Cons: "We had to wait for someone... Couldn't leave with out them. Departed an hour late."

Pros: "Good but not the delay"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours so I missed my coach from Barcelona to valencia and had to pay €34.50 for another ticket can you please try to refund me this money."

Pros: "The crew are so helpful and friendly"
Cons: "Our flight was ridiculously delayed due to fog no fault of the airline but the communication was terrible"

Pros: "Nice, simple. Friendly"

Pros: "Good leg room"
Cons: "30 minutes late - better than 2 hours with previous Vueling flight..."

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Seats are like deck chairs with no leg room"

Pros: "When check-in online I was given 1st row seats, as a result I was treated as an excellence customer. Great service."
Cons: "Delayed flight that was a connection and nearly missed my next flight"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight was delayed for an hour which made me late for where i needed to be"

Pros: "Getting off the plane in Barcelona"
Cons: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Cons: "Flights notoriously late Staff useless Service inexistant No information provided Avoid Vueling"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Plane late Check in late What a joke first time flying with this joke company"

Pros: "Staff and smooth fligfht"
Cons: "Really long delay with hardly any information of when takeoff will be"

Pros: "we reached our destination alive"
Cons: "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"

Pros: "Seats were clean"
Cons: "Delayed flight which lead to then sitting in the plane on the runway awaiting a time to take off. Flight attendant didn’t serve the back half of then plane with drinks. Luggage Carousel kept changing."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Delayed by almost 4 hours with no communication. By the time we found out we could get a meal voucher it was too late"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Pros: "Nothing.... Very poor. Generally Vueling has a poor image but I took a chance nothing has changed"
Cons: "On board the plane I was told you have to pay for all the food drinks quite abruptly maybe because I had shorts on and a tee shirt the lady in question thought I did not have much money.....Never go by how somebody is dressed that's my advice to your airline staff...."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

Cons: "A bus ride is more comfortable than a vueling flight"

Pros: "Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and decent legroom in the cabin."
Cons: "Slight delay on departure but not really an issue. Bit of a long wait for baggage in Barcelona on arrival but don’t think it’s Vuelings fault."

Pros: "Safe flight, good leg room"
Cons: "Delayed departure, delayed boarding"

Pros: "Crew was nice and welcoming"
Cons: "Plane took off an hr later, not many vegetarian or vegan meals to choose from, my legs didn’t fit in my seating area..."

Pros: "cabin crew was friendly"
Cons: "ground staff was so trained to brush problems to the customers that never again Vueling, so bad experience compared to Ryanair..."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight was cancelled after checkin . Trying to get an alternative was futile with no success.Had to drive 1000 km in the end. No announcements made in English. Plese advise how to get a refund."

Cons: "Very little legroom"

Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "Was made to put case into the hold at the gate, they said there wasn't enough room on the plane, got on, there was loads of space and loads of cases. Got to Barcelona and my Kipling monkey had been removed from case, either in Birmingham or Barcelona."

Pros: "The staff were nice, and we landed which is always a bonus"
Cons: "Almost missed the last aerobus because of the long delays. Long waits with boarding."

Pros: "Furious, Vueling is always late!!!"
Cons: "Always late,, they don't care!!"

Pros: "Staff were fine, lovely to check in online and not have to worry"
Cons: "Once onboard we sat for nearly an hour going nowhere"

Pros: "The Staff were very attentive and attractive!! Very Comfortable flight and well worth the money! I would only fly with Vueling to Barcelona! Amazing Experiance Thank you everyone"
Cons: "Outstanding"

Pros: "Excellent check in . Before time arrival."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Cramped"

Pros: "New plane, comfortable seat and helpful crew"
Cons: "Disembarking in Barcelona very disorganised"

Pros: "Comfort and friendliness of crew"
Cons: "Everyone told to board at the same time but they no one being boarded for over 30 mins. So left just standing in a long line for ages. Why tell us to board before you’re ready to board anyone? And why all at the same time and not groups of rows?"

Pros: "Good flight on time so no complaints"

Pros: "I like very much weather of Barcelona which is ideal for me.people of spain very cooperative with excellent attitude."

