The plane is small and cramped. Only two snacks. No tv in the seat. Crew was great and the airport staff was great also! We boarded quickly and plane staff was friendly and kind

The crew was wonderful! They were friendly and funny. The plane was clean.

My husband had a medical issue right before we were supposed to board. The gate and customer service agents were very helpful, They easily rescheduled us - twice. Our luggage was waiting for us when we finally arrived in Anchorage. I'm impressed.

Boarding was fast and we didn’t sit on the tarmac very long when leaving. When flight arrived waited too long to get to gate. Aisles too narrow. Seats too small, if fat person was next to me we would have been touching that’s unacceptable.

Flight attendant in front portion of flight was surly. Aisle way too narrow, seats a bit narrow as well. If a large person had been seated next to me they would have been touching me and that’s not acceptable.

...just O.K., I paid to upgrade our seating but seemed the same old cramped seat to me! What a rip off. Movie choices were minimal, lots of stuff not worth watching!!!

I was assigned a seat other than what I chose when I booked the flight. I chose a seat somewhat behind first class so that I could get off in a timely manner to ensure a wheelchair. Instead, I was assigned the handicap seat in the back row near the gross bathroom. I noticed when I got to the airport my boarding pass did not have my seat on it. However, when I spoke to the woman at the gate about getting a wheelchair for the onboarding process, I then saw a seat number on my boarding pass. I think she gave me a seat that I didn’t choose when I booked the flight. Now I wonder if I paid more money than what the back seat was worth??

Good legroom, good food. Great landing, comfortable seat, good communication from pilot and crew. I wasn't thrilled that we were an hour late but it happens. The only two minor things was that the garbage pickup was slow and your windows need washing. Overall we will beback

The crew was pleasant! Our flight was delayed, and the pilot explained why. That was nice!

The communication was so scattered and inaccurate during the lead up to my flight and throughout the delays. We were let wondering when to arrive at the airport because the notifications said the flight 40 mins delayed and then changed back to original time! Within 1 hour of the flight! Then within minutes of the flight changed to 50 mins delayed!! Once we were boarded, it was another 3 hours till we took off!!! They’d tell us we were leaving every 30 mins but not actually leave!! It was so aggravating!!! Our flight exceeded the 3 hour delay due to airline failure and they called it a weather event! It feels like the customer has to suffer but the airline wriggles out of accountability one way or another!

Flight for canceled. Horrible experience.. had to rent a car to drive myself up here.

Flights were terribly delayed. I was at At,anta Airport for over 4 hours waiting for my connection.

My flight consistently said it was on time and the plane didn’t arrive until after 30 minutes after take off and nothing was announced to passengers

The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.

First, the flight was schedule to leave at 12:08. Delayed to 12:38. It is 12:58 and I am sitting at the gate. The staff are not communicating with us (just tell me it’s gonna be five hours if that’s the case, quit hufflepuffing around like you’re trying to board us when the plane isn’t even here and you don’t know where your crew are. I’m still waiting for any communication about the further delay. This is a rebooked flight from a cancelled flight yesterday, when the airline failed to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility to hotel and cover transport for overnight cancelations. Asking about the food on the flight? What food?!? Delta doesn’t serve meals unless you pay for them and you really want me to give delta a high rating for passing out processed snacks (fun size!)? Can we be for real. Delta is cementing itself in history as one of the cheap, stingy, outdated, glory days are over airlines, and it shows. I took this flight knowing delta was going to provide below level service but this is beyond burgers!! I can’t believe a multi billion or dollar company looked straight in my eyes yesterday and I told me this wasn’t their fault and there for the extra cost in hotel and hundreds of dollars in Ubers are MY RESPONSIBILITY. The only thing I am at fault for is believing delta is reputable company worthy of my dollars. I’m not even sure I want to be compensated unless it is cash because I would rather die never traveling again than to put money in their pockets.

The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.

I know it was not in Deltas fault. But numerous delays and cancelations. I requested a hotel voucher and was told they weren't available. The lady on my hotel shuttle did receive one from American. Why the difference?

Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta

Older plane and it came with Fleas and flea bites!

I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer

Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.

When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.

Nothing they cancelled my connection and couldn't get me on a flight for 3 more days

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

Very aggressive and unhelpful ground crew. Wanted to check my hand luggage for 3 flights. I had lots of delicate items and computer equipment. So the silly lady wanted to rebook 3 international flights because of a carry on. What nonsense. The baggage handler suggested I put it under my seat - so I did. And this was during the rebooking chaos of the Microsoft crash. She was the most arrogant annoying and aggressive ground staff member I’ve met in 20yrs. (AA flight out of Houston).

Terrible. We had about a 3 hours delay which led to us missing our connecting.

Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off

The plane was very clean. The crew was excellent. The flight was delayed slightly but other than that no issues.

Departure down was really rough and ended up getting motion sickness on the flight

When you pay for Premium Economy on an 787 and you’re promised amenities for the extra money, you expect them to work. They didn’t. USB connector wouldn’t charge continuously. 120v outlet wouldn’t hold anything you plugged into it. The adapter would just fall out. The noise canceling headphones stopped noise cancelling in the first 15 minutes for EVERYONE. No one on the plane knew how to fix it so I couldn’t listen to any movies. I just put in my AirPods and went to sleep. Very unhappy with the crappy Panasonic entertainment system. I won’t buy premium again.

Multiple gate changes and significant delay leaving DFW. Made for a late arrival

Our flight was delayed by 18 hours. Poor accommodations made and no apology.

This flight was canceled and delayed several times without explanation. The plane was freezing cold and no wifi for messaging. Getting off the plane was terribly unorganized and felt like it took forever….

Awful. My flight was three hours late leaving DFW and we just arrived at LAX three hours late and stuck on the runway. I heard the Spirit workers at the desk in DFW say that we were waiting on a crew. I am extremely disappointed in Spirit.

Very long delay of 6hrs with poor communication from airline. Another 5 pm flight to Miami left on time even though ours was scheduled to leave before that at 3. Would only fly Spirit when you have flexibility for cancellations or delays

Horrible They let some flights go while others where grounded or cancelled. Understanding the storm but there is always a way to get it done when you actually care about the people that are not from the place they are leaving from.

Terrible airline, NO REFUNDS!! Only credit for another spirit flight

Ridiculous that the plane was so late (3+ hours) and blaming weather even though other flights were coming and going. Also gate agent pulled me aside to measure my personal item. My personal item disassembled and fit in the slot. I was told that was unacceptable and I had to throw away the wheels of my pet carrier even though they fit in the slot. Per the gate agent, it had to be 1 piece. That's the spirit of Spirit- screw the customer to try and milk more money out of them.

Every last departure to get to our two destinations was horrible delayed putting us way after midnight to get to home and had to pay extra day for parking due to them getting us back to Myrtle Beach airport after midnight. The attendant on our flight from Newark decided to spray disinfected down the aisles and cause our eyes mouth and throat to burn and thanks to that we have suffered sinusitis. Shame on Kayak for having this airline on your site.

It was on time, no issues, everyone was courteous and of course, affordable.

Flight got diwngraded last minute and left us stranded. I was told I’ll be given credit for my luggage and seat upgrades but haven’t got anything yet
