Cons: "This plane was too full for social distancing. I was really skeptical about this flight as it relates to the COVID pandemic."
Pros: "Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats seem to have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks"
Cons: "Seats are terrible - need replacing-worn out; say like Queen Latina, setting on top of one another; absolutely no leg room!"
Pros: "The pilot greeted us all on the jet way and then spoke to us. He even came to ask if everyone was ok before we left."
Pros: "Desk attendant was very helpful, personable, and efficient"
Cons: "Couldn’t get a boarding pass for the last leg of my trip (AZO>DTW>ATL>CSG) when I checked in online, couldn’t get it at the Delta counter in AZO, nor in DTW. The staff at the Delta counter in ATL resolved it in less than ten seconds."
Pros: "We actually did not fly this route. We bought a car and drove home!"
Cons: "I had no idea there was a gate change in Atlanta but I’m sure that’s out of your control."
Cons: "Plane was way too hot and stuffy, wasn't until about 20 min into flight before started to cool down."
Pros: "I’m always pleased with our delta flights to and from Atlanta. Our flight was on time, the comfort plus seats are comfy enough, and the flights are quick and easy."
Cons: "Everything was great on our flight."
Pros: "Got me there Safely"
Cons: "Couldn’t understand announcements... at all! By flight attendant or pilot"
Cons: "Paid for First Class so I could sleep on this red-eye. Wasted my money. Seat was uncomfortable, legroom in my bulkhead seat was horrible. I can sleep anywhere...make that ALMOST anywhere, now."
Pros: "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!"
Cons: "At 12:40 p.m. we boarded American Airlines flight 1350 in ATL, just to SIT on plane for 1 1/2 hours (half the time with NO AIR). Computer problems. Had to get off plane, then had to wait in 3 lines. Agents were so UNPROFESSIONAL! Kept saying flight would go... DID NOT go until another plane came in at 9:00 PM! We, needless to say missed our connecting flight to SYDNEY and had to wait til next day and fly to SAN FRANCISCO, then to MELBOURNE, then on to Christchurch. We MISSED out on TWO DAYS of our short trip! which included missed reservations!!"
Pros: "the crew was very friendlily and the flight was great and confortable."
Cons: "none"
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "The spacing between rows, the aisle and size of seats were terrible. I will go back flying British Airways and Lufthansa!!!!!"
Pros: "The airplane was modern, clean and comfortable and the flight was on time"
Cons: "Everything was good"
Pros: "On-board staff were professional and kept everything running smoothly and with great communication from the pilot."
Cons: "Claiming baggage at LaGuardia was an hours-long process for everyone on the flight leading to raised tension and lots of tired folks on what was already a late (and delayed flight)."
Pros: "VEry good Cabin crew and the plane was reasonable new"
Cons: "Rude crew, no bathroom useage for entire flight and staff would not help handicap with luggage."
Pros: "The flight was good crew members was nice and professional."
Cons: "There was no one at the gate to keep us updated about the flight delay"
Pros: "We arrived nearly on time & without issue."
Cons: "The plane was warm & no cool air was being dispersed in the cabin & because of that it was very dry. Better temperature regulation, climate control is needed to make fir a more comfortable flight."
Pros: "Crew was very nice"
Cons: "They could’ve offered free snacks instead of only offering items for purchase."
Pros: "I really liked the entertainment on board. Made the flight go by so fast."
Cons: "Better snacks"
Pros: "I like flying Lufthansa for entire trip then changing to united airlines"
Cons: "Particular everything the airline"
Cons: "I missed having the navigation map when traveling such a long distance."
Pros: "Brought my own entertainment. Friendly staff. Great boarding process. On time departure"
Pros: "Flight was on time. Friendly crew."
Cons: "It turned out that we were on stand by (without anyone telling us until the morning of the flight) and did not know if we were going to fly out. We could not select any seats at check in and only found out our seats a few hours before the flight. It was quite unpleasant and stressful as my husband and I were flying with our two children and faced a real possibility of not being able to sit together or getting bumped off a flight all together. It was a code shared flight between Lufthansa and United and each airline kept sending us to the other to get any answers or help. neither were helpful. It made it for an extremely frustrating experience."
Pros: "The boarding and seating happened in a timely fashion, and the crew was courteous. The lunch meal (I had requested Asian vegetarian) wasn't amazing, but not as bad as it could've been."
Cons: "The flight was not with Lufthansa, but it was actually through United, which was extremely confusing as I did my ticket confirmation, seat booking and meal choice through Lufthansa prior to my trip. To find out on the day of the flight that I had to check in and go through United was extremely annoying, as the counters are in different terminals and it was unnecessarily stressful. The flight itself was crammed, with absolutely no leg space, and not even enough space under the seat to stow my backpack (which had fit perfectly on my Brussels Airlines flight to Madrid). I had requested the Asian vegetarian meal, and the snack we got prior to landing was pretty much two slices of cucumber on a small bun (and an apple on the side) - extremely dry and hard to eat. I asked for mayo, but the flight neither had that, nor any other condiments to make the "sandwich" more edible."
Cons: "I was unable to go on the flight because of the extraordinarily high cost of changing a last name from a maiden name to a married name. I was so disappointed by the service."
Pros: "I was separated from my 4 year old and 7 year old children as well as our husband. We bought our tickets together but we're out on 4 different rows. I asked flight attendant for help and she was rude. She talked to my husband who was further in the back and came back and told everyone it was ok for my kids to not be with their parents because my husband said it was ok. It was not ok, it was awful. After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women."
Cons: "That our family was separated. That the female flight attendant talked down to me in a misogynistic way"