Pros: "The music in the background was a nice touch to the flight."
Cons: "My recline button on the seat was broken and I was sat on the back seat so wouldn’t disturb anybody behind me, the person in front reclined and rightly so for comfort leaving me very little room. Felt a little closed in."

Pros: "Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff on board"
Cons: "The delayed boarding of the flight due to the delayed arrival of our aircraft into Dublin. The 15 Minutes of silence and not knowing what was going on, or whether we were or weren’t going to eventually be landing in Barcelona or diverted elsewhere, after the aircraft had suddenly climbed very steeply away from Barcelona as we were almost about to land on the first approach to BCN."

Cons: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

Pros: "Cheap."
Cons: "Very late"

Pros: "Nothing good"
Cons: "Flight was delayed which meant I missed the event I was travelling for. No help from airline or any expression of sympathy for the situation, very awkward to deal with and no flexibility, no offer of refund or change of flight as no other was available with the airline, wouldn't book again"

Pros: "Was given the Exit seat"
Cons: "Had to leave my hand luggage at check in because of fully booked flight And had to take out my laptop and carry it throughout the flight without case"

Pros: "Flight not shown delayed at airport. Eventually left an hour late. No information or apology at boarding gate. Staff went and hid so the desk was empty. No apology or explanation on board either. Flight got us from A to Be but with zero grace or service. As a first experience this was bad."
Cons: "Zero service"

Pros: "Cheap, comfortable enough"
Cons: "Waited 1 hour at baggage carousel before bag arrived: trash was in the seat back pockets when we arrived"

Cons: "Delay of 35-40 minutes again, as always."

Pros: "I didn't take the flight so there was nothing to like"
Cons: "I booked the flight at noon. The flight left at 12:30, so the check-in counter was already closed because it was an international flight. I wanted to make a booking for the 29th, not the 27th... bookings shouldn't be made after the counter has already been closed. British Airways said that they didn't charge my credit card but I just checked it and it was definitely charged."

Cons: "Very very small amount of legroom Flight was delayed c.90 minutes, there wasn't a lot of information and eventually were told they had to use a different plane, which may have explained it's quite poor old condition."

Cons: "You take money from my card and you send me confirmation when I go to the counter they said that I don't have any reservation I will complain about that you are the bad company ever"

Pros: "Good crew, Lovely flight"
Cons: "Slight delay but wasn't a big problem"

Cons: "Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon."

Pros: "though the plane is small the process of boarding is smooth & efficient"
Cons: "seating is small."

Cons: "All was poor the way your stuff talking in Greece extra charging it's so shame for your company"

Cons: "Kayak did not forward me bookin confirmation and I paid extra 60€ At Ryanair no customer service desk. Nearly missed flt. Never again w Ryanair"

Pros: "Reasonably priced. Check in was quick and easy. Boarding was easy"
Cons: "Seats are very cramped and uncomfortable. I’m 179cm and it’s a tight enough squeeze for in the seats."

Pros: "Getting to my destination safely and getting the heck off their plane!"
Cons: "Trip was Athens - Rome. We had an issue trying to check in online in Greece; it told us to bring our passports to the agent at the airport. We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hrs before boarding time. After waiting in line the agent told us the check in was closed and we had to pay 55 Euros each JUST TO GET OUR BOARDING PASS. It’s paper with a bar code on it! And we had an issue checking in online. You’re supposed to check in with RyanAir 2 hrs before the plane leaves and we were 4 mins late by the time we waited in line and got to the agent. Nope, still had to pay for paper. Not to mention we had paid extra for priority check in at book. Sure felt like just a cash machine for them. Charge for water too. Awful awful company. I will never fly with them again."

Pros: "Just the Flight crew...They were ok..."
Cons: "They kept saying my suitcase didnot fit the overhead compartment. I saw so many people with the same size bag...that didnot pay. I flew from Rome to Greece, back to Rome and, Lisbon Back And forth. I will think twice next time...When I fly to Europe next year..Flying Ryanair."

Pros: "We actually made it"
Cons: "The 3hr delay with no explanation or any information whilst waiting in the airport."

