way too spicy pretzels. Sat on the runway for an hour. Flight crew said 15 min and it was much longer. Crew seemed to be really confused."
