After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. We tried for hours to get a reasonable replacement flight, but it was the next day before we could even schedule another flight days later. We had to cancel our anniversary trip because we could not get to Iceland on time to keep our reservations. We won’t be flying Air Canada again as they just don’t have the infrastructure to deal with cancellations.

After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

The plane was dirty. It appeared that Air Canada did not know vacuum cleaners had been invented. Second, the overhead bins were about 1/3 or 1/2 the size of "normal" bins. That was a problem. The worst was disembarking in the weather in Montreal. I have cold agglutinin disease. That means my red blood cells clump together and then are destroyed when exposed, even by breathing to cold air. A few seconds of exposure can be dangerous. I am now experiencing extreme fatigue caused by the anemia from that experience. I should have had more assistance descending a narrow ramp and then traversing, even if only a few feet, of icy pavement. The blowing snow penetrated my facial covering and has caused problems.

Crew was rushed to get food out and left trash for a long time on our tables.

The entire aircraft was outfitted with comfortable business-class seats that featured luxurious reclining capabilities and built-in footrests for added relaxation during the flight.

Nice small trip, No food included in ticket, but beverages were for free.

Entertainment was not working. No free snacks. Seats weren’t comfortable

Getting on the flight we booked would’ve been nice to begin with. Nope, they cancelled the 10 am flight. Herded everyone on to the 5 pm flight which got delayed twice. Basically made it to our hotel at 11 pm. So we lost our entire day in Toronto. Paid around $500 Canadian dollars to spend the night in downtown!! While they save a boat load of cash herding everyone on to the 2 evening flights.

Air Canada cancelled our flight the night before and rescheduled us for a flight 32 hours later than our initial flight. That would have made us miss our events in St. Johns and throw off the rest of our weeks plans. We cancelled our flights and the entire week in Newfoundland. Also want a complete refund not a credit.

We were on a Canadian fishing expedition, and Air Canada lost our Sport Fishing Bag. They said it was delayed and said it would be delivered that night, but that never happened, and we haven't seen it yet, which is 5 days later. We had to rent fishing gear to enjoy our trip. We are extremely disappointed with Air Canada oversize luggage personnel. With the sport bad and 6 rods and reels, we are out over $1500.