Cons: "The gate for boarding was supposed to close at 1205pm but they didn’t announce the gate until 11:30am. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:35pm but there was no announcement of delay, all of the attendants said that everything was on schedule, yet boarding didn’t even start until 1230pm. They randomly took people out of line and told them their bags were too big and made them pay 50 euro, even though their bags still went in the same hold and they were no bigger than anyone else’s when later compared. It was an international flight and multiple people didn’t even have to show their passports. Then on the plane we sat on the runway for about another hour and didn’t takeoff until 1:40pm. The take off was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The seats were basically lawn chairs glued to the ground and the aisles aren’t large enough for the crew so they were constantly bumping everyone in the aisle seats. The landing felt like the plane was going to flip over and crash and then on top of everything we were told that Ryanair didn’t have enough employees to take our luggage off of the plane."

Cons: "We were charged an additional $70 per person to have our boarding passes printed at the airport. After waiting 40 minutes in line to check in, we were made to go to another office to get boarding passes. Even though we arrived 3 hours before the flight, we barely made it. Ryanair tries to put as many obstacles and charges in your way before you fly. You have no recourse as you would miss your flight if you don’t pay the extra charges. During the flight, the whole purpose of the crew is to sell duty free goods. This airline is the worst! I’d pay more to another airline, just to avoid Ryanair."

Pros: "I got to my destination"
Cons: "If they don’t speak good English and have heavy accents, why don’t they slow down the announcements, so people have at least a small chance to understand???"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Boarding commenced after the given departure time with no sign of a delay on the departure boards. There was no clear guidance for queuing, so the speedy boarding we paid extra for was close to useless, staff then scanned boarding passes without a care for passports. Once on the plane the flight was delayed for 2 hours and only after 45 mins of sitting around waiting for an explanation were we given one by the captain."

Pros: "Nice and cheap."
Cons: "The window was in the wrong place so I got a bad neck trying to look out."

Cons: "Delayed"

Cons: "I didn’t know that I had to pay and extra £15 just to get a seat! I thought I already paid enough for my ticket ."

Pros: "I liked that we landed safely and could go about our day, putting this experience behind me, after only an hour delay."
Cons: "Checking in at the Marrakech airport was a nightmare. People had to guess where to line up. There were two lines. A woman working with passengers seemed efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not in her line. The dude who "helped" me hated the world and everyone in front of him. Their computers were down, and he had to hand write the boarding passes (?!). He really resented doing this for people and let them know. Once at the gate we had to get in a line, to get in another line outside, to get in another line to board, and of course we sat on the tarmac due to delays. I had to check a bag at the gate for being slightly too big. That's fine. But really, I end up paying what I would for a more professional (not "low-fare") airline. No one wants to be here. Not the employees, and not the passengers."

Pros: "0"
Cons: "Being delayed an lied too"

Cons: "We boarded after the time it was supposed to take off and once in Barcelona we had to wait about 25 minutes to collect our bags."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I absolutely hated this trip. In order to check in i had to have my tickets on my phone. Even though I knew my confirmation number. We were told to go to a terminal to get our ticket printed out. I checked in early online so that was weird. We went to the terminal and couldn't figure out how to print it out. After about 20 minutes we got upset and left the terminal to get help. A guy told us he could print off our tickets 37€ to get a flight ticket printed off. He worked for Ryanair. He said if I pull it up off my phone I could get it with an email. Unfortunately I'm a tourist and don't have signal in that country and the wifi was conveniently not operational. I was to to try a local cafe to use wifi. I went to the cafe used their WiFi and then pulled my ticket online. I brought it to the guy who needed my ticket. I asked to check my luggage on. She said I couldn't because my luggage was broken because on my flight to Athens it came back to me broken. Frustrated I walked off to security in Athens. I went to go to my gate and looked at the ticket. The ticket didn't even have my gate on there. I searched on the board for my flight to come on in English but everything was moving too fast so it took 10 minutes to do. I finally found the gate I needed to go to and left. By this time 1hr and 30 minutes we're expended before I got to even security. I got to security and through my backpack containing my camera equipment onto the scanner taking my laptop out. They kicked the back back saying I had to take all my gear out of the back so they can scan it. ( I mean what's the point of a scanner anyways) they they told me to open up my lenses to see inside.... Like what?! I did that so he could look into my lenses. Then he asked me to open up my laptop so he could see inside the laptop.... Again... Seriously?? You have a scanner. Then they told to take all my hygiene products including my expensive calone I put in my bag that was intended for check luggage and throw it away. Because my luggage was broken and wasn't able to go on the plane I lost about $100 of hygiene products. Let me tell you I also work in Africa.... I can't get hygiene products anymore. We began boarding the plane. The ticket on my phone wasn't able to be scanned and see had to put the number in manually. Then we got to the plane and told us to leave my luggage at the bottom of the stairs to be put into the plane with the checked luggage. My broken luggage that wasn't accepted for check luggage was now checked luggage just without all the important items I needed -_- worst airline and airport ever. Never fly with them."

Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "they where delayed and as a result they made me miss my flight.. to Barcelona i hate this airlines and will never fly with them again"

Pros: "60 quid return to Barcelona from London. Can't be bad. Comfortable seat and very pleasant cabin crew."
Cons: "They called boarding a long time before it actually started. Food available was not so good."

Pros: "Normal simple RyanAir flight, as long as one does not eat food or buy a glass of wine at £8each."
Cons: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"

Pros: "I ultimately got to my destination."
Cons: "- Was charged left and right until I paid twice for my ticket. I even paid to get my boarding pass. - Boarding was a mess. Passengers were blocked in a hot area, then in the stairs for an hour before boarding - Flight was an hour half late - Flight crew was rude and systematically failed to resolve a seat assignment problem. They mocked a passenger instead of admitting they were wrong about not checking for the error in the seat assignment - More of an annoyance; Flight crew was constantly selling stuff, from drinks to cheap fragrance and scratch lottery cards. In summary, Ryan Air is a scam and an embarrassment to the industry."

Pros: "great service, no turbulence"

Pros: "Price"
Cons: "Not very comfortable seats"

Pros: "The Gin and Tonic"
Cons: "3hr delay and the worst landing I have ever experienced, Stevie Wonder would have done better."

Pros: "The price of the flight and convenient travel times kept making their flights more attractive. The flight itself was very nice and comparable to any other airline despite comments I had read about steep lift offs and advertisements blaring the whole time. None of that happened."
Cons: "Of course the price of the Ryanair flights is what lures you in., but just about EVERYTHING else after that is stressful with this airline. All their rules must be followed precisely or you'll pay through the nose. After painstaking finding the right sized roller bags and under seat sack and making sure I was well within the weight limit, they never measured or weighed either of them. I also saw plenty of carry-on luggage way bigger than mine come on board and go into the overhead bins just fine. Kind of pissed me off. The price to check bags is SO SO high, but with the limited weight you can take in the carry-on, you almost have to check a bag unless you're doing a short 3-5 day trip."

Cons: "Asked to put cabin bag in hold despite having no other hold luggage. Plenty of room for cabin bags right above my head. Even more delayed time"

Cons: "3 hour delay! Walked out of barcrlona airport ar 3am!"

Cons: "When I got to the airport they made my family pay 200 Euros for not checking in online! This is basically robbery, since I had no choice but paying it without ruining the trip of a lifetime. I've never encountered such a fee from any other airline. It's true that they sent an email warning a couple days before, but I was already traveling, so didn't check my email very carefully. I chose Ryanair in order to save money, despite their planes being less comfortable (seats don't lean back at all) and I don't mind too much having to walk onto the runway in order to board the plane. I very careful to to exceed their very strict carry-on weight limits. But in the end it still wound up being the most expensive and frustrating option."

