Cons: "Crew wasn’t terribly friendly. Nothing to drink until 30+ minutes into flight. Allowed crash pax to use first class lav. I pay more so I don’t have to share with so many ppl. Lav was gross 1.5 hrs I to flight."
Cons: "The entertainment center at my seat was malfunctioning. Movies were starting passed the beginning and the system was crashing."
Cons: "Every seat sold. No social distancing. Mask rule not enforced."
Cons: "When there isn’t a person assigned to the emergency exit row and you offer your service and the flight attendant says you need to pay for it. Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"

Cons: "The crew’s attitude. Forcing me to check my bag when there were plenty of spots overhead. Telling me my carryon, which fits perfectly under the seat, isn’t allowed to go under my seat. The crew and gate attendant were rude. Poor service. Poor flight."

Cons: "I could not get the Wi-Fi to work even though I paid for 24 hours of it there was a different Wi-Fi Carrier on this flight than the flight from Munich to Philadelphia, he did not recognize me and even the free shows I could not get to work it had 3 different site said it told me the log in to in none of them work on my cell."
Cons: "The gentleman sitting next to me never turned his phone in to airplane mode. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Cons: "Everything else. American cancelled my first flight from MSP to ORD. And when I got to Chicago, it cancelled my next flight to Nashville. The flight I managed to get on departed two hours late. There was no explanation for each of these cancellations/delays. There was virtually zero inclement weather anywhere, save for most of the country’s temperature being nearly equivalent to the surface of Neptune. And, the surly, clueless Chicago-based gate agent was the coupe de grace in my search for a reasonable explanation after which I waited impatiently for this episode to conclude. American get your act together."

Also, had the had luck to travel next to an amazing mother who was traveling with two small kinds and a dog. Brave woman but nasty flight for me. Need to improve the meals on the international flights. Too mediocre."

Cons: "The plane was delayed for a half hour before it was marked as "delayed" and then it was delayed another half hour. If I had known it was going to be an hour late I would've been able to eat a proper dinner. They seemed to be out of every normal drink on the drink cart."

Told us that there was a sick passenger on the plane and asked if my friend and I would volunteer to take a flight out the next day, that star alliance would put us up in a hotel over night, pay for our evening meal and fly us business class in the morning, that all we had to do was wait at our departure gate And someone would call our name before boarding. We accepted, waited patiently, then we were scolded for having our checked bags with us and told multiple different conflicting stories about how we were to board our flight, that volunteers were no longer needed. I checked multiple times with check-in crew to confirm that the scenario was a go. They confirmed each time, so I canceled my accommodations for the evening in Lima. The change up at the gate left for a big mess to clean up. The gate crew kept arguing hat they never told us to cancel our Lima plans. But that was besides the point. The point was, they told us one thing, there was a major breakdown in communication among check in and gate crew as well as between all crew and me and no crew member took ownership or apologized for the flub up. And I'd like to point out, this was not a language barrier issue, all flight crew spoke English fluently. One crew member said all volunteers were obtained and they no longer needed us, another said that the sick person flying (the initial issue) was no longer flying, so no volunteers were needed. crew never owned that. they suggested that it was our issue that we canceled our plans. We were able to fix, but incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience."
