Cons: "Felt sandwiched in on my flight back from Atlanta- cramped no snacks offered ( or didn't notice any ) crew didn't seem very friendly or engaged landing was a bit rough just being honest :)"

Pros: "I was having a terrible migraine and one of the female on flight staff directed me to open seats where I could lay down. She also provided me with lots of water and a bag of ice!"

Cons: "Serving a little snack is a sign of welcoming the passengers. At least they could offerONLY water instead, but that was not free a well as other snacks. The baggage check-in is a bit overpriced considering that there is a flat rate of 25$ for either a large suitcase or a normal-sized carry-on. The 25$ is only when you check-in your luggage before your flight online. If you do it on site, it costs 40$."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for practically everything; carry ones, food or drink on the flight, and your seat! i would advise any future passengers of this ridiculous method. We should have flown Delta anyway. Delta at least provides food, drinks and wifi during your flight."

Cons: "The man who was seated next to me in the aisle seat was overweight and kept hitting me with his knee in tight quarters and took up some of my seat. Also, the flight down was much better and we were given complimentary soda, nit so on the return trip."

Pros: "The airline was prompt and actually ahead of schedule fly both departure and arrival on both trips. The plane was clean comfortable and all around fantastic for being a little older. The pilot was amazing, very conscious of movements and incredible landing skills."

Cons: "Website was only partially operable when accessed from a link in an email when trying to "buy a bag" and check in. Had to access site directly, then it worked. However, I spent a frustrating 45 minutes when trying to buy a bag and check in when I used the link. Also had trouble using the Frongier app. Could not check in using it."

Pros: "There was ample room in the seats. The crew was awesome and even when we had turbulence and had to land in Philly due to weather, the crew was patient, understanding and we finally were able to land in Trenton."
Cons: "What I didn't like had nothing to do with Frontier. Debarking was extremely long due to flyers getting in the isle upon landing to retrieve their overhead bags."

Cant believe a carry on cost more than a luggage.. Frontier must change in everything in order to received good reviews.."