Cons: "to Whom it may concern. hope all is well, i was so disappointed to be charged 198 euros for the simple reason that I didn't check in and didn't add baggage. I can understand that this is a way to make money out of it but it was too much for it. I was okey about it until I went on the plane and had the cabin crew rushing at me preventing me to stand up to pick my phone from the locker above me for the reason that she's giving instructions... she had a good reason but after she finished it I tried to get up knowing that the flight was delayed for 35 minutes and still she didn't let me stand thought other people behind her where getting up... and she insisted to open my camera bag and get me the phone out of it rather then just giving me the bag, she smiled in a sarcastic way at the end... I asked her to put the camera bag next to my hand bag but she's didn't want to listen and she wanted to put it where she wants... not to mention the very bumpy landing and very fast he was almost run out of the runway, it was scary. I hope you'll read this thought u asked for my opinion Best g"

Pros: "We got to our destination. Our bags arrived at our destination."
Cons: "1. Despite a delay of over 3 hours, RyanAir provided neither reimbursement nor meal vouchers, despite both being required by EU law. 2. Our boarding passes said, "if your flight is cancelled or delayed for at least two hours, ask at the ticket counter or boarding gate for the text stating your rights, particularly with regard to compensation and assistance." When we learned the flight would be delayed 2+ hours, we followed these directions; the gate agents told us, quite dismissively, that it applied only in case of a 3-hour delay. After wrestling with NAP's snail-pace wifi, I found the relevant text on the RyanAir website and showed it to a gate agent. She said her supervisor had told her that it had to be a delay of 3 hours but that she would check with her. I never heard from her again. It became a moot point when the flight was delayed more than 3 hours. Even then, the gate agents did none of the things the text said they were supposed to do. 3. The gate agents were not RyanAir employees, and it seemed RyanAir did not communicate with them in a helpful way. Independent of this, though, they were also just not competent. Here are some other things that happened: - About 2 hours after the scheduled departure, despite there being no plane at the gate, one of the gate agents started the boarding process. He let about 30-40 people into the holding pen; then a passenger pointed out that the delay had increased another hour. The passengers in the holding pen had to stay in there (one asked to leave to use the restroom and the gate agent told him he would have to surrender his passport while he was gone). - Once the 3-hour delay was posted, they started handing out gate check tags like candy. It was unclear why; perhaps they thought it would soothe the passengers' anger. We did not request one then. When we boarded, my wife asked for one. The gate agent did not even acknowledge her request (despite still having a good number left). - When the plane did arrive, the passengers in the holding pen rushed the door of the jetway. About 15 made it into the jetway (and, I guess, onto the plane) before a gate agent shouted at everyone to stop, ran over, and closed the jetway doors. 4. In other news... passengers were loud and rude. When the delay was first posted, they formed an angry mob around the gate agents and yelled questions that could have been answered by reading the monitor. Half of them had their seat belts off and were standing as soon as the plane landed. The whole row behind me was so loud I couldn't hear the music coming form my earbuds. The guy behind me pushed me as we were getting off the plane because he thought I wasn't going fast enough. Needless to say, no one should ever fly RyanAir."

Pros: "That the airplane functioned correctly"
Cons: "The check in staff at the booth were rude to me and then short with others at baggage check in Athens. I saw the gate check in employee being short to guests as well. the company culture feels negative in my one experience. To compare with another regional carrier who seemed to have it together, Olympus, the Ryanair staff didn't appear to like their jobs. Also, Ryanair charges for seat assignments even when you don't have a preference. And the checked luggage size restriction is the smallest I've ever seen. I pack light but the bag I would have needed to have a free checked bag is tiny. Again, my money will go to Olypus Air the next time I'm in this region."

Cons: "What can you expect from Ryanair? They treat their passengers like kettle when boarding. Specifically we had to stand and in a hot anghar before boarding for 40 mins. No seats, water or idea why we have to wait there rather than the airport. I experienced it so many times and tell myself never again. if I have an option I never fly with them."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "The staff charged me 62 euro for checking in my bag at the gate. Beforehand, I tried to check my bag in at the check in counter and the lady told me that I didn't need to check my nag in because it was within the required size. At the gate, I tried to explain the situation to the women, but they forced me to pay or threatened that I would miss my flight. Because it was their fault for not being consistent with enforcing the rules of Ryanair and a lack of communication on their part, I'm never flying with Ryanair again."

