Cons: "This flight was probably great but I was not on it"

Cons: "This flight was probably great but I was not on it"
Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."
Pros: "Entertainment"
Cons: "Flight wasn't full. I could have been seated somewhere else since passenger next to me was quite large and invading my personal space"
Pros: "The crew was nice. They did a very good job under the circumstance."
Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything."
Pros: "Boarding process was pretty easy and seamless. The pilot kept us updated on all the issues with the delayed departure (bags being loaded, weather, clearance to take off..)."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by over an hour due to technical and weather related issues so we missed our connecting flight to our final destination."
Cons: "It was lovely. It was my flight from nyc to dc that was terrible."
Pros: "The crew was so lovely and accommodating, flight was smooth, and I was impressed with the meal service. I travel a lot and this was one of my best experiences. I will definitely favor Delta in the future."
Pros: "Great crew."
Cons: "Seats could be better. But the delays in deicing the plane could have been handled better."
Pros: "We had a terrific trip returning home. Yes, it was crowded but everything was organized and all went well."
Cons: "Airplanes should board back to front. Then people don’t have to get bumped as later passenger try to carry 2 items onto a packed plane."
Pros: "I was rerouted through Detroit after it was apparent I would miss my connecting flight. The flight was good and I have no complaints."

I appreciate that the flight boarded and departed on time and landed slightly early. However, the plane was completely full (I suspect overbooked) and took a long time to board, during which time the CO2 level in the cabin climbed over 2,200 ppm, which is NOT SAFE given that COVID-19 is still being transmitted at a substantial rate across most of the country and airlines no longer require passengers to mask. Also, the midflight credit card sales pitch was tacky. It's like our airlines are being run by Ferengi.

Delayed flight impacted my meeting with International clients. Very disappointing experience!

I cannot think of anytime that could make it better for this flight was the best I have ever had! 😊

Flight was late because our pilots were late. Also the air vents above our seat didn't work.

Cons: "When there isn’t a person assigned to the emergency exit row and you offer your service and the flight attendant says you need to pay for it. Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"
Pros: "Movie selection, clean plane"
Cons: "Rude passengers that do not respect personal space even after notifying a flight attendant."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "The crew’s attitude. Forcing me to check my bag when there were plenty of spots overhead. Telling me my carryon, which fits perfectly under the seat, isn’t allowed to go under my seat. The crew and gate attendant were rude. Poor service. Poor flight."
Cons: "Flight from CLT to MCI was delayed 40 minutes, which made me arrive at Kansas City really late"
Cons: "The cabin crew could care about what they do. The premium economy bulk head seat could not use the overhead bin because one of the cabin crew took it for their luggage"
Pros: "Pilots made up for delayed departure. Boarding quick and efficient"
Cons: "Flight was delayed"
