Pros: "Beverages and WiFi worked"
Cons: "Boarding was confusing for all, first calling by row number and the changed to group at end. We find one of the flight attendants was extremely rude, the passenger sitting beside us had a small dog, and she force that passenger to push their dog firmly underneath the seat which I felt was hurting the dog and completely unnecessary. Later the same flight attendant outright refused to allow me to go to the bathroom at the front of the plane, I was sitting in row 11 and she sent me to the back of the plane where there was at least 4 people coming towards me. It was highly unprofessional and left me with a bad taste in my mouth."

Cons: "Alaska airlines did it well as they always do. My only complaints are ones that cross the entire industry where they are in a constant nickel-and-dime the passenger to death mode. This is no reflection Alaska alone all American airlines do it."
Cons: "No seat-back entertainment on a long flight is not ok. If there was warning about that during the booking process, it was too subtle and I missed it. It was an unpleasant surprise. Also, the seats are just so stiff and uncomfortable. If this was a 3-hour flight, fine. But nearly 6 hours, no."
Cons: "Missed 2nd leg of flight due to 1st leg not taking off at correct time due to improper scheduling on Alaska’s part at SeaTac airport. Forced to take next flight the following day without any accommodation for my wife and 3 year old son. Was told by Alaska service agent to just sleep at the USO."

Cons: "The internet and entertainment stopped working 20 minutes into the flight. The row we sat on had chairs that could not be reclined and I’m legally disabled & so it made for a uncomfortable experience since I was in pain the whole time. It would be nice to be told what kind of seats you have ahead"
Cons: "The crew didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. The entire crew was standoffish. It seem like asking the anything was a huge ordeal they didn’t have time for but they’d do it bugredginly."
Cons: "Honestly, this was my first time flying with Hawaiian Airlines and I was very impressed with the overall professionalism and how thorough the staff was in making sure everyone had their seatbelts on when necessary. They were also very kind and friendly."

Cons: "My surfboard bag was ripped and all straps were broken and was then patched up with duct tape!!! What the F#€*?!! It looked like it fell off the plane and was run over. Plus my bike box was torn to bits and patched with duct tape and was cut open by someone’s knife, I ended up loosing bike parts because of this. Horrible bag handling by the crew!! This was all noticed when I picked up my bags in Auckland"
Cons: "I received more updates on delay, gate changes and expected departure time from Kayak by text messages than from the airline. There were regular gate area updates. Passengers were not given any 'make-up' benefits for the 6-hour delay, like access to pay movies or discounted pay for snacks. I don't favor free booze. Even the meal was crappy, not that the crew could change loaded meals. Passengers felt like the delay was not big deal to the airline and crew."
Cons: "Husband and I upgraded our seats, only to board and settle in and be asked that one of us leave the seat we paid for because they made an error and double booked one of the two seats."
Pros: "Fantastic in comparison to the many I have flown. Service was great, up graded economic seats had plenty of room and were fairly comfortable. Nice big plane. I did feel swished in like a sardine."

Cons: "We were seated near the back of the airplane. The heater came on midway of the flight, by the time we landed, it was difficult to breathe because it was so hot. The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son."

Have never driven there before and highways were difficult at times. $503 to get on another flight home. Ended up getting better deal at Southwest. Will most likely stick with them next time I am forced to fly."

Cons: "The food options are poor at best and it's really sad that they don't offer anything for free. My ticket wasn't cheap so I can't imagine they're saving me money on my ticket by not offering better food on that long of a flight."

Cons: "We did not like the video on the United flight that used the app. We were not told about this until it was too late and the instructions were not good for how to get the app--they were misleading. I had to go to the app store, not the United website. Also, our seats were changed without our knowledge and the flight description for the flight from Austin to Washington, DC, specified complimentary lunch and there was no lunch unless you wanted to buy it. This should be more clear, so that I can bring my own lunch if there will be none provided."