Cons: "Comfort: No reclining seats. No seat pocket. the back of the headrest is an eye-sore and it is in-your-face for the entire flight. They have their advertisements there and there' no way to avoid seeing their ads. Boarding: I had priority boarding, but I could see chaos taking place . More importantly, there was a lady with serious mobility issues (she was old, limping and walking slowly) and nobody from the crew even spoke to her or offered to help as she was getting on or off the plane. I had to tell someone from the crew to get a wheelchair for her after she exited the plane. Upselling: disappointed. They even sell you scratch gamble games, they charge for water during the flight. Ticketing: they charge to print your boarding pass at the airport. I usually get a printed boarding pass at the airport, but stuck to just using my phone. Can not believe this experience. What kind of a airline is this?"

Pros: "Service costumers disagree"
Cons: "Everything"

Cons: "Be prepare for surprised$€£¥! Ryanair wil always find a way to get from you ~4x the cost of you ticket. They will have a charge for everything (check in at the airport=€45, select seats, etc) and you will be told from this at the check-in time. I though I was prepared to avoid all these surprises, but at the boarding time they told to most of the passengers they need to check at least one carry in item because there will be no space. They charge us €65 to check one carry on luggage, even though it complied with carry on dimensions and weight. If this surprise charge of €65 is compare to the €18 cost of the ticket (from ATH to JTR) you will note you will actually pay 4x of the ticket cost."

Pros: "on time, friendly crew, well organized"

Pros: "Crew was great, flight was on time and arrived at destination early."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "My flight was cancelled due to strikes in Greece. I went to the airport to talk with a rep from RyanAir in person since they charge you to speak to in the phone and they were no help at all. They did not offer any type of rebooking. My initial flight was the following day at 6:15am. The strikes were called off and my flight was reinstated but I was sent an email after I went to sleep so I missed the original flight. I went back to the airport and was refused help to rebook on a new flight because it was my fault that I missed the reinstated flight when I was contacted by email at 10:30pm. I had to book with another airline at a much costlier expense, but they were much more pleasant and accommodating and even moved me to an earlier flight at no charge. i understand the strikes are out of their control but their customer service was terrible."

Cons: "I asked to have my ticket moved up two days which it was for a flight that wasn't full and was flying out in a hour but instead of using me to fill a seat and use my old ticket to sell they charged me a fee to change the date which was more than I originally paid for the first ticket then I had to pay for baggage wasn't included in my ticket like other airlines do. I was not the only one another guy at the counter was being charged extra for something stupid. He also stated he would not be doing business with Ryan Air again. I also will not recommend them to anyone. My flight was an hour late departing and we never were told why when I asked I was told don't worry about it in a very rude tone by the Flight attendant. During the flight it was more like a sales pitch over and over being asked if we wanted to buy refreshments instead of them being provided like other airlines. They also tried to sell me make up and perfume lastly they bothered us about donating to charities. It was a 1020pm-1120pm flight I would of loved to sleep or relax with it being so late not be hounded for money."

Cons: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"

Pros: "The price of the ticket."
Cons: "Everything else. The seats were the smallest I've flown in a very long time. The boarding process was chaos. The flight attendants spent more time trying to sell us perfume than they did providing any type of service, such as a beverage service. In fact, they charged money for beverages (a lot too!), as well as pretty much every other aspect of the flight experience. How does it make any sense to charge you money for checking in for your flight at the airport if you have to visit the check in counter either way? Really crappy airline, I would only fly them or recommend them to someone who is also trying to pinch pennies wherever they can."

Cons: "My daughter and I were traveling together and my flight was booked a day earlier than hers due to miscommunication. When I asked to change either of our flights (so we could be on the same flight), they wanted to charge full price to change flights. I declined to pay that much and was crying prior and during flight. When I asked the flight attendant for a water to take medicine with (showed them my pill) they wanted to charge me for a water even though I was obviously upset (my nose and eyes were red)! Very disappointing experience with Ryannair!!!"

