No wifi or entertainment on board at all.
So many minor delays, very little communication, and what there was, we couldn't even hear in the first place.
On my flight to Zaghreb i had an Echo Classic ticket with baggage allowance and on my return suddenly an eco light without allowance. Had to pay more than 50 Euros for my luggage.

Cons: "My only concern was my flight from BUD to FRA which was delqyed by 20 mins. So i had to rush to make my connection. I had less then 15mins to run from a gate B to gate Z58 and pass US passport control. Luckily I made the flight but my luggage did not. The 55mins layover is not a sufficient one considering the size of FRA airport especially when the first flight is late."

Upon the Munich landing, eight of us were escorted on a special bus, with a special pass controll and on special routs to make sure we get on the plane on time. Our laggage managed to get on the same plane as well. Thank you Lufthansa!"

Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."

There was not enough space to accommodate people waiting in the basement so people had to stand on stairs or by the galley. Flight attendants kept on telling people not to do so but there was simply not enough space."

Cons: "No legroom in coach. The person in front of me was sitting in my lap. They are the only airline that weighs your handbag, the luggage you take onboard. E en of it fits the size requirements they weigh it and make you confirm. They don't care if your checked luggage is underweight but your hand luggage is overweight and both add up to less than what you're allowed overall. Makes no sense and is such a useless hassle."

While the Crew was great, I am saddened by United Airlines for allowing an obviously sick passenger fly especially in this time of COVID! This passenger flew over 90% of the approximate 2 hour flight with no mask on as required. Not only did he fail to wear his mask as required, he coughed and sneezed without covering his mouth spreading germs to the entire plane, and endangering the health and well-being of those around him in close proximity! He was sweating profusely with the fan above him on full blast and his companion holding a handheld portable fan and well as fanning him with the safety measure placard. As a passenger sitting across from him, the passengers directly in front of him and 2 rows up all looked at one another with disbelief and discomfort! I couldn’t eat or drink for fear of exposing myself to whatever he was coughing and sneezing in the air being recirculated to us all! The crew walked passed him with no discussion until the passenger was in need of oxygen due to difficulties breathing. They provided him a tank to assist in breathing for the last 20 minutes or so of the flight and allowed them to deplane immediately upon landing. But I am so deeply disgusted and offended that the Crew member chuckled with the passenger as he provided an excuse of having allergies! As an immune compromised individual and someone with asthma, the symptoms he exhibited did not align with someone dealing with allergies! His sweaty appearance alone should have ruled that out! I am now in a position to not only get tested for COVID but my family plans for the Thanksgiving holiday are in jeopardy because I have a pregnant daughter-in-law that I must consider! I am no physician nor am I trying to police anyone. I just take seriously the individual responsibility that we all must have navigating our continued health pandemic. It takes a lot of courage to travel and fly on our current environment, even as a vaccinated person, I still fear the possibility of contracting this disease that has taken lives or resulted in long-term illnesses. I worry not only about myself but others on the plane as well-including the crew who are also exposed in the way we were. I wonder if the plane was truly disinfected after his departure with snotty tissues placed through their seats (9a/9b), and I wonder if he were COVID positive will I be notified? It was a horrible experience that makes me question ever flying United Airlines again! American Airlines may pack you like a can of sardines but they consistently reiterate the mask requirement throughout the flight and walk the aisles throughout the flight to ensure all passengers are in compliance (unless they’re eating or drinking). Cons: "After a long journey in Japan, flying United back to the U.S. was a rude awakening. Their crew has no regard for the manners or respect in Japanese society. I was sitting in an exit row aisle behind a restroom in economy. The staff kept bumping into me and my entertainment system as they tried to rush up and down the aisles. Really taking a breath and walking more slowly could have resolved this. At one point, the staff almost caught my arm between my seat and their rolly cart. The plane was old and in disrepair. My neighbor's entertainment system screen needed to be propped up with duct tape. The seats are stiff and uncomfortable, and the headrests are designed so that if you have a U head support, it will collide with the headrest and curve your back into a C. Some staff could use a refresher on basic Japanese. One flight attendant kept asking everyone "US Citizen or 日本語？" which means Japanese Language. Those are not mutually exclusive questions for many bilingual flyers. I usually tolerate airplane food, but this was the first meal I could not eat on a plane. It was eggs and hash browns, and it was so mushy and salty, I decided to pass. The bathrooms dirty quickly, and are a disappointment compared to the amenities provided on your basic Asian carrier. No toothbrush. No hand lotion. Just soap. We left Narita after 5 pm, and were served this weird dinner breakfast meal. Six hours later (of a 12 hour flight) it was about 11 pm in Tokyo, and 7 am in the destination city of Houston. Might as well get back to American schedules? I don't know, but when I was naturally getting tired and putting on my sleepmask and earplugs to get some rest, a rude flight attendant kept asking me if I wanted breakfast or orange juice, shoving items in front of me (with one hand, a no-no in Japanese culture), and repeatedly asking me despite me shaking my head no. I really don't know where they hired these people. My bag got held up by customs in Houston, and United transfered it to a third party courier service who tried to call me at 1 am to deliver it. That was a bit later than I expected, and I missed the call. The next day, I tried to call the driver, who hung up on me! I called their customer support, who was unable to contact the driver or the delivery service. Just who did they hand my bags to? Thankfully, after an 18 hour wait, I got my bags back, but it was a stressful wait. Throw a dart at a list of Asian airlines, they're all better than United."

What he said in terrible English was "That is not my business""I'm busy" So my daughter and I had to seat separately in order to seat next to aisle. UA will be my last choice to fly."

I told the flight attendant, can't remember her name, she was black, but she said she'd restart it but it never worked. I told her more than once, and it still wasn't fixed. She never even came back to check whether it was working or not. She just ignored it. But all the rest of the crew were wonderful. Also wished the boarding were in order. Each group should board in order, that way we can place our carry-ons above our own seats."