Pros: "the staff did their job and were accommodating. The plane brought me from Rome to Barcelona"
Cons: "I purchased a ticket from Ryan air the night before my flight. My first Ryanair purchase. When I arrived at the airport they held my boarding pass until I paid an additional 45 euro for a process they call checking in. The checking in process allows them to require the customer to print their own border pass and enter identifying information at least 2 hours before departure, passing inconvenience to the customer for profit. The email that contains instructions for checking in provides first the confirmation number in bold letters, then a receipt of the purchase followed by a page of advertisements and sales offers. After scrolling past these solicitations one can find a link to checking in in fine print. So far, no other low cost airline I have taken abides by this practice. (Spirit, frontier, American, United, JetBlue, southwest etc.) The boarding process did not allow for efficient queuing causing a line to form that was a couple hundred meters long that extended down the main airport walkway. The final result was a delay of 45 minutes to 1 hour after scheduled departure time resulting in a delay of transportation to city center and any connections."

Pros: "My experience was terrible from the beginning of it to the end."
Cons: "They have the worst customer service. Though we checked in advance and arrived nearly 3 hours prior to our flight, we still struggled to have a smooth flight experience, their communications skills and attitude is unprofessional. They pick and choose who they want to assist with manner & respect. It's my first flight with them & it couldn't have been any worse. Their carry on policy was radiclious! I had the smallest carry on than any one in that flight, but my bag had hard corners & I didn't want to squeeze it into their measurement to avoid damage, but they wouldn't listen or even try to comprehend as I try to explain to them. They seem to upset almost all the passengers on that flight. Their boarding process was very an organized & untimely. Unfortunately I have two other flights booked with them and if I had time and if it wasn't so expensive to book last minute flights, I wouldn't histate to cancel it and fly with different airlines."

Cons: "Upon arrival to the Ryanair check in booth we were appalled to find that we were assessed absurd penalty fees for not checking in on-line 2 days prior to the flight. We had to pay 58 euros for the penalty and 46 euro for each checked bag. At least 1/2 of the customers on our flight were duped in to paying the same fee. The staff was rude, unapologetic and unconcerned with the disappointment of their customers. This seemed like an intentional scam to turn a 100 euro flight in to a 200+ euro flight. They should be ashamed of their business practices and I will NEVER be flying Ryanair again. Save yourself the headache and fly Aegean Air."

Pros: "That in advance the tickets were very cheap."
Cons: "First, I didn't have internet access for 2weeks prior to my flight, so I had no idea I had to check in in advance online, and any way, I couldn't do it because I didn't have internet access. So they were going to charge us 25 euros to check us in and some other ridiculous amount to print out our boarding passes. Honestly, I've never seen an airline that does not print boarding passes for you. So we were in line 3 times because of stupid wild goose chases that could've just been resolved in one sitting if it wasn't for a ridiculous system they have. Then we needed to check in our bags and we were prepared to pay a checked-in bag fee, but they charged 190 euros for 2vhecked bags!!!! What?!?!? And.... We had to go somewhere else to pay the fee and come back to finally get our boarding passes. So in all honesty, the "cheap" flight was not cheap, it took us 2 hours to complete the boarding, 4 visits to the counter. And... That's not even all, it felt like everyone treated the plane like if it was a train or a metro, people throwing things across the aisle, getting up and walking around (not to go to the toilets, and it was a two hour flight, no need to stretch your legs all that much) and to top it off a lady that was so drunk she kept hitting our seats, yelling, getting up when we were landing and wow! It was awful! And all of that and not even a complimentary cup of water. I am usually not a complainer but those four hours of Ryanair ridiculousness got me to the point of furious! I will NEVER fly with them again. I'll pay a little more for the convenience and comfort of other airlines."

Cons: "I was unable to take my Ryanair flight bc I couldn't get to Athens after a previous flight had been cancelled due to the bombing in Istanbul. I could not get through to anyone in customer service, only live chat and all they would do was have me fill out a complaint form. They refused to give me any refund or credit despite these terrible circumstances that were entirely out of my control. They took 4 days to respond. All of the other airlines I flew have full refunds or credits. Ryanair is horrible and greedy and supports terrorism"
